Metro Shoes

Ok place for regular everyday shoes. Good colours available and lots of different styles too. For some reason they don't look very sturdy. Very light weight shoes. The sale's reps were very friendly and helpful. Overall I'd say it's a good option for regular daily wear shoes.

U get a wide range of footwear for men and women. Exclusive collection. Only thing there is no parking.

Horrible store, Worst showroom Staffs are very rude, they don't no about professional behaviour, They are treating us like we came just for timepass. Their mindset is if we pick and tried 5 slippers they are expecting us to take all 5. They are not ready to show more collections. Such a poor customer service. Don't go to this Indiranagar showroom. Worst staffs and Worst Store. Please don't visit store.

Good shop for footwear for all daily, party wear they have more collection for women in party wear than for men
But have good collection the discount are only available in online shopping and not in store

Don't ever go and buy footwear here, they say if any damages we will replace in that note we went to replacement but they made us walk without slippers by keeping damaged slippers, worst experience i ever had

Worst customer care. Very bad experience with the staffs who works there.around 12.15 -12.30 (June 30th 2023) noon we went but no one was ready to show the products and everyone were literally standing and talking to them self.even though the patterns and quality are good coz of staffs disrespect and carelessness we had to leave.hope the metro organisation takes proper action on such behaviours of the staffs.

I had a very bad experience at Indiranagar metro footwear I had purchased a black footwear 1 year back for rupees 1500 last week when I open the box and I used it for marriage function the same day the soul got cut leather started peeeling of I took back the footwear to the metro stores they told they have stopped the manufacturing of the model my question is the quality of the footwear they were silent on the quality of the product they never replace the footwear the quality of the footwear is very very bad my advice to the general public is never use metro footwear they don't even deserve single star it is better to shutdown the metro stores and stop manufacturing bad quality of footwear

I was wanting to go to Woodlands, to buy a pair of sandals, but thought I'd check out Metro on my way. I was pleasantly surprised by this place. They had a fair bit of footwear to choose from, but what was even more surprising was that I could not find a single pair of footwear which was of bad build quality! I went hunting for one in the store, to prove me wrong!
Of course, they had a few poorly designed footwear, but that comes down to a personal choice of how footwear should look and feel. So absolutely no complaints on this front.
The store as such had a very welcoming interior. Very well-lit and spacious. They had the right amount of mirrors kept around the store and these mirrors wouldn't come in your way or steal for attention. You just seem to spot it straight when you looking for one. The display racks were easy to access and were not overpacked with footwear.
The floor staff were really good too. I noticed they attended to their customers with a very pleasant smiling face. The one attending me came across as being reasonably knowledgeable and wasn't trying to upsell anything.
I would highly recommend this Metro store. I believe Woodlands as a brand is dead with the poor quality products. I'm now sold to Metro, after 25 years of being a Woodland fan.
The sandals I bought were just INR 2085, and it's super comfy!

Had bad experience, we tried to replace a sandal worth 2.5k but they charged us 500 for replacement because the price apparently increased

Good options for kids, staff is very courteous and helpful, they patientintly showed multiple options.

Trendy shoe store. Very prompt in honouring warranty. My flip flops went bad in couple of months and got exchanged.

Staff should be more attentive towards customers. Worst experience ever. Will never shop from here again.

I visited this shoe shop to buy a pair of shoe lace only to meet an unfriendly staff.
They apparently don't sell laces, only shoes itseems. Amazed to know a shop sells shoes but not accessories. I figured out since they wont get business from me, they will behave cold feet.

Within 15 days inside sole came out, worst experience. Staffs don't have service attitude.

Good collection of footwear for all occasions. Sales force are extra driven and go all out to increase the billed value. Unfortunately, loyalty points go missing.

Very costly, even a hawai chappal was 1000. I got the same chappal for 200 in the local.market near by. HAHA!

Every Metro outlets are almost the same. There are points to redeem and you also get voucher for your birthday. They greet you and are all out to assist. Being a Metro fan from 2009, the experience was the same here. The advantage is that is the particular pair that you are looking for is not available they check with the other outlets and inform you when it can be made available at the store you are in

Really nice collection but the staff behavior was not good. If you call then and ask for particular option availability they will say yes immediately but when you visit the shop they will do a small drama in front of n say the last pice is sold out. So please do not believe these guys.

Very costly own branded products chiefly of leather material. It wont suit many people other than an high class wards

Very Bad staff, who care less about business. They have no idea about customers buying patterns and speak in a very rude manner.

Entire team including the boss at pay counter are Very humble very polite. They make you to feel home. Aal the best. Keep it up

Good collection even though a little overpriced. The casual wears are very comfortable for all day wear, but not very durable.
