They have pathetic faculties, they are not sure on syllabus, presented passing rates are fake, books are very badly written, they have very old recorded classes they are very out dated, no proper help in anything, they have more than 2 lakh people in one batch so don’t expect any attention on your queries or anything

I wanted to share my experience regarding Miles Education, and I must say that a delay on my part in enrolling with them turned out to be a fortunate decision. My friend Shad Malik had already enrolled with Miles Education, and his experience has been far from pleasant. His encounter with the institution's questionable marketing practices has raised significant concerns.

While I was initially considering joining Miles Education along with Shad, unforeseen circumstances delayed my admission. Looking back, I now realize that this delay may have spared me from falling victim to what appears to be a problematic situation.

Shad's experience with Miles Education has been marked by unfulfilled promises, a lack of support, and inadequate communication. He paid heavy amount of INR 79,000 and despite clear agreements, he has yet to receive the study materials promised to him even after 40 classes out of 50. Moreover, when he sought a refund and attempted to cancel his subscription, Miles Education refused, despite earlier assurances of their refund policy.

These issues extend to other students as well, as Shad discovered when he spoke to his classmates. It's concerning to see that such a reputable institution with a strong marketing presence can fall short in delivering the quality education and support that students deserve.

In light of Shad's experience, I've decided not to pursue my education at Miles Education. I believe it's essential for prospective students to be aware of these concerns and exercise caution when considering this institution.

I hope that sharing this information helps shed light on the situation at Miles Education and assists others in making informed decisions about their education.

I am writing to share my perspective as the brother of Shad Malik, who is currently enrolled in Miles Education. While my association with the institution is indirect, I feel compelled to highlight some significant concerns that have arisen from my brother's experience.

Shad's journey with Miles Education has been marked by a series of unsettling incidents. He enrolled with high hopes, only to encounter numerous challenges. Despite paying full amount even after completion of 40 classes out of 50 classes he has yet to receive the study materials that were initially promised. What is especially disheartening is that when he requested a refund and attempted to cancel his subscription, Miles Education denied his request, despite prior assurances of a refund policy.

These issues are not isolated to Shad alone; they seem to be affecting other students as well, as he has discovered through conversations with his peers. It is concerning to observe an institution with a seemingly strong marketing presence fail to meet the expectations of its students when it comes to quality education and support.

While I have not personally enrolled with Miles Education, these issues have prompted me to reconsider it as an option for my educational pursuits. I believe it is crucial for prospective students to be aware of the challenges faced by individuals like my brother and exercise caution when evaluating this institution.

I hope that my insights contribute to a better understanding of the situation at Miles Education and assist others in making well-informed decisions about their educational path.

Miles Education has great marketing, and they make it look like a fantastic place to study. But my experience shows that there's a lot more going on BEHIND THE SCENES. While there might be positive reviews, I want to make sure you know about the problems I faced as an unpaid reviewer.

My journey with Miles Education has been far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to shed light on the numerous issues I have faced during my association with them.

To begin with, despite completing 40 out of the 50 classes I paid for, I have not yet received the study materials promised to me. When I requested a refund and attempted to cancel my subscription [I HAVE LEFT THE CLASSES FROM 20TH CLASS ONLY AS I WAS NOT HAVING MY MATERIALS WITH ME], they said they don't do refunds. This was very different from what the Miles Education manager told me at the time of admission. They promised me a full refund if anything went wrong.

When I joined Miles Education, I had high hopes because they said all the right things during the admission process. But after I enrolled, getting in touch with them became a big problem. They hardly ever answered my calls or messages. And when they did, they just kept passing me on to different people, and nobody actually solved my problems.

Taking legal action against the manager, Mr. Zaid Siddiqque, led to his abrupt resignation, leaving me with a new manager, Ms. Roopa Nagaraju. Regrettably, Ms. Nagaraju also denied acknowledging the written conversations and agreements I had with the previous manager. This further eroded my trust in the institution.

I found out that my classmates also had similar problems and were going through their own issues. Despite paying a lot of money for books (INR 49,000), student support (INR 10,000), and training fees (INR 15,425), we didn't get the help we needed. The student representatives at Miles Education didn't seem to care about us.

In summary, I strongly advise against choosing Miles Education for your education. My time with them was full of broken promises, lack of support, and no one taking responsibility.

Big mistake enrolling with Miles. You get no assistance at all whatsoever.
They make fake promises, I haven’t received my referral bonus even after 2 years and on following up they would only say they’ll look into it.
Studying with miles is equivalent to studying on your own with lacs wasted.
There are better tuitions available. Please don’t make mistake to enroll with miles.

Worst ever experience they do not have ethichs they just need money and admissions thats it.if we are not eligible also for the course they do not refund back the money and totally irresponcive they just make false promises of guidance they do not have a least amount of humanity also especially the relationship managers over ther are worst please do not come to their sweet words before joining.after joining they just lytreely dont care.i am filling a suit in cunsumer court about the refund issue and they have created my fake business identity for the loan purpose.for which this miles management have not sorted till now.

I believe such individuals like him is a rare Gem for Miles, I wish Miles to Hire More Employees like him, as a student one will feel the utmost loving environment what miles deliver, teachings are really good and the steps of guidance are handy and great.

Feedback for Internal Team - Yet just one feedback I found internal team members are mostly occupied and I had to wait for long hours and days in getting help from any experts of the subjects, evaluation team are quite occupied felt little disappointed, I feel bandwidth issue is some how, I hope Miles team would work on this concern as a student we look for help and assistances most of the time and hardly it is found please improve on it.

Worst experience working in miles education such a heartless people, my entire 8 years work expp i have never seens this kind of company if any one wants to join this company they should not have family only those can survive here. Especially Mr. Ravi heartless person.

Education wise ok but no placement. I finished AICPA in my very first attempt 6 months before but till now they are not arranging any placement.

My CPA journey with miles has been amazing. From the moment I met them and signed on, to now - post qualification, the guidance and encouragement I have received from the Miles team sure did help. The support from the Miles team has been excellent, especially when I had issues that needed timely resolutions. 10/10 would recommend the use of their services.

Non responsiveness on referral withdrawal for more than 3 months, still unresolved.
Providing impracticable assurance on getting a job opportunity to their students.
Being their student on a certification program from AICPA, still am unemployed trusting these so called management.
