My child s 5 yrs old, and he has a language delay, so we decided to take to him with doctor.we meet a Dr madhura and than started speech therapy.my son has improved very much compared to before madam guided us in a good way so that I can teach my son easily. Thank you so much madam i am happy with my child progress.
Our daughter had mild stuttering. We had her undergo few sessions of speech therapy under Dr Madhura. Who was very good with few classes there was lot of improvement in the speech.
The doctor Dr. Pradeep has carefully examined the patient in all respects and prescribe the relevant medicine. No unnecessary scanning/ tests. The supporting doctors are also quite friendly and supportive.
I had doubts by seeing the reviews, for my 4 year kid was suffering from ear pain doctor Pradeep sir did the suction and cleared it and my baby was fine. I recommend the hospital.
My daughter fell while playing Football ️, she was severely injured. She had a mild fracture in one of the nose bones. Meenakshi ENT Speciality Center, gave her an excellent treatment. We are happy to know that now she is all right and she is as active as she was before. We are very delighted with the treatment given by them.
We lived in south end circle and our DR was Pradeep. My dad had a Bad cold and cough and extreme ear pain. The medicines that were prescribed made him sicker and he started vomiting and wasn’t able to retain food aswell. We asked if we could come to his clinic but would refuse and ask us to only come to meenakshi hospital. One of his junior doctors who worked with Dr Pradeep knew us personally and said my dad will keep feeling sicker and they will push it for surgery. The same night my fathers face dropped from the left side. Thats when we left and went to Apollo and met DR Sunil Datt, he told us the infection could have been stopped long ago. And just because of a greedy doctor my father instead of just getting a cold had to suffer with celebral palsy.
Big Disappointment. Took our newborn for BERA test after duly taking appointment and informing them in advance that it's for the newborn. Took the appointment 2 days in advance, called in the morning of the appointment to ask if the Doctor would be available else we can come at a later date. The guy on the phone said, either come today or come a week later. We went on time, waited for 40 mins only to know from the reception that the Doctor wasn't aware of the appointment and would take another 20 mins to come. The reception lady told the Doctor wasn't aware of the appointment and is at a clinic where she is busy. I am not sure if the Doctor is even aware of how their staff is managing appointments.
My father underwent ear surgery at this hospital. Dr. Pradeep explained us the problem and treated him well. The whole staff is very co operative and friendly. Thanks to the whole team and the doctor for treating my father and bringing the smile back on his face.
Worst experience. The doctor doesn't analyse the problem properly. And he will give medicines. It's just a business for them. Once you come out from doctors cabin receptionist force you to write review in practice which is really not good. Me and my family members never suggest this hospital to anyone.
I have been visiting Dr. Pradeep since 20 years and he is the best ENT in Bangalore. I have undergone 2 surgeries with him and still consult him on a regular basis for ear related issues.

Dr Pradeep was very patiently listening to patients and removed wax with no pain or discomfort. Best recommended doctor. From 2013 we are have the doctor, he has the same zeal towards the patient.
Not happy with the insurance department. If you are going with cash and no need of insurance then you can prefer. If you are planning to claim for insurance not at all recommend. Go with any other network hospitals linked with your insurance.
Costly one. For ear pain have spent 1600. Ear pain cured but get bit pain in my chest after spending the amount. All prescribed tablets are costly. One strip of antibiotic table is Rs 800/10 tables. The prescribed tablets only available in their Inhouse pharmacy. The pharmacy won't give any discount at all.
Not sure how out side pharmacies able to give discount and inhouse pharmacies are unable. With pharmacy alone they will profited more.
If I get ear pain in the beginning of the month then I will go, not in month ends since in month end we will not have so much money.

Unhappy with the service and regret for spending money at this centre. Inspite of spending my issues didn't get fine. All I got was painkillers! Did not expect this from Meenakshi ENT.

I've been suffering with vocal cord paralysis since last 4 months. I have taken online Voice therapy sessions by Dr Madhura Pradeep, she is very informative, supportive and understands patient issues very well. Nursing home was open and we booked the appointment on line. Friendly staff. Consultation Rs 500. Wheel chair access is there. Parking on the road. Covid19 protocol followed. Doctor was very good and finished the job quickly. Seating arrangements done.
Both doctors Dr.pradeep and Dr.shreyas did a wonderful treatment for mucormycosis (black fungus) when things were very uncertain. They guided us throughout in tough times and much appreciated. On the spot registration and vaccination of 45+ and senior citizens was quick and commendable. However a few glaring deficiencies was noticed and have to be rectified. Social distancing were not maintained and having all the people to assemble in one room is risky. You need to do the following: One room for registration, another for checking the oxygen and BP and another for the vaccination. Post vaccination waiting for half an hour in another room. Additional staff to regulate the flow of people.
I opted for the TELE care package from MENTS clinic during covid infection. The package was executed very professionally with on time advice and consultation. The friendliness of the doctors and especially the nurses really lifted the spirits in fighting the serious infection. I was "moderately" impacted in my lungs and my SPO2 reduced to 91 at one point. Thanks to the package and the care I have successfully recovered. Additionally, the clinic is also a vaccination center so awaiting my first shot in some time. My heartfelt thanks Dr. Shreyas (senior and junior), Dr. Sneha Shreyas, Dr. Swathi, and one more doctor whose name I am unable to remember, pls excuse. My son had open cavity in my right and it was operated first by some other doctor In different hospital but it was failure after 2 years then my friend suggested me doctor Pradeep Kumar then sir treated my son in 2012 and it was successful and after that he have no issues. The treatment, hospitality and facilities is superb.

I had booked for the second dose of vaccination one week back and not certain whether I would get it in the near future. To my pleasant surprise there was phone call from the hospital authorities yesterday to come at 12.30 pm for vaccination. After reaching there I found that the arrangements made therein was excellent in full compliance with Corona protocol. Vaccination was arranged in the auditorium on the third floor. Only 10 were called during one hour slot. One official was sitting outside auditorium for completion of Aadhar card formalities. After done with, only 5 were sent inside the auditorium for vaccination. One official checked our documents after which we were vaccinated. I was asked to sit for half an hour therein where seating arrangements were good with proper social distancing. After half an hour we returned home safely. There was no standing in the queue or any wait for the purpose. We felt glad that hospital authorities had indeed made such excellent arrangements for vaccination in the present juncture.

I visited this hospital to get a consultation on my ear blockage. I could meet the doctor (Dr. Pradeep Kumar) without much of waiting. My ear blockage was attended to by the doctor and i was very happy with the overall experience. I would definitely recommend this place.
