Very bad experience with Neethu from Minnies Couture. I Wont recommend anyone to order from her. My first order was 3 years before and she sent that to Australia after 2 weeks of set date.
I orderd dress with her on January 13 th and paid full amount on January 13 th. I came to India and she promised that it will deliver before February 2 nd. Since January last week i am contacting her and she said 2 times it was sent.
Now she is not answering or not replying for the messages.
She is not a trustworthy person and please dont order anything from her.
I am going to forward to legal actions against her.
Its not because of the money that I paid. She should not repeat this to anyone.

The reviews are for the locality and not this store. Please ignore all the fake and irrelevant reviews. All the positive reviews with good ratings are Purely fake.
I had the worst expected ever. The owner also has a problem because I posted this review and spoke very badly even after 2-3 years of posting this review (hence edited the review).

Please don't waste your money. Very very poor service! Zero professionalism, worst communication, very arrogant and rude lady. The delivery was not on time, she lost the dress accessories, half done dress was handed over! Hand work is extremely expensive for that poor quality and experience.

Recently worst experience happened to my friend. She ordered an anarkali for an event, but she didn't get the dress on time.she received the dress after completion of the event. I wouldn't give the review 1 star also.

Be careful before you order anything, my wife lost 4800 rupees. Very arrogant, money scammer lady.

The worst online shopping site I have ever been. I live in Australia and I ordered a dress for a function and specified all my requirements, paid the money upfront six months ago. When I received the dress, it was the cheapest quality cloth, sewing was terrible. When we ask for any clarification she was really arrogant and said "you can do what ever review I don't care". Never recommend any one to buy anything from this place.

Since we cannot reply to your reply, we cannot see the quality of the cloth on your video.we never said we need the frill for the dress.please see the photos attached. It was not even the measurement we asked for. You can say what ever you want but we say that you cheated us with both cloths. We couldn't use both the cloths for our son's holy communion. The embroidery was really low on quality and the over coat on my dress was really small. More than that your way of talking and your attitude before and after collecting our money was not the same. An its not Georgette its just polyester material.

I have purchased two designer Sarees, one designer blouse (separate to the Sarees) and one Salwar set. She made me pay in full before she started the work. This lady never send me the Salwar and the blouse after taking the money and she is not giving me an answer about these items. The blouse stitching was very bad after sending all the measurements according to her template. Also she sent the orders late which caused a lot of stress for us because we needed them for a function.
Very bad customer service as she keeps on arguing when asked about the mistakes in blouse stitching. Overall, I had a very bad experience from this designer

I ordered one saree but it delivered different one I call that lady but she is not responding my call

Ordered a saree worth 4800, she sent me the saree worth rupees not even 100.while asking she put the blame on me. Very dishonest, rude, money scam lady. She blocked me on her social media so that i won't comment on her posts. So be careful guys.

Very fraudulent and not at all professional. After the payment the lady doesn't reply to your queries properly. Each time she says either the parcel is on the way and it was returned and never shares the tracking details. Highly disappointed.if you want to donate them Money, purchase from them.if not please don't. It's been almost 6 months and item not delivered yet.she hasn't refunded the money. It's not all about the money but their credibility. Not going to recommend at all. Not received my refund even after 11 months of posting the review.
