Since from more than two years I'm working as a senior executive -operations in Aegis customer support services private LTD, Whitefield Bangalore, now the work location is moving from Whitefield to Vijay nagar location that too 33KM distance, as of now it is 5 days of working in a week but in a new location we have to work 6 days in a week but there is no changes in PAY scale and there is no increment in salary, management has never discussed about relocation before but suddenly they were announced on 16/07/2019 about movement in the presence of Aegis country VP, Where the management is doesn't have a common sense to announce it at least 30 to 90 days before but now forcing us to work in a new location that too 33KM far from current location, we are completely not agreed to move and not ready for that because it will take 4-5 hours to travel in Bangalore traffic.

If we put the resignation means for the notice period we have to serve in a new location otherwise we have to pay some penalty amount that too informed by VP Mr. Joy deep and the historical thing is AVP doesn't know about relocation!  

it seems like employees are slaves in Aegis Cage!

Hats off to Aegis global for the way treating the tenure employees, the huge doubt is am I really living in INDIA?

If possible save the employees from this AEGIS Cage!

Don't dare to join this organization, totally it's a worst experience!

It is a nice and small tech park. If you have to visit, you can either get down at ktpo bus stop or get down near in orbit mall. Then you need to walk around 1-1.5 kms inside. It is a small tech park with 5-6 floors, mostly occupied, I guess.

It's a technical tech park.aegis company is in this tech park, You can join any company but not the AEGIS which is located in mind comp text park. Here you can experience the bloody management specially the HR team who will beg every month 2k from your salary to utilize for there own purpose,
even here they will not accept resignation latter and they will mark as abscond or ZTP (zero Tolerance policy it's means they will through you out.). They don't have their own word at place they will change their rule and regulation time to time.

It is one of the common tech parks in white field, nothing special. It is pretty much away from main road and bus stop, need to walk a long-distance to reach bus stop

Good salary without fail on every month of 7. But there is no break extension. Full pressure.at Training period only we will enjoy. Once we get into grad bay and floor.full of pressure. ContinoCon inbound call. But CSAT, CFA, AHT part is your to manage. But once it get practice I ll easy to move. They will give more important to ZTP.at my training period I rejected due to ZTP. They din provide Lev easily. But no domestic company ll give 2daz wk off.

Good work place.neat and clean. Maintained well. Ample underground parking for employees and visitors. Good greenery inside.

This aegis company doesn't give a damn about the candidates because it's been 5 days that I've been given the wrong information about the client round but it didn't happen and whenever I call them they don't have a courtesy to answer the call, it's one of the worse than worse experience what I had from this aegis company and I seriously regret the fact that I chose aegis to work with which is my huge mistake of my life, I request people to not choose aegis, all they do is keep post ponding and keep giving wrong information.

Here the Worst intrewers n worst recruiters one of the Bpo I seen. They are four times rejected me without giving any reasons.guys working in this aegis is just ment for enjoyment purposes only. A who have good family backround so they should go head here n make time pass n fashion shows, drams, sentemental, games, story teelling all these are happened in the training periods.n out of campus always smoking also even girls this is too common in all bpo,

A tech park in Whitefield which is good in terms of architecture and greenery and also good for taking selfies and photos. A beautiful loan is provided in front with fountains working only during higher officials visit. A vegan canteen is found inside and a non veg cafeteria is there outside. Smoking zone is near this, so you can have your tea n cigerete. Parking is good. If you work here, you will be confused who actually is the head of this place, ie is it the security guards or some other CEO.

I don't even want to rate this place as 1 star also please do not join this Company this company is very selfish and don't care about there Employee's if u get salary also don's inside its hell its my "FREE ADVICE TO ALL"

Worst experience ever made me go up and Down 70kms for a week and after getting selected.late night at 10 they informed I am not selected.such a worse place
