I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. Overall my experience was pleasant. I’ve seen from previous reviews that the food selection available at the life tree during breakfast is quite minimal. But I was happy to see that the problem has been resolved. However they are serving dosa everyday. Maybe u can change it to aloo paratha gobi paratha every few days or have it as an option. For the room, I had the the double queen suite which was really spacious and neat. Room was overall neat however it was quite aged with some plywood peeled off. Not anything to worry about though. In terms of the staff, I think they are really kind especially those at the life tree. But none of them were ever smiling, so it didn’t feel very welcoming as it usually should like in other great hotels. Overall I think there are a few things to be improved but I feel that I would still recommend this hotel to others to stay at for a few nights

Stayed with my wife and 1.5 year old son for 4 days in the luxury suite… it is a one bedroom studio apartment…
Located in the heart of the city with most places of interest nearby….
Pros: Spacious room with fully equipped kitchenette…
Nice balcony with nice breeze to spend the evening
Superb “Veg” restaurant with decent breakfast ensemble next to the pool!
Courteous staff mostly… ready to go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable…
Free self laundry!
Cons: Need more high chairs for smaller kids! (practically carried the one provided to us in the room everyday to the restaurant for breakfast) (consider it a suggestion!)
All in all a complete Value for Money deal!

Melange Astris is a beautiful Hotel located in one of the best locations in Bengaluru, Richmond Road. The Room, the restaurant, the facilities, the food; everything was on point. We had a great stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Very nice rooms, though the room we stayed had some electrical problem the lights kept coming and going at intermittent intervals.

Location is excellent, quite near to UB City, several ATMs in the nearby; personnel are attentive, rooms clean and nice. The only thing I would prefer different is the restaurant's menu which is 100% vegetarian. In general it is a pleasant place and peaceful area even though it is located in the core of the city.

A fab stay, reception- warmth & smiles (unusual & appreciated in today's robotic world!), parking with Security who help with Ola/ Uber number-plate recognition (& dont await a tip!) an ideally- selected room as my personal request stated, a fabulous, clean adequate-sized 'Aqua- pool' with a 'masseur-like' pressure fountain on my six surgery spots-. To end with a delicious healthy Vegan breakfast made on-the-spot! What better? Heavenly! Thank you! Ms Joya

Rooms are good. But lacks basic amenities like Conditioners and body moisturisers. Also The buffet breakfast had very similar flavours and variety in all 3 days.

One of the best place we had stayed in Bangalore. Suitable for small families or couples. Beautiful property with all essential facilities, located at a quiet area for relaxed stay. Very proffesional and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

The hotel is 4 star rated but not worth the stay or money spent. Reservation manager Allen is a lunatic who doesn't even know the meaning of customer service. Treats customers like sh*t who spends atleat 5k to book an executive suite.

The receptionist, reservation manager and the whole team is a screwup.

Idi0t Allen doesn't even know how to speak to customers. He speaks like a third grade fellow working in a third grade lodge. Management has concentrated in designing and building the hotel but has failed to give customer service. A stupid management that has appointed morons like Allen and team.

Trust me guys it is a piece of cr@p wrapped in a golden foil and decorated and photographed and sold in online sales partner sites. Check MMT reviews as I was fooled by goibibo reviews.

Kind advice to Management: Fire Allen or no one ll step into ur hotel

I was here last month for more than a week. I'm really impressed with this facility. They have big spacious properly maintained rooms. Very reasonable vegetarians food with room service. Nice breakfast verity. Overall very satisfying experience in affordable price.

Better off to call it as a service apartment than an authentic hotel. The rooms are a bit old as well

It is a well maintained property. Rooms are spacious, clean and well furnished with a visitor area, workspace and dining. Though rooms are cleaned, supplies are not provided properly. Restaurant is vegetarian only, has a good spread of continental- croissants, bread, french toast and muffins. Has south and north Indian regulars. Service is poor.

I went to the cafe on the top floor of the restaurant. It is not a good place to visit. Service is slow and price is not worth

Horrible service. I booked a suite to hold a business discussion. The hotel staff insulted my guests by not allowing them. I have not seen such a ridiculous policy in any property.

It's a great boutique type hotel - Slightly in an Isolated Area. Service - Staff - Cleanliness - Food - Accommodation - All Great!
There's a chef who make great Dosa in the breakfast - who is found to be always smiling.
There's also a great restaurant named New Udupi Upahar near this hotel serving a great variety of food options.

A 4 star hotel near Richmond circle and it is very decent, I went there to meet my brother and hotel receptionist is very friendly and supportive, parking lot is structured and can be seen in normal traffic movement

Great property with convenient location. This was my first trip to Bangalore and I had heard stories of traffic jams in the city. But since Melange Astris was located in the center, all my meetings were just 15-20 mins away. Property was well maintained and rooms were really nice. Staff was very humble and helpful.

Nice hotel but if you book just the room then it's a little on the small side but enjoyed the pool, library and the gym on the terrace.layout of the hotel is good
