My brother's birthday was the important day for me as much as it was for him. I am so glad that I contacted Melting Flowers.

We spoke to Akram Baig and his team for 1.5 months, and from our side we put lot of effort in developing very specific requirement sheets to to ease their quoting. Everytime we followed up for the quote, Akram would say he was busy and that he will update in few days. It never happened. Finally they told us they have booked other events on our date and will not be able to deliver. Complete waste of time and effort. I will not refer Melting Flowers to anyone. Save your effort and go with a different vendor who will prioritise your requirements and behave professionally.

Very Poor and unprofessional service. We were made to wait 20 days for a final quote, after which Melting Flowers declined to take up our event. We had been discussing and planning details of the event for more than a month and wanted to finalize the booking. It is after this, that we were made to wait for 20 days.
This could have been communicated from the beginning and saved everyone time and effort. Clearly, they are booking dates with multiple clients and choosing the one that they find best and rejecting others at the last moment, without adequate communication.

There was a similar negative review online, but we thought it might have been an exception and decided to give them a chance anyway, and ended up wasting a lot of time and effort.

There are plenty of other vendors to choose from, who are professional and transparent. Melting Flowers doesn't seem to be one of those yet.

I had heard a lot about Melting Flowers, and so we contacted them for our wedding. Their expectations, service and skills were perfect. Will definitely consider them for all my future events.

The guys are NOT professional with their work. Need to be more professional and precise. If you can not deliver services requested by customer, please tell them in advance so they can find better professional event management/decoration Team who can do the job well.
