BIG NO TO MEDPLUS!
Very rude and misbehaving staff. I am staying tin this area from 6 month, i always go to Apollo pharmacy. Today they don't have 1 medicine i need, so I went to MedPlus. Had very bad experience today. Lady working there is very rude. I ask four tablets, she insisted to take full strip. When I told i need only4 tablet. She misbehaved with me and told to buy from some other shop.

The pg is nearby that is why i take the medicines usually from here but staff is very rude behaviour and i asked only what is the use of the medicine? Then staff said we dont know you can take it or leave it no issue and also talking in local language with other customer about me.

This is way to behave with customers?

They dont stick with their timings as they sop says their closing time is at 10: 30pm but they close at 9: 00pm.

Not what you would expect from a corporate chain of medical stores. Have had mixed experiences in the shop and have stopped shopping altogether. They have whim based business practices that force patients to buy more medicine than what is required or prescribed. If your requirement is specific head to the other nearby pharmacies, and to Apollo for monthly purchase.

They don't even pick the call. Sometimes medicines r available on phone call but not in store. Very lathargic they behave

You will get 10% discount on medicine as well as bill. Good place to buy your regular medicines.
