This company is FRAUD!
Read review before any commitments.
They always make problems to all employees and customers as well.

1. For employees:

a) The actual work starts after 6: 30 pm and they expect you to work even whole night and never bother. They never are gonna pay overtime money compensation to you.b) They are never paying you salary on time and they deduct money for multiple reasons and God knows the reasons.c) They never approve your leaves even after you request multiple times.d) They are never gonna give any experience certificates when you are exiting the company and simple create issues with respect to certificates, salary settlements
e) Salary increment is not consistent and you never get any increment even if your work for 5 years, might have to settle for 1-2%
f) Technical team is weak and lack credibility to support engineers.

2. For Customers:
a) Customer will have different requirements and the output will be entirely different
b) Projects are always dispatched with 50% incomplete stage so before customer kindly check all the details and get it dispatched.c) No expected delivery date, Poor commitments
d) They are gonna take 90% the project cost before dispatch from the company where machine is incomplete and they never bother to complete the machine as per commitments and never bother of getting other 10% as they never gonna satisfy the 100% machine output requirements.e) The quality and safety standards are poor make sure you check before dispatch
f) Poor after sales service support.e) They never support during critical phase.
So customers kindly review before giving projects to these people.

I have been working with Micrologic for over 5 years, My experience has been generally good. I recently noted a few negative remarks and was surprised to see most of the people have never worked at Micrologic! It is a campaign from one person who might have got affected in some way, who has made some people just to post such meaningless remarks against the company just to malign the company. I note that all the posts have been made around the same time, same day! Clearly showing the wrong intention!

Once you enter here you will start wasting your time. They don't support any employee who leaves from here. They don't even give send offs or atleast respect for your contribution. They will ask us to wait outside of the gate for whole day eventually for the experience letter which will be look like waste paper. The worst Management in the planet. Don't waste your time by joining here. There are plenty of negative points to say.

People working here, once you join different organization they will not at all respond for background verification many people lost jobs because of this company

Micrologic Integrated Systems is a well reputed Automation Machine manufacturers. It gives a great exposure for learning and working on several projects for freshers. It has been a great journey for myself being a part of the company as a software engineer (LabVIEW).

Well reputed company with good technical People's.
Management is Good, Friendly & Supportive.
Good Platform To Learn & Encourage for Freshers.
