We needed to get an RT-PCR test for travel. We love the convenience of home collection. We used medvin lab twice, once for my mom when the person was gentle and once for my wife and myself when a different person came who seemed to be in a hurry and was not so gentle.

Regardless of how many times one may do the rtpcr, it's tough to allow someone else dig your nose and throat. It would be good if medvin lab keeps the standard of collection the same.

In terms of procedures and cleanliness, medvin lab does a great job. I wish i could give 4.5 stars or would have given 5 stars had it not been for our little discomfort. I still would recommend them though
