I felt totally rejuvenated after the treatment which included Panchkarma Massages, diet-guidelines& medical assistance of Ayurveda. Place is amazingly peaceful, rooms were very comfortable & efficient staff was at one call away. I feel very lucky ones will only reach there for the treatment ️
The interior are really mind blowing too too good but no food fecility u can order near by hotel which allocated in ashram only pure veg and no drinking no smoking strictly
Meera Vanam has a flowing water body around it, with quaint little bridges, set in lush greenery, with manicured gardens and some wild woods. It is peaceful and quiet. Inside of the building is a mix of modern hotel with elements of traditional South Indian architecture. There are two fountains inside, so all you hear is the sound of water, once outside, bird calls and the sound of flowing water fill up the space The staff are polite, helpful and well informed. There are dedicated cars and golf carts to take you around the ashram. Meera Vanam is an ideal place to stay. It's proximity to the Spa and Panchamrit restaurant are an added attraction.
I had a very good stay to seek ayurvedic treatment. Staff was nice and courteous. This is not a hotel FYI so keep that in mind. Food at Panchamrut restaurant is good, tad expensive. Stay charges are expensive but given the standards I won't say by too much. Overall will return
