Took a soul spa package from here which includes the deep tissue massage and body scrub and it was amazing. Lamcy did a great job with the massage and scrub and overall it was amazing. I do recommend this place and Lamcy.

I just returned from my Thailand trip and was still hooked on to Thai massages so I went to MERAKI. Honestly the massage was exactly like the ones I used to get in Thailand - it was perfection - I am reducing one star because this is situated on the main road and you can hear the entire traffic in the massage room

Excellent deep tissue massage by Hannah (I think that was her name) ; also, very cool spot, which has this steam room thing in the shower that you can use afterward too. Well worth the cost!

My masseuse was incredibly friendly, I think it was Rikithu (must have forgotten her name). She was gentle and massaged me even after we both had a long and tiring day. Her experience and expertise shows. She showed me where I had knots in my back and what I could do about that. Will definitely visit more often!

Ambience is amazing, fantastic service.

Made a booking 5 days in advance, only to get there and realise they've messed up the booking. Absolutely no attempt to reschedule, nothing. Very disappointed.

Meraki Indira Nagar is definitely one of the luxury spas in Bangalore. The spa is beautifully designed and one can see the detailing that went in. Everything about the lights, mirrors, flowers is just perfect.

Now coming to the massage, I opted for a deep tissue massage and my masseuse had good experience and gave me a perfect massage and worked on all the pressure points. The washroom was pretty clean as well.

Overall a good experience.

What a wonderful experience it was. The moment you step into the spa, you can hear light soothing music and the smell of potpourri. Its just amazing. The staff is very very friendly and helpful and nice. If my teachers where half as sweet as these people, i would have studied harder (lol kidding, but seriously very respectful and nice). The washrooms are very hygienic and clean. You can have a wide range of massages, facial, and other services. There are bath and toilet attached in each room where the services are provided. So the customers are given the choice to have a bath (warm or cold their wish). They provide loofa, body soap, shampoo, hair cap, tissue, towel, earbuds, comb evrything. They are extremely professional and didn't make uncomfortable ever. They asked me always if the pressure and all was fine and if i felt comfortable. Would highly recommend. I see myself going to Meraki every other month.

Lovely spa service. Massage was very well done. The lack of lights make it hard to navigate the room afterwards. Also, the room lacked a locker to store clothes.

It's the best! Try the aromatherapy massage, I selected that one because I love aromas and fragrances, even though I couldn't smell any aroma but the massage was awesome. The staff are so friendly and professional. You can get an annual membership and get discounts also from them.

Worst experience ever. For 2k each, my husband & me went for a massage and to our horror the bathroom was dirty, doormats were dirty and used. I have paid lesser & had more hygienic experiences. To top it a in the name of foot reflexology, the therapist was smearing oil on my feet, no massage, no knowledge of pressure points & both therapist just kept talking about when the session would get over. It was the worst massage experience of our lives. We feel cheated & robbed. The only thing positive was the decor. But other than that it’s a very bad massage place. Poor service. High prices. And pathetic hygiene.

At 11: 30am there is no one available at Meraki, neither staff nor manager but two customers are present awaiting services. I wonder if the owners/ investors know what kind of services they are paying their staff for. Please update your starting time to actual starting time, not something you put there so you get your salary for full time after working for 3/4th the time.

The quality of the massage was great, and the steam & shower was nice. The only criticisms I have are firstly that there was a lot of loud static on the speaker system, so the relaxing music was actually very loud and crackly and disturbing so I asked them to turn it off. The scrub was good, it left my skin soft, but it was very cold on the skin so it felt uncomfortable. I think they should heat the scrub at least a bit before applying.

I love this Spa, i have been a member since 5 years now and I like how they treat their members. Never had any issues with any service.

Absolutely unprofessional experience. Coming up with unwritten policies in an attempt to charge us more and lying about that on top of that. Unacceptable behaviour and treatment from staff.

Poor service but high price they charge, not even average qualified massage. Claim to have senior therapists with good experience but they are regular very very average masseurs. Not sure if an average masseur was assigned to me. The massage therapist had nails that hurt me and was definitely not therapeutic or relaxing. How can they have nails? Just waited for the session to end. Pls. Don't claim what you are not. Foot reflexology, no pressure points were touched, rather it was the same very very basic massage. Not sure if they understand it is different that regular massage. Not visiting again for sure. If you care for you customers, would have taken care in the first place. Waste of my time and money. Just read another review similar to mine. The massage therapists are not well trained, I went there reading reviews. Utter disappointment.

3k for a deep tissue massage. Masseuse was nice enough but obviously not trained in anything other than basic Indian massage. Asked for harder pressure four or five times. She tried her best, but nowhere close to a proper deep tissue massage. No technique either which shows its a spa-wide issue. Fittings are old and peeling. No bill given when checking out and paying, even though asked for. Absolute scam. Don't waste your money.

Spa is one of most professional ones. Their masseuse know how to give a massage. Only thing is as the business grows, the spa need to maintain having the trained staff, which I felt is a little gap. Rest everything is good.

It has a nice ambiance with relaxing lighting and light music. The therapists are quite professional and skilled. I went for a head and shoulders massage and was quite relaxed afterwards. The location is on 100 ft road in indiranagar. Would highly recommend it.

Meraki Membership program is a trap. You will pay an advance amount of 20,000 and there is no way you can fully utilise the amount. They will come with lots of conditions on using the money we paid already.

I came to Meraki to see if they could help with my pain built up in my hamstring and groin that started when I began running this year. They had a specialist - Rd - who is very knowledgeable in the human anatomy and can help heal through a lymphatic drainage and trigger point therapy. It is a bit painful during the session, but the results are remarkable! In just 2 sessions, that ongoing pain in my lower back and legs is greatly reduced and am feeling so much better. Looking forward to continuing my sessions with Rd!

Place is clean even though it feels a bit run down now. The main draw, the massage was strictly average. I tried the Balinese. I felt the therapist went about doing her work in a highly impersonal/mechanical and also not a very thorough way. By the end of it, it left me in a not so relaxed state.

The services are very good. The staff is good too. RD is very knowledgeable, good in analysing the body type and suggesting the correct treatment for my issues. Without even I revealing anything RD could able to tell many things about my body and various knots I have in my body. For example ; I am right handed, dehydrated and I spend more time Sitting cross legged. Yes I spend more time in meditation sitting cross legged. These predictions are something beyond intelligence for me. Recently I went through the Lymphatic Fluid drainage therapy which helped me a lot in reducing my back pain and shoulder pain. The good things is I don't have to point out which part of the body aches, but the massage therapist already knows.

RD is really good at what he does. Very scientific and understand the needs of a sports person. In fact, he is the best i have found. However, their packages are not pocket friendly and makes it so difficult to choose from. Yet again, like all other places here also they push for package. Overall it is a apt place specially if you are into sports and looking for a massage to support your fitness.

I didn't like it. In 45 minutes, she didn't have time for me to do a good massage. It felt like she was in a hurry. The oil was cheap, too. I don't advise you to go there, it looks good, but the service is bad.

RD was really good with massage. Its very rare to find someone who have knowledge on human body, i am glad to come across RD.

Meraki Indiranagar has by far been the best place for a spa experience. Their therapists are well trained and efficient. The highlight however is their wellness therapist RD; who is experienced and genuine to the cause of well-being of his Clients. His in-depth knowledge, empathy, patience, skill and professionalism is unparalleled to any therapist I have ever come across. I came to Meraki with a bunch of health problems and the therapy sessions with RD has remarkably helped in my recovery and healing.

I have neglected my body for years and after just one session from RD, I feel much more relaxed and at ease. He first offered a consultation to see what your body needed and recommended the appropriate type of massage. RD was extremely professional and asked if I was comfortable every step of the way.

Update Sept 2020 - Still enjoying my massages at Meraki. Renewed the membership. I came to know recently that they offer Sports massage as well as deep tissue. RD knows his work and if you have any nagging issues, I suggest you come here for a few sessions and it will get taken care of.

My first visit here after being recommended by the hubby. Tried Swedish massage and it was done well. The Spa is clean and their masseuse knows what's she doing. There are more services I intend to try before going for their membership. Their membership is a good buy especially from non peak hours.

My experience was absolutely beautiful. I took a wellness therapy from RD, and my oh my! What an experience - I have officially expanded my idea of self care. I felt safe and what I loved the most is seeking consent before any part of my body was touched. What we did was deal with the tension and knots and I have been a firm believer of handing over my body to a well informed and an experienced therapist. RD is very professional, knows his job very well and will ensure the therapy goes on even after the appointment is done - by giving stretches and exercises that would help in any way.

Communication of what is to be done before and after the therapy was always there. I know for sure that I would continue taking sessions in Meraki for sure.

My experience with Meraki has always been good and as usual i had a great experience today as well. The masseuse was very good and knew the pressure points for my swedish massage.

Other than that i happened to meet a very experienced, down to earth, highly knowledgeable and very professional chiropractor, R. D. He gave me a free consultation to suggest me the message i should go for and then i booked a 1 hour session with him to adjust me posture, release the knots and balance the body. I must say i am blown away with the experience and am already feeling much better after my first sitting. He gave me an analysis too over my personal number (list of exercises/stretches, list of problem areas that will be worked on my body). I am looking forward for my next sessions with him so that i can come out of the pain that i have been suffering from over 10 plus years.

I would recommend anybody to Meraki for their massages and if anyone is looking for a trusted Chiropractor, just ask for RD (physiotherapist /chiropractor)

It was a great consultation with RD. During the consultation he was very friendly and he was able to identify problem and pain areas. The best thing is to understand the person which he is really good at. Very humble and kind. No technique in the facial.the product used on the face was really sparse. From the scrub to the face cream miniscule amount of product was used. Was told the facial is especially important to increase hydration and instead Ieft with parched dry skin. Waste of my 3000

RD is an excellent human being with a gift Of curative healing hands. His understanding of the human body and psychology connects immediately to release the flow of energy. Great feeling of relief after the first session itself. Would recommend! One must give him an opportunity to work his magic.

I was facing back pain problem and very low on stamina. So I joined work out program under RD. He is the best. He was more dedicated than me. He understands the person and his or her problem so well and works accordingly. After 3 months of workout under him, I went without back pain and very high on stamina. Apart from being professionalism, he is very friendly and very down to earth human being. I assure that working under RD will convert even a lazier person into an active person.

A perfect spa date.

The spa date turned out to be amazing. We tried their Swedish spa which is.medium pressure therapy for relaxation. The rooms, aroma and staff is very nice. I would recommend everyone to have such date.

P. S. Make sure that you don't eat just before the spa.

Rd is a kind knowledgeable professional who is willing to listen to any issue you are experiencing. He has a vast base of information and expertise to draw from in determining the best techniques for the most effective outcome. These treatments helped speed my healing while increasing my function which was delayed due to a rare surgical outcome.

Rd makes one feel very relaxed during the procedure. Also he explains what he is doing in an extremely clear fashion (as it is not exactly obvious what a lymphatic massage is and why it helps). Rd responded to some questions about the lumbar surgery. I found this immensely enlightening and it really helped me understand better what was happening during the healing process.

RD is hands down THE best wellness consultant I've come across till date! Each session with him is so unique and different. His attention to detail set him leagues apart, also his unique blend of skill-sets - a mix of physiotherapy, acupressure, chiropractor techniques and more. It was a chance encounter with RD, who is the chief consultant at Meraki. During the consultation itself, he was able to identify my problem and pain areas and recommended wellness & healing sessions. However, he does not just focus on physical therapy. He would advise simultaneous lifestyle changes, stretches and exercises that one must continue for long term healing. He’s also not one of those healers who silently finish their session and be done. He interacts with his patients during the sessions and tries to understand their state of mind, which eventually helps the patient to feel relaxed.

I have several follow up sessions lined up with him due to the nature of my condition and I am hopeful that he would be able to heal me completely by the end of them. Thanks again RD!

The rooms are very clean, and well appointed. I’ve been there multiple times, and the therapists are all experienced and good at their work. They are able to locate problem areas in the muscles, and administer treatment without having to be told. I’d recommend a package deal with the spa, as this brings down the cost of each session tremendously and gives very good value for money.
