These folks dont have any contact details, they will just cancel the order in 1 day if not picked even due to emergency. Staff keeps changing every month. Anything useful not availble for the points which i want to redeem, even if it is lying in front of me, thy want to sell it instead of redeeming it as per website. Thye refused me Hand Soap, nail cutter and deo, which were lying there on shelf for redemption.

The staff is very rude and have no knowledge about medicines. Most of the medicines are always not available. There are better shops nearby I suggest to go there.

I visit this store quite regularly. So far I had no big issue except today when pharmacist gave me a bill of 437/- though I paid 450/- Rs. When I asked about this, he told it’s because of the mrp difference. It looks like mrp is not updated in there system. I can’t believe such unethical practice in medicine store.

The Counter boy is very rude. After paying bill amount also he told pay again, being not sure I scanned the UPI code again, which said invalid as I already paid through but he couldn't understand and cancelled the order without returning money.
. Do not go there in emergency also. Very very worst.

The service is not good.the counter boy usually force there own brand medicine without saying to customer there have given me alternative of there own brand without informing me there play with customer by giving there own brand the counter boy is so rude when we went to return there medicine which there given alternative there refuse to take back
U can visit near by there shope only Ramdev medical there service is far better the MedPlus

The MedPlus sell there own brand products and make the people fool by giving heavy discount

Worst service. The counter guy gave me wrong medicine and that too I prepaid the amount. Now I have to travel or call almost 10-15 times just to return one item. As the counter man has given wrong medicine.

Worst part is, he is very rude to me multiple times. Even if i keep my patience and was talking softly.
Guy keep on responding angrily.
I will never buy medicine from medplus in future. Worst customer service.
