Couldn't solve my issue. Phone was having issue with one side earphone audible due to some software glitch. They updated the software after reset it worked fine but only few days and 2nd time got it done only to find the issue reoccurring. Finally I'm leaving with this issue on my phone.
Have been to this center taking appointment through registration. Still, it took half an hour to get an appointment. The reason being only one person meeting the customers. After half an hour I got the chance. My problem was that the charger (76 W) was not working. Another 20 minutes to confirm this thing. Then they are saying no replacement. OK. Then I said will take it later. No acknowledgement. Why? This charger is not updated in the system. The joke is, warranty of a charger is 6 months. So, I have to come back without an acknowledgement too. Did this solve the issue? How was the customer care? How much point should I give?
They take of the customer's signature in the 5 stars blank rubber stamped acknowledgement receipt, which the customer has to sign for getting back the repaired instrument. Many customers in hurry just sign and leave the place. The staff tick 5 stars in that. In February 2021 I took my mi 3S phone which suddenly blacked out, for service. I was asked to come after a week as they need time to indent a battery. After three visits they said the battery was not available. Then I purchased one mi 9 Pro Max. It's audio functions were not good. I took it thrice in two months, but the problem not perfectly solved. Now what should I blame my stars for purchasing mi or choosing this service centre.
Issues resolved very well. I will let you know after using my phone for a week. I visited SP road before coming to Mi service center. In SP road they said it costs 6.5k.here they did it for 5.4k.
Mi has one of the fastest smartphone service in the country. I had some firmware troubles with my phone and I barely had to wait to get it fixed. In about 30 minutes, my phone was good as new. The prices are reasonable and staff are polite and helpful. In addition to getting your phone fixed, you can even buy Mi accessories such as charger, earphones, powerbank etc.here which is helpful if you are in a pickle and the Amazon one day delivery seems slow. All in all great service. In times of rush hour they ha e a ledger in the order of arrival so you'll get your turn the earliest.
Service is ok but delayed and spare cost is 199 but service charge is 350 is horrible, they took more than 2hr to change charging pin. They ask for review i gave 3 star but she edited to 5 star that's why I'm giving one Start. Need behave like professionals, need to update. Anyways thanks for service. ️
Came in with a defective product and was given good service and got the product replaced. Hope to see the replaced product work without issues. Thank you MI
* Service is very genuine and your phone issues will be fixed within a day or two at max. * Few Mi devices like headphones, WiFi dongles etc are sold here * Only concern is that PCB level servicing is not available here. * On the whole must visit service center for MI mobiles.
This service center is all over good but wait time is more than expected. I go here for servicing my Mobile it got repaired but after i got delivery of repaired mobile the sim slot was missing, so please be aware of the belonging of your products if you get repaired here. Else everything is good.
Unprofessional. Rude. They don't know anything about costumer service. You go in there, the first thing they will tell is that your data will be lost and we have to reset it without doing any investigation. And if you ask more they'll tell if that doesn't resolve it we'll have to change parts.
Service charge 413 Rupees staff are very polite and respectful fast express service and one more thing before you going once you call them and ask about your problem because of less availablity.don't forget to tack online token.
