I have joined mega gym couple of years back and still going. Very affordable and have sufficient amenities for muscle building. Murali (owner) & Mani are very good trainers and both will provide enough guidance for shaping yourself and the diet u need to maintain. I hav seen people building muscle within couple of months after joining this gym. The only thing we need to keep in mind is regularity.which will help us to build muscle and achieve a fit body.
