Happy with the quality of the apartment so far.
Little concerned about the property value appreciation, after 7 years the value has hardly appreciated.

Writing this review after the experience of staying in the premises for long enough, and various interactions with the builder, especially Mr, Ayub.
We have been proud owner of our home at MIMS NORTHBROOK for about past 2 years. The following comments are based on our firsthand
experience.

As the first year of occupancy and the being aware of the transition of all maintenance of the property from the builder (MIMS) to the owners through an association! In the meanwhile, we kept a close watch on the first year monsoons and other seasons in terms of endurance of the
buildings and the quality of construction.

In all these above mentioned points, MIMS came out victorious with flying colours. Mr. Ayub has been a pleasant surprise - transitioned the Maintenance by registering the Association, establishing the management committee, transferring the accounts cleanly and extending the
personnel support for an extended period of time. I can also vouch for the hassle was shared by MIMS more than us even after the transition.

For the quality of construction, we have gone through 2 wettest monsoons of Bengaluru in the last 7 decades. There haven’t been a single seepage or any other call for emergencies. In fact, Mr. Ayub was responsive to even the smallest clip of plastering without any hesitation.
Mind you, these were regular wear and tear of the first year of construction.

Can’t feel enough proud of our decision of buying this property from MIMS. Thanks to Mr. Ayub and his team for offering such a wonderful environment where we are living in.

I am a proud owner in one the best projects of MIMS - NORTHBROOK. Before buying a villa here we saw at least 25 projects. Right from the quality of construction to floor planning they are mindblowing. We even got a third party check done to ensure quality post our purchase and the score was a whopping 8.5 out of 10 while the likes of Prestige Augusta by the same agency is at 5.5. We spent our hard earned money to buy our dream house. Thank you MIMS. The best in city.

I have known MIMS Private Limited for the last 18 years. In fact I have bought properties from them. I have known Mr. Ayub, one of the directors on MIMS personally. I am a client of MIMS Builders and purchased a property from them a couple of years back. This property was selected after a decent amount of search in the market and I am very pleased with the purchase. Some of the key things I looked for and found in their project are;

This is the actual condition of MIMS Residency in just 2 years, Imagine as the years pass what might happen.
There is no proper response from builder once purchase is made. Very poor responsive people. Lots of issues which needs to be fixed by builder which are reported many times has no proper response.whenever it rains water leaking. Outside cracks which needs to be fixed and painted by builder before handling association is not considered. Totally very cheap construction.
