While ordering a glass they said 20% discount would be given for senior citizen, surprised to see 11% only and said the person who spoke earlier is on leave now final bill is made they can’t do any changes. This is called looting & cheating the customers, plz beware about this eye care unit very disappointed with their service.

Excellent service by your staff. Very caring. Especially Rejina madam. Even doctors too. Also excellent accomodative & warm service by madam - Sujatha also. All the best.

The hospitality in here is very good and there are lot of improvements compared to the previous visit.

I was assigned to the doctors understands the patient problem in ease and provides good suggestions. She doesn't recommend unnecessary test or treatment. She answers all the Questions with patience and also provides the real time examples for patient to understand the current problem of patient.

The entire process was taken care by the team very well, inspire of there busy schedule they takes care of patient with a smile and also provides the timeline for attending doctor.

Very clean and the staff is really friendly and polite.they won't let the attender of patient stand and will politely ask to sit down.the surgery was done really well and succefully.grateful and thankful!

Dr Mirlay Eye Hospital is one of the best Eye Hospitals. I had to visit this hospital for my mother-in-law cataract eye surgery, doctor Sreevani and doctor Jaya sudha advised very well. The front office, Billing and support staff. Surgical co-ordinator they have one of the best in explaining the complete process. The Doctor are very kind in treating and taking care of their patients very well. They have maintained the premises very clean and neat as well.

I would like to thank Mrs. Arasi, and Dr jaya sudha to understood my concern and personally took me to the doctor and made me understand the procedures of cataract surgery. Finally both eye surgery dones really appreciate the team concern towards me and understanding my situation which gave me confidence.

Mrs Karthika - Post eye surgery helped me to understand on how to use eye drops and what are the procedural timings and what needs to be avoided, again it clearly shows how the staff are clearly helping their patients with polite manner.

The hospital carried out their work exceptionally well and handled the process smoothly. We had to get my father's two eyes cataract operation done and it went without any issues. I would like to thank Dr. Jayasudha for handling the operation and explaining the details and issues meticulously. Also special mention thanks to all the supporting staff who handled the insurance and other processtasks very well and helped me choose the best insurance.

They take in a lot of appointments but the staff don't know how to manage the rush. It took almost 2 1/2 hours for me to finish inspite of having an appointment. I was sent to room 15 and was told to wait for more than an hour because the machine was being charged. I also found some staff standing in groups and talking which is very unprofessional. Of course they are courteous and helpful but they can improve. It would be better if they are provided uniform to look more professional. No complaint about the doctors. They are excellent and very polite.
When it comes to hygiene, only the ground and first floor looks neat and the ambience is good. The second floor looks very dull. The washroom doesn't have a proper latch and is poorly maintained and unhygienic.
The drops prescribed by the doctor was not available at the pharmacy and i was given a substitute. The billing procedure is not good. I purchased my drops at the pharmacy down and was asked to go on top to pay the bill (card).
Please see that these drawbacks are rectified.

The staff is very polite and welcoming Dr Prathiba was exellent in explaining my daughter present eye condition and the possibility of improvement. I strongly recommend Dr Mirlay eye hospital for their excellent services.

All the staff members here are super friendly and nice especially Mary and Sofia. The doctors are really great, we were treated by dr Prathiba, she was very thorough with her examination, very professional, patient and very friendly.
The only thing I did not like was the very very long wait, hopefully they will do something about that as it was getting very crowded. I would say it's worth as it's hard to find good doctors, so plan your day accordingly, make sure you have charge in your phone to keep your self entertained in that long wait

I had problem from 2 weeks, then my colleague has recommended Mirlay Clinic for which she is also been visiting from a long time. It's really a very good place for eye check. Very polite staff.
