Iconic is the best word that i can use for this restaurant. Vintage ambience. Comforting is the service. Divine taste for all foods. Excellent service.
That's Metropole for you. A legacy restaurant started in 1960s which is like a beautiful Kerala kitchen with South Indian food as it's speciality.
I tried ordinary dosa for dinner and egg dosa for breakfast.it was soo buttery. And crunchy.
Having them was Mind Blowing What a beauty
I will totally recommend this place for it's easy on your pocket and amazing on your heart.
It was a great disappointment. The food was not tasty. There are 100 dishes in the menu. But they have only what was left over from the morning. We had a lunch and they gave us watery sambar and watery fish curry. Potato stuffings kept for masala dosa. What an apathy. Let my experience need not be your experience.
Yesterday me and my friends visit for central sheet metropol restaurant, it was very nice place, and food was very tasty, good behaviour for staff, we fully enjoying our lunch Thank you for good service.
The food is yum at nominal rates. The upstairs seating area has an ambience of it's own. Just like most other places, it is not well maintained due to lockdown but it's gradually picking up.
At metropol you can taste the varity cusine as safe as you eat from home. And tge service is the best as all members of the team is there, providing you the beast food and service.
I really loved their combination of Crispy Hot Kerala Porotta with their special Pepper Chicken
A small place near sivaji Nagar bus stand for non veg food lovers. They serve awesome Biryani's and other non veg items. No parking here since this is near the busy road.
Very bad food! I ordered non veg chicken and fish items along with kerala rice. Meat was not cooked fully and tastes like raw. Service was alao bad. Never choose this restaurant.
This is a medium range hotel with Kerala style of varieties. If you are non veg lover and want to try different Kerala dishes, then this place can give you some options.
Had a chikkoo shake from there. In spite of telling them that it isn't ripe, they made it saying it's ripe enough to make it. But it was tasting very raw and has screwed up my tummu
Visited this place for the first time on 3rd Dec 19. Wanted to have soup but was told by the waiter that it will take time to get it done. Mutton biriyani was very tasty. Chicken kebab was hot and juicy but Malai Kebab was not up to the mark. Man power is very less and hence lot of delay. Otherwise nice place to visit and doesn't pinch your wallet.
Amazing Kerala style food with a mixture of Arabic cuisine and also its very affordable and can be chosen as a daily lunch spot for people working around its location.
They serve old chicken from previous day and when informed the management they are not ready to agree instead they defend themselves, worst food served, you should go here only if you want to get sick.
About 100 m from Shivajinagar bus station. Food is just ok. They serve kerala dishes too but they r cooked not much in Kerala style. Not that spacious in area. But cost of dishes is on the upper range for an ordinary restaurant

I tried the Kerala fish meal which has boiled rice, rasam, karela sabzi, pickle, papad, sambhar and fish curry
On the side, I was recommended 'oyster fry' by the restaurant guy and I went ahead to try it. Mind = Blown What a beauty.
I also had a grape juice and it was nothing like I've ever tasted before. So good! ️
I will totally recommend this place for it's easy on your pocket and amazing on your heart.
