Methil Rajatadri Enclave Pg - Top Rated Ladies PG near Metro Station

Methil p g is good for ladies and gents it's separate floors for boys and girls but even though beaing leady she manages well and all if gradually but she clear all complaint s of rooms and any issue. And when I vacated she calculated in front of me me only she refund my balance without any issue as I have given while entering p g two months as after calculation she given me back also I was suppose to give a review long back but as late after visiting several p g I think Mythil P G is good for stay as she explained that she will not give food but what we get from outside it's really good and normal charges comparatively for other places really good p g

There is no hot water for bath. There is no light in the bathroom. Don't be fooled by seeing that geyser in bathroom it's not working. Money is not refundable so think twice before joining to this pg. When I'm joined day she told me to pay full amount 4k but I just paid 2k that's my luck.otherwise I have lose my full amount because I'm exactly stood only 3days because of this pg I resigned my job also because of health issues. In a small room there are 4 members that's also bunker bed. There is no proper fan also.if you give any -ve response then she will scolding you

Guys never choose this pg there is no worth or no use. The worst experience I got no proper hot water, no wifi, they not even clean the pg for 2weeks even washrooms. And most importantly they never respect for the people. She never refused the money to anyone. She always make fights if we ask about refunds and she will make extra charges for everything.she always try to manipulate the ppl by telling tht this. I was for one month I paid 6k without food no worthy.and for next month 6day she said me to pay 8k for bed and water.
Finally at night 10clock she said me to go out off pg.this is wt she respect the ppl tht to a girl's. Not only me many girls faced this problem this this pg (both boys and girls faced it) so it's my request to everyone plzz think before joining this pg.
Hello miss drama owner I didn't run away u said I came on 6th for one month 6th I have vacated so be in ur limits.and more over I did not stay for free I have I paid 6k for 1 month and I came.so why do I pay extra we came for working we can't cheat like u to everyone and earn money. And cmg to my parents ur not even having daer to speak infornt of parents u will act like miss drama queen after entering to pg we will get to know real face.so remember once how do ur daughter behave on ppl. Early morning I didn't not run away u made me to do tht shouting on others and making them to cry, at the final day even u will face the problem. Remember u will face alll these wt u have done to others.finally learn how to speak in good way so tht ur daughter will learn it.urself ur not perfect and teaching others.
Don't cheat every parents papa they willll keep so many hopes and leave there children and go.

I would never recommend this PG to any Outsider without visiting in person, because the photos shared and website shared shows it to be top quality and reality is totally different. All the photos are from Girls PG, and condition for boys PG is pathetic, and washroom is even worse which needs to shared by 5 to 6 people every morning irrespective of you take double occupancy or single. Since the owner is Lady we can't utter a word otherwise she would star screaming on us. God knows How others are surviving there. The only best part here is she would sound very nice untill U join and then Doors to hell are open for U.

I had a very bad experience in this pg and what u see in website photos which was fake, I paid 4k in advance once I saw the pg I am not satisfied then I requested for refund they literally avoid and blocked me, worst experience I ever faced in pg

I'm writing this review moments before I was asked to vacat this hell, at 11.20pm 11th May 2022. You can imagine the concern n care this lady has when she asked me to vacate at late night.
Before I talk ABT ma experience, all the GOOD REVIEWS you see is this lady n her own daughters snatching our phn and giving reviews to herself.
I have to admit that this owner lady is the worst lady I have met in my life. I have been staying in difrnt pgs fr more than 5yrs now n this is a nightmare for sure.
Jst bcoz I was sitting in the other room of the same floor, I was asked to get out n was beaten up n slapped n stripped and tore my clothes in front of all the girls.
When you walk to see the pg, she will b the sweetest n give you all kinda fake promises, tat thrs 24/7 hot water n all facilities r thr n wat not.
Within a day ul realise the scam. She will not open the tap untill you beg her to, only fr 15 mints shel turn hot water on n the whole building is suppose to take bath within tat time.n during rainy season, whn thrs no hot water in solar, she wudnt turn on the geaser.evening by any reason, evn if ur not keeping well n want to take a hot shower, no option. Only if she likes you, she will ask u to get a bucket n collect it frm her restroom.
No dustbin. No wifi. Cleaning lady comes only once in a week.no curtains. No pillow. During lockdown, v had to clean on our own n still had to pay 2.5k fr maintenance.
N obviously whn grls realise this n want to move out, shel never give you the advance.
I have personally seens this lady throwing mny grls out no whr n without any warning.
N on top of all, if any of ur frnds drop you near pg, even in the same road, she will definitely make sure she will inform your parents n rest of the girls in pg and shame you. New age DOMESTIC VIOLENCE.

A very peaceful place to stay for working women and students. It is clean and well maintained and the owner is approachable.

I didn't stay there. The hostel was clean. Only self cooking is available. Food can be arranged from outside. The rent is little bit high.
