I had taken a slipper very recently. It had a sole problem in 2 months where I had not used much. They took for repair but I have not heard anything from metro its been 2 months from the date of giving it for repair. The store is not picking up the calls too. The customer treatment is really bad. They just don't value the customers. I want to know whom I can contact for getting back my expensive slippers.

They dont value the customer. They dont resolve the issues. I bought a loafers of RedTape and it started stinking after 2 weeks of purchase. When I raised this issue and claimed they did not care or bothered about it and they said they are not at all responsible.
