Bought testing strips for my Accu-Check glucometer from Microsidd India and the transaction was pleasant. Got the items for the best price and were delivered on time as assured. Will definitely buy the items again. Thank you team Microsidd.

The Accu chek guide test strips they supplied were near expiry dates. Will not order nor I will recommend to anyone.

I wanted the ordered item urgently. Thanks to Microsidd for delivering it (within Bangalore) in a couple of hours!

I purchased online from Flipkart on 11.3.23, after two months display not working properly. Now I try to complain for redress.

Ordered one week back no information about my item,

Medical products booked on 09/02/23 from Bangalore to Pune not yet delivered (as on 24/02/23) after charging Rs. 50/- for delivery. Worst insensitive service considering these are medical products.

Request all not to place orders with them if you want peace of mind!

Could not find a way to reply to the false claims by the owner. First and foremost the address and phone number is perfect and am receiving couriers every week with the same details. Obviously the number cant be wrong as the customer care and owner have spoken to me on the same number. The parcel was lying in speed post at our post office location for 5 days. What action did the support take. After contacting customer care action was taken on the 3rd day by way of email to Speedpost who changed the status to "Out for delivery" and updated shortly that "address is incorrect".

And coming to the second false claim of sending shipment twice is an eyewash. No tracking link was sent on 21/02/23 as committed by the owner. Even in my last call on 25/02/23 on hearing the statement from the owner that the second shipment from the courier is also showing RTO, I had requested him to share the screenshot of the same which was not done. Further, the company's official Whatsapp chat confirms that there was only one shipment booked!

Instead of gracefully accepting and apologising the lapses in services by them, the owner is making allegations of unwanted language by me. Yes a shout was needed when you have to wait for 2 weeks to get the delivery which never happened but definitely no unwanted language was used.

Lowest price, genuine product, super prompt delivery, easy online tracking. What more should I need? Bought bg03 glucometer strip.
