It does it's job. Employees sitting in front of computers behave as if they are the owners. Not professional. Ground level service wise it's good.

All items are being stolen.i lost everything please dont send any product with this transport they also carry illegals' product

Not a happy customer.
Last 3 incidents were horrible within a month namely
1. Pickup point is changed for me and I didn't get notified
2. Cancelled bus just before 2 hours because of auto bandh. I asked few questions namely auto bandh end by 6 pm, auto bandh was informed much in advance, I have an emergency to visit the following day how can I go.
3. Bus suppose to reach destination by 10pm because of its technical fault it came at 11.30pm. Many passengers are waiting from 9.30pm where no shelter for us and standing on the corner of road and it was drizzled and mosquito playing around us. No information or update from them.
I have used this bus from 2018. Travelled many time between Madurai and Bangalore vice versa.
Previously it was good. They are not cheap in cost, where as cheap in quality.

Wrost service ever. Booked for chennai and 4days still not update on delivery. Urgent medicine has to be delivered and lack of service we face huge problem to the pateint.

Very bad experience.i got my scooty very late that also in very bad condition.worst service.they will not answer properly and also they will not take any responsibility if your things got damaged.am never gonna prefer this service.

I traveled from Bengalore to Madurai with MSS -
My boarding point was kalasipalayam. My auto guy stopped at ananta Rao Circle and told me this is the place omni buses pickup. I called the provided travels number, and connected the auto guy with the travel agent named Harsha. Initially, Harsha tried giving the auto guy the direction to reach their office. Once the auto guy could not follow the instructions, he asked me to stay in Ananta Rao circle and that the bus will pick me up. I called twice and made the confirmation and I was told the bus will reach there in 10 minutes. Post the said time, when I called Harsha, he told me that the bus would not stop in Ananta Rao circle and that I would have to catch the bus at Lal bagh, and he asked me to contact the bus driver for my boarding. (Apparently, he is an office guy)
I requested Harsha to notify the driver and also to provide me the contact info of the driver. Due to delay in his response, by the time I called the staff inside the bus, I was told that they crossed Lal bagh and that I should be reaching Madiwala to catch the bus.
Leaving aside the irresponsible office staff Harsha, at least the staff inside the bus should have contacted me for a smooth boarding.
No staff inside the bus tried making any efforts to reach me out. It was only after I contacted them that they asked me to board at madiwala.
(Unluckily, I was also facing internet issues, making it difficult to track the bus)
With this whole exercise, I ended up paying 500 bucks more.
Now, coming to the bus: the ac cooling was bad, which made it difficult for me to fall asleep soon. I would have rated the travel experience as 3 or 3.5 if not for having to interact with their staffs.
[ Note to Management: the office staff should have informed me that the bus would not pick me up in Ananta Rao circle. Clearly, I would not be waiting for more than 10 minutes. I could have easily catched the bus in kalasipalayam stop, which would have been less hassle. ]
Edit1: I received a call from Harsha, it seems he has been on leave for a couple of days, and that it was a guy named Murugeshan who had contacted me. I really wonder why the driver had mentioned the concerned office staff was Harsha. As a correction, wherever the name Harsha is mentioned has to be read as Murugeshan.

Bangalore transport thay don't have printer even they have also there are saying to customer bring xerox and they are not accepting (soft copy) it's not super service

Hi everyone, I believe that individuals who leave negative comments are often competitors trying to discredit their rivals.
I wanted to share my recent experience booking tickets for a night service from Madurai to Bangalore. The service provider informed me of the departure time three hours in advance, and the bus departed on schedule. The journey was comfortable, and we arrived at our destination on time. Additionally, I was pleased to find that the rest points stop were very clean.

WORST SERVICE PROVIDER. ALL MOBILE NUMBERS PROVIDED ARE FAKE AND THEY DON'T ATTEND CALLS. SOME NUMBERS RINGING AND THE DON'T ANSWER. DON'T USE THEM FOR TRANSPORTING YOUR GOODS. AND ALSO FOR YOUR TRAVEL. THEY ARE ONE OF THE NOTORIOUS PEOPLE IN THIS SEGMENT

Worst experience I've got from this service, I've received damage piece of my glass items and I've mentioned as glass in cart box.but still they didn't take care of our items. I've called more than 20 times.they're not responding.
