Pathetic experience, they promise to deliver but then stops answering phone. Total unprofessional behavior.

It's very good out let and incharge harish is very good and staffs also very good

It's a great medical store with worthy offers as well as well managed and good staff

I am a regular customer with Medplus, it feels good to have a pharmacy nearby you.

But unfortunately there is an employee by name HARISH who behaves rudely and so badly that the overall experience comes down to ZERO.

This guy was alone in the pharmacy on 1st December at 9: 30pm, with half the shutter down.
I had some emergency requirement of the regular medicine, but this guy just refused to provide me medicines at 9: 30, i rushed to the Hennur cross branch and the two guys there helped me with the presciption.

I sincerely request you to fire Harish as he is a laibility to the company and brings a bad reputation to the company.

One of the pathetic medplus store I have ever come across.
Honestly not a big fan of writing bad reviews on anyone's business, but this time I think I have to!
I was not allowed to get medicine to my elder brother even though I requested & urge them that it's emergency they refused to do so. The Google information says the store is open from 7am to 11pm but sadly that's not true the store employees where rushing to close the store at 9: 40 it self.
Bad days soon for such brand.
