Over the past 10 years, we had consulted several doctors and underwent several IUI and couple of IVF trials but with no positive result! As a last resort, we decided to visit Milaan Hospital in January 2022 and consulted Dr. Vaishnavi Rao, which was one of the best decisions we took in our life.

Right from the day one, we realised that the approach in Milaan was very systematic. We still remember how patiently Dr. Jhansi noted down our history of previous treatments in various hospitals since 2012. Based on which the most appropriate IVF protocol was adopted and it resulted in positive outcome at the very first attempt of IVF. Entire process was very smooth right from preliminary tests to ET. And after pregnancy tested positive we were introduced to Dr. Mridula Devi, who was another beautiful soul we could meet in Milaan.

Today, at 3rd Trimester, while we are eagerly waiting for our angel to arrive, we are grateful from the bottom of our heart to Dr. Vaishnavi Rao and Team for making this happen at last for us!

Don't go to this hospital for fertility treatments. We consulted with Dr. Vaishnavi. All positive reviews must be fake. She doesn't educate patients. Only SCAn and Tests. For embrayo transfer she will ask us to come by 9 am. Drink more water.keep your bladder full. But madam ji will come only by 12. Think about the physical and mental condition of a patient. Her assistants don't answer properly. Embrayo transfer was done without any focus. Someone from nurse team had to say where to place the embrayo. Spent around 6 lacs. She will keep saying no more embrayos available. You have to start right from the beginning. If no ethics is followed, then dont do medical service.

Pathetic hospital, n pathetic doctor Vyshnavi, no ethics n no empathy for IVF failed patients, our IVF got failed because of her.

We have been consulting at Milan since 2020. Dr. Bhavani was extremely supportive and patient in our interactions, guiding us through every step of the journey with the various treatment options. Post conception, Dr. Suneetha took care through the pregnancy - very approachable, patient and discussed any issue thoroughly. Post delivery experience was extremely supportive as well from Dr. Shalini and Dr. Ismail (from NICU). All the staff and nurses are very caring and thoughtful to new parents.
Having experienced healthcare in other places - would definitely recommend Milann for their thoughtful, superlative healthcare. A big thanks to the doctors and Dr. Kamini Rao for setting up such a centre!

Getting treated during the Pandemic has been a harrowing experience for everyone, especially those affected by Covid.
I had a different health issue though. That is where Milann entered my life and helped me, making a usually tough phase smooth and hassle free.
I was recommended to this Institute by a friend of mine. The fact that it was headed by Dr. Kamini A. Rao, a pioneer in her field of Assisted Reproduction was a huge confidence booster.
Dr. Vyshnavi A Rao was put in charge of my treatment, overall supervised by Kamini Ma'am.
She has an excellent team. They are not only knowledgeable but also compassionate, a combination which is becoming rarer. The Consultant and the team were always prompt with easy resolution, was patient and sensitive in handling not just the treatment but also considerate where the outlook of the patient and her family was concerned.
Once I conceived, Dr. Mridula Devi A and team was assigned as my GnO.
Efficiency with sincerity seems to be their motto.
Eager to answer any questions, clarify any doubts, on standby always in case of ER should be what healthcare professionals be about. They went the extra mile by providing a service with assurance and faith, always witth a smile.
I gave birth to a premature baby girl.
However, the promptness with which the team acted so that further complications be avoided is what marks them as unforgettable in my mind.
Similarly, my post op care was very smooth. The staff very well trained, ever present for any request, ready to deliver so that mother and child were comfortable and clinically well looked after.
The clinic is well equipped with an in-house Lab, Pharmacy, OT, NICU. Hence the investigations are not a hassle. They also accept reports from NABH accredited labs.
The canteen is spacious. They have a basic menu but it's always tasty and nutritious.

Got to know about Dr. Aradhana & Milann from one of our relatives who was already consulting her for PCOS. What I experienced was much more than heard. She is very confident which ultimately gave us the confidence to go with treatment. We were waiting since 4 years for the good news to come. After treatment we got the good news the very next month that too twins:). Dr. Aradhana has just proved to be angel for us. I thank mam whole heartedly for her efforts. Looking forward for her kind support till delivery.

Took fertility treatment under Dr. Vyshnavi Rao and we are successful in our journey @Milann. Dr. Vyshnavi Rao carries good experience and have a good knowledge in fertility treatments. She will try different protocols if one doesn't suit, which actually worked out for us!

No ethics … they just squeeze us out mentally, physically and financially. First of all I would like to thank Dr. Shilpa as she is very kind, soft spoken and encouraging. I have been struggling to conceive, after having treatment with Dr. Shilpa I conceived normally. I would like to recommend Dr. Shilpa. All the Staff nurses also very supportive specially to Shanti madam.

They take all the time on earth to see patients. Entire day goes for checkup. Have doubt whether it is hospital or fashion show. Nobody responds properly. All they need is money. Their medicine's prescribed are not available easily so they even encash that opportunity also, not even a penny concession they given. They always make the patients wait and busy celebrating some or the other functions. There is only one doc and rest all fellow doctor doesn't have experience. Am talking about kumara park branch.

We have had our tussle with infertility for over 6 years now.today my wife is 8 week pregnant after my IVF by Dr Vyshnavi A Rao. I would like to share this experience with anyone still deciding on a place to manage their infertility.
Deciding to go for IVF is a big step in itself. From decision making to completion of the process, there are multiple issues that needs to be addressed at every step.if not guided by someone experienced and knowledgeable in both the technical and psychological side of IVF this journey could be immensely arduous for any expectant parents.
Luckily for us this journey was guided by Dr Vaishnavi A Rao and staff of milann hospital. We came to milann hospital in 2020 but due to covid the process was not completed.
And today I am writing this review all I can say. I would not be writing this review without Dr Vyshnavi A Rao wholehearted guidance over the last year.ever since we left last year Dr Vyshnavi had been in touch with us.she was always a text message away from us. This has resulted in a personal connection and trust that brought us here again this year.
Once we were here we were treated with the same personal connection and care, regular blood work, scanning and most importantly keeping everything as transparent as possible has made their level of care the best I could have asked for.

Very good experience in millan Hospital both kumarapark and jayanagar branch. I conceived after 9years of marriage, I consult Dr. Vyshnavi for infertility treatment in jayanagar branch both doctor and staff was very good. And after conceiving vyshnavi mam, preferred for Dr. Mrudula after the confirmation and Mrudula mam is very friendly very good doctor but in kumarapark branch the staff is very worst.
I honestly recommend for Dr. Vyshnavi for infertility and Dr. Mrudula for gynocologist.

Dr priyanka mohan very good Dr. The way she treats to the Patationts is very well. Personally she used to take care. N she put her all effort really so happy to meet such good Dr. Tq Dr.

They claim to share reports over and email. When you call them to check on reports, they don't even answer the phone. Very bad service. I did multiple calls. Of the 5 times I called only once they answered the call and my email address was captured. After two hours I did not receive any email with the reports. Called again multiple times but no one answered the phone. Very bad service. If you like good service, you are not getting it at Milann. Stay away if possible. Doctors will push you to this clinic claiming they give the best reports. Good luck in finding the report if you are lucky.

Milann hospital is not expensive but good. Doctors are good and give good treatment. Their success ratio is also good. I am only giving 1 star because of the insurance claim. I am trying to claim my insurance as reimbursement and now my tpa has asked for additional documents and there is no assistance from milann insurance desk. No matter how many times I call they won't pickup. I am being told they are busy. Secondly inspire of emailing them multiple times there is absolutely no response. Common in this age how hard is to acknowledge or at least reply to a valid email. Only way to get work done is to take office leave and run behind them like a sarkari office. Except this I find this hospital to be good. Literally I feel harassed due to no response from their side. Now I have neck injury and I can't travel so easily but there is no respite.

Visit only if you have lot of patience to wait and atleast half day to waste, same story every time you visit

I was under the guidance of Dr. Vyshnavi Rao (Milann JP nagar). Had been to Milann under the reference of a Family Friend. Dr. Vyshnavi is very kind hearted in person. Her words are straight forward and no going round the bush. She made sure that all my Scans are done personally by Herself and in her absence it was done by other qualified doctors of her scale. She has always given a personal care and attention.she was always available at the other end of the phone when in need. I was under treatment of Dr Vaishnavi Rao, We had been trying to conceive since 1 and half years and my periods were very irregular, visited Milan hospital bcoz of my cousin's suggestion, I never thought I will conceive with in 2 months of visiting the hospital,
I'm very thankful to Dr. Vaishnavi Rao who always spoke very positively and made sure all our doubts are clarified and gave us so much confidence. Now I'm 2 months pregnant and I suggest who ever has fertility issue should visit Milan, little expensive but worth it as you won't be keep on trying and less failure cases.

Doctors are good, hospital service is good but dont expect normal delivery. This hospital is only good for IVF. If you want to go for normal delivery, then 100% i don't suggest this hospital.

We had been here for treatment and they had just looted and made us fool. No use. In the sense they did not had even tried their best to help is.they were only behind money. And we get like cheated. Gov should take actions against these cheaters

Neverever visit Indra Nagar Milan hopeless center. No words to describe. They keep asking for money. Before doing any test please do check market price. Plz do check the test is really required or not. Uneducated assistant doctors irritating staff. Trust me don't waste you are hard earned money.
