Rooms are neat and clean. I saw the previous reviews and thought food is bad but when experienced the food taste is very good but need to have when served hot.

Very poor service in room and restaurant. No arrangement for North Indian food. Breakfast is also not good. I suggest not to come again.

I don't recommend anyone to stay in this worst hotel. The attitude of the staff is very rude. The food of the restaurant is worst the service for restaurant was also not good.

House keeping cleaning excellent and they are done the towel art we are enjoyed and rooms are very neat and hygiene

Heated plastic causes cancer.
We are very sorry to say that this resturant is still using ban plastic sheets for cooking idly which corporation and municipality have strickly ban.scondly food was average quality.sorry to say we won't recommend to others.

The food variety and taste was good. Its perfect for family dining if you have kids too. Only disadvantage I felt is it's in Kushalnagar. So, if you want to dine there it's better to dine while you touch Kushalnagar on or way back from Coorg.

Very nice and cooperative staff. Food quality is really nice. Only drawback which I found that no places to visit on walking distance so go for sleep only.

I have booked this hotel for 2 nights during my tour in Coorg. It's not in the Centre of Coorg but on the way towards Coorg very close from the Golden Temple and Dubare Elephant Camp.

Rooms - The keys were handed at receiption in the morning at 9 am and were requested to get the room clean. When we returned from sight seeing at 5 pm we saw that the rooms were not clean. When we requested to clean the room we were told that we should request before 12 noon. Hotel staff should understand that we come on vacation for sight seeing and not to ensure that they clean the room and it is their responsibility and not of the guest. Towel and bed sheets needs to be more clean.

Veg Food (Quantity & Quality) - Good

Wi-fi - It's free but it reminds of there is no free lunch in life as it never connects.

Don't expect too much when you go. Food was avg but the service was lousy. They don't even listen to you when you go in busy time. Better avoid peak hours

Superb hotel- we took a non ac room and the service is fab. Room service is great and you don't need to go out for dinner. They have a tasty menu with good variety

Food taste was bad & overly priced. But quantity beyond pathetic. We ordered Biriyani which tasted awful & quantity was very less, and on telling them they did not even reply. They charged for items we didnt order, when we talked to manager, she was careless; as we were short on time we left hotel without making a issue.

Decent hotel for a night stay. It's on the manglore mysore highway. Service was not great as v stayed there on 31st dec night. After calling multiple times for coffee and extra bed.no1 came to attend us. Food in the gala dinner was okay. Beer was there for 100 bucks. There were games and cake too for the gala dinner which was of 600 Rs. Was worth it and mandatory as well. Rooms are big and clean.
