The place is highly recommended for its spa session with a very aesthetically pleasing interior, excellent hygiene, courteous and well trained staff who dedicate appropriate time to each session. The sessions are also followed by a steam bath which provide a rich and wholesome experience. Our compliments and gratitude to the staff for giving us a memorable experience.

PS: It would be much better if the massage room doors latches fitted for customers to have more secure changing experience as well as a bell to call on the staff after changing.

I took an evening slot recently post my gym and therapist was least interested in the deep tissue session. There was hardly any pressure or technique. Ambiance was noisy and didnot feel like a spa. They had good staff few years back but now the quality has gone down.

I wish I could have given zero rating, after seeing their ambience we will think it's super luxury spa with best theoripist, just it's true not to judge a book my it's cover, worst experience ever, staffs are money minded and full of attitude, there are so many spa in same road, I am regular for massages, other spa's are way better than this with good services and value for money but this merika turned out to be worst, kindly don't waste your money New bel road branch

Worst experience ever. Manager Madhu doesn’t understand our concern at all and she is keep repeating same thing. This is place is unfair and treated differently for fat people they said they can only cover limited parts because of their size and weight but they didn’t address that before. If your gonna scam us address us properly and get the money.this type of behaviour is totally unacceptable.

As soon as you step through the doors of Meraki on St. Marks Road, it feels like you've stepped into wonderland. Lovely ambiance, exceptional therapists and attentive manager. The therapy rooms are also very clean and peaceful.

I have gifted massage sessions to loved ones and the process has always been easy and smooth.

Meh. Went for their Signature massage. Hybrid mix but a complete letdown. I guess the masseuse combined deep tissue aspect with an acupuncture stick? I didn’t feel the stick whatsoever - just felt like it was her elbows all along, but the whole thing didn’t matter since she literally kept pressurizing the spots which I had roughly pointed to at the beginning of the massage. There was no sense of the muscle. The “stretching” was limited to taking my neck and turning it left and right. Either the signature mix was a complete letdown or the masseuse had no clue on how to perform the massage. I gave feedback to which the response was that I had a very experienced masseuse, which is an even more of a concern from a logical angle. Ambience was nice, bathroom tiles need some scrubbing.

The worst place. Coudnt given get my treatment done. The manager james was rude and defensive after giving us a room with a broken leaking noisy AC.

Please don’t go there massage therapist are not maintain room is very smelling please avoid this spa and they took 2500 for 45 min and they don’t give you good massage and waste of money please avoid this spa. Please avoid you won’t enjoy there worst service. And review all they pay for good review to consultants that review is fake please avoid

One of the best massages I have ever had. RD is remarkable, very enjoyable and no-one has ever found correctly that tight bit in the left side of my back. Excellent in approach and communication and my back and neck feel superb now. Could have drifted off to sleep at the end and I never sleep in the day or during massages.

Yes! It was the best post operative treatment and made me feel so much better! RD is very skilled in lymphatic massage and helped to eliminate the fluid that was pooling around the surgery site. I felt so much better and the swelling was greatly reduced.

I had been experiencing pain and stiffness in the back specially around lumber area from past few days. Heard about them from a friend of mine and thought of giving it a shot. I must say that it was one heck of a decision! Kudos to Rajesh (RD) for being such a nice person And a true professional. I can now do Burpees and plunges again. Will recommend it to everybody

It was the best massage I ever had. RD is very experienced and customizes the treatments according to your needs using different techniques. He is professional also in approach and communication. Results of his work are remarkable, thanks a lot!

I was very apprehensive when I arrived for my appointment with RD because I did not know what to expect. Honestly, I was afraid that the massage was going to cause a great deal of discomfort. RD reassured me that I would feel better after the visit and I am thrilled to say that he was 100% right. After the massage, I felt relaxed and my pain was non existent. It was the first time since the surgery that I felt comfortable standing straight. RD is very professional and he helps ease his patients' fears.

RD has a very light touch with explanations as to why the swelling of the fascia is present and how to move it through the lymphatic pathways to aid in diminished swelling and clearing of the area. His expertise is evident and the results were immediate post massage therapy.

RD is extremely professional and knowledgeable with many years of experience. Achieves results quickly. He also explains the process and how the lymphatic system works. Knowing how it expedites and aids the healing process. Again, because RD explains the treatment process.

I had a pleasant experience at Meraki. It's like a cosy little nook hidden away in the bustling heart of Bangalore. The staff were all friendly & knowledgeable & helped me select the right services, & my therapist was skilled & friendly but not intrusively chatty.

One of best spa known so far. The therapist did a very good massage and they are very well behavioral I personally suggest that this spa is one of the best where u can get good massage which improve yr heath status, its good to visit once.

Not a great spa. Purchased coupon from nearbuy for 45 minutes but after reaching here without my consent they gave me spa for 60 minutes and charged me 500 additional. After all the arguments they still didn't agree their mistake and charged 500.
Shower water was cold. It is first spa of my life where they din't have hot water. And the masseur too wasn't great. Overall bad experience.

Me and my wife visited Meraki Spa recently. I would honestly suggest anybody visiting this place not to opt for Deep Tissue from Nishi (Therapist). Morning i took the massage and by evening i started getting horrible pain below the neck area. I had to tell her 5 mins once to go easy and put less pressure. She started doing the massage with Elbow, i mean who does a therapy with their elbow? Absolutely insane therapist.

Absolutely beautiful place - warmly lit and with tantalizing aroma. Very courteous and welcoming staff. About the massage? Anyone can go with it without any second thoughts. Very highly recommended.

I took Swedish massage from here and the overall experience was just awesome. I felt that the massaur know exactly what needs to be done to relieve my body pains. Thank you for this fabulous experience Meraki.

Very well kept spa. The waiting area is very nice. The staff is very professional. My therapist was very well trained and help me relax by focussing on the areas I had issues with. Lovely ambiance, experienced therapists and very well maintained spa. They have taken care of the tiniest requirement such as giving pillows to lie down, neck pillows etc. It has been an amazing experience at Meraki. I recommend the Deep Tissue Massage. It is very relaxing.

I am writing this review just after my experience today for fully body massage in meraki.good ambience and decor, soothing music, right massage techniques.this place has everything going right but the staff.very arrogant front office assistant.no one really smiles or gives you that warm feeling.while my massage was going on half the way someone knocked the door and my therapist vanished for ten min.post which front office assistant comes in and tells me to move to the other room as the current room is reserved for someone else.
Spa is the place where we go to relax and unwind and not to argue.hopefully staff here understands that.i would have been a regular here if i didnt have this bitter experience.

I opted for Meraki's spa gift voucher in Bangalore and man was I satisfied! It was such a soothing experience. By the time I left the session, I did feel revived and rejuvenated. Kudos to Meraki Spa and Wellness Centre. Would definitely recommend it all!

Great place, a must visit if you are suffering from any physical ailment. RD has great skills, understands his profession and is a great listener. Had a great session and would recommend him to anyone wanting to visit a wellness and fitness expert in Bangalore
