Hospital is excellent but Little Expensive

I delivered my baby boy in this hospital. I was referred to Mrs. Srivalli ma'am by my gynaecologist, Dr. Revathi Rajan. We met Srivalli ma'am prior to my admission and she gave us a detail overview of the package and facilities.
I got admitted to a single suite ward a day before my operation. From the time of my admission, the hospital staff and nurses made sure everything was as smooth as possible. Post my surgery, all the nurses were very helpful in making sure me and my baby get adjusted to each other. My baby was shifted to NICU immediately post my surgery. Srivalli ma'am made all necessary arrangements and made sure that me and my baby had a happy reunion post his NICU tests.
We are very thankful to our gynaecologist, Dr. Revathi Rajan for referring us to this hospital and Srivalli ma'am. We would definitely recommend this hospital for all the expecting mothers.

Getting Worst day by Day, Kumara park Centre, Bangalore Various reasons mentioned below

1. Greetings: As soon as you enter, we don't feel welcomed, they won’t greet nor welcome, nobody would care why and when you entered, we ourself would need to go to and check with receptionist, worst part they start speak in English or Tamil, No use of local language or Hindi.

2. Insurance: Understand the business why they are giving service, they are there to treat infertility issues for the couple and then comes pregnancy right? But the biggest joke is even though you have insurance covered for IVF treatment, Milan won’t consider they would say you to go for reimbursement as they consider insurance only for Pregnancy deliveries not for performing surgeries for infertility which is more than 1 Lakh in all circumstance if we go for IVF cycle.

3. Payment Method: Worst receptionist all they ask whether we are new patient or follow up patient then pay for consultation and Scan, that too only with Card Payment or Cash, they don’t have option of Gpay/Phone Pay /Paytm when we are in times of carrying zero cash or zero card as even for Credit card we can open app, scan and pay.

4. Money thirsty administration: It feels like Hospital is run by money thirsty administration not the doctors, they want more and more money to come in before the Patient is happy with the service. One example though it is removed after short time the Patient even after buying 20,000 worth of Injection they had to pay 100 Rs for nurse to administrate that Injection, another example is as soon as we enter, we need to Pay for service, but if there is a refund, they say it will take 2 to 3 weeks.

5. Recent change: If you are old patient, we can see drastic difference how the service was provided before and now, Doctors used to scan see reports and suggest the patients and then Patients used to pay and leave, now as soon as you enter, they make you to Pay even though if patient is in dilemma whether they need scan or not.

6. Appointment: No use of taking appointment, Example: if Patient A has appointment at 11: 30 and Patient B at 12pm, Patient B comes to hospital at 10: 30 Am and sits they will allow them to go for scan and consulting, people will talk to Head nurse and break the que and jump to see the Doctor when Patient A reach at exact 11: 30, we see already Patient B is in scan room as he reached early and we need to wait, as reaching on time is a punishment

7. Canteen: Worst all they serve is Meals in the afternoon, being from North or Canara person would be a crime, either you need to eat meals or eat the morning left over idly or Order Kichadi

8. No follow ups as promised: I remember talking to a couple who had surgery next day and he had requested from admin to give in written how much it would cost so that he can inform the insurance company on the amount which he is planning for reimbursement, Admin wrote his contact number, MRN and all the details and said we will mail, but no action was taken nor that admin called and informed him they can’t send.

My wife got operated in Milan hospital. The over all experience was very very good.
All support staff and nurses were very polite. My wife was under treatment of Dr Varini. She is very experienced and very soft spoken.

A horrible experience by their call center who confirms the appointment but don't even bother to inform that Doctor is not available. We booked an appointment a week in advance thorugh Milann Call Center for consultation with Dr. Kamini Rao coz we got good reference abut her. We travelled to Kumara Park from Whitefield and to our surprise we came to know that Dr. Kamini Rao is on leave. No one bothered to tell us. When we called the Call Center they were passing buck to Reception and started disconnecting the call.

We also had one more bad experience in past where their Call Center Representatives gave us wrong information and quotation of IVF Process and we had no option but to move to other clinic.

This profession is based on trust and ethics which is lacking here. I don't know about their quality of doctors but whatever first interaction we had through their call center (which is only way to book appointment) were really pathetic.

Excellent service very good doctors and also maintained clean and hygienic.very well trained front desk.they are so efficient and also helpful.

ತಮ್ಮ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರೀತಿಯ ಜನರು ಬಂದಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಸಾಲ ಮಾಡಿ ಆಸೆ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಖುಷಿ ಪಡಿಸುವುದು ತಮ್ಮ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ. ಎಲ್ಲದಕ್ಕೂ ಹಣ ಸುಮ್ಮನೆ ಕೊಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಇಷ್ಟು ವ್ಯಯ ಮಾಡುವಾಗ ಇಂಜಕ್ಷನ್ ಮಾಡಲು ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ ಅರವತ್ತು ರೂಪಾಯಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಸೂಕ್ತವಲ್ಲ. Dr fee 500ರೂ ಮಾಡಿರುವುದು ಕೂಡ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಎನಿಸುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದು ನನ್ನೊಬ್ಬಳ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯವಲ್ಲ. ಬಂದವರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಬೇಜಾರು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗುತ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದಾರೆ. ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಮ ಧ್ಯಮ ವರ್ಗದ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಅನುಕೂಲ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ತಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ವಿನಂತಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇನೆ.

Dr kamini mam is a good doctor and very caring.this was my first visit all staffs are very co operative and well behaved. Thanks to all milann staffs.

Dr. Anu is really great with the treatment, care, all the nursing staff are really polite, miss pallavi from the receptionist on 1st floor is really helpful, if you are coming expect good healthcare but you need lot of patience - because even if we have an appointment we usually wait for atleast 5hours which gets extended to 8+ due to unknown reasons, my low rating is to the management who don't care about the patient's when they sometimes have to go & wait in the public park opposite to the hospital, it's an established center from 3 decades yet there isn't a smooth process in place where the patient can go through.

Had one of the worst experience at this place. They don't care about patients. They make you wait till they call out. And they never call you. When you go check yourself Same response to wait again n again. They give preference to people with contacts in the hospital. Priority based on appointment or in order with which people contact the reception is not at all a thing at this place. We waited for more than 4 hours with no response and exited the place. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

Came for vaccine hospital premises and staffs are good especially Ranjitha & Lavnaya Pooja are good and guided me

Hi I had come fr second dose vaccination I am very happy with the service lavanya nd Ranjitha staff was very friendly

Too much wait time and not enough personnel at Kumara Krupa East branch.

We had appointment at 3 PM and we reached here at 2: 40 PM and we were handed registration application form. We filled that up and handed over it to them at 2: 50 pm

We have been waiting for registration process at the entrance and there is only one person at the reception since 40 min.
We completed the registration after payment only at 3: 40 pm.

After trying to give this feedback that receptionist says that we have not come at 2: 40 pm
