Worst hospital doctor Bharath had told minor operation and he had done major one my mother suffered like a hell from past 5 months that to surgery was not successful she is having reoperation now think twice before you go for a operation in this hospital.

My husband and I had an amazing experience with Dr Bharath Raj in Mithra Hospital. We went for a second opinion to Dr Bharath after a very horrible experience in Kauvery Hospital. The doctor here almost saved my husband's knee from undergoing an operation that was recommended by Kauvery hospital. Dr Bharath is such an amazing professional. He cured my husband's knee within a week. I'm so thankful to him. He's one of the best in town for orthopedic medicine and cures.

The Hospital is nice and clean.has all the needed facilities. The road to the hospital is not that great, but that's not a concern if the doctors are good. We would travel any distance and any broken roads to get consultation from Dr Bharat if need be.

Road leading to this hospital is bad.

Only two doctors service is good here for that reason we visit. Other specialist doctors even FR's do no when they will be coming specially spectacle girl. Dr. Vipin doctor & Dr. Bharath are good.but nowadays even dr.bharath sir quality is reducing, makes wait for longtime and wont be cabin even when there are no patients for him.

We (me and my wife) went to Mithra hospital for Gynic consultation ie Dr Mahalakshmi mam. She is very humble, responsible, genuine doctor. She response in a polite manner and she cares like mother. She prefers only Normal delivery's, in emergency cases only she adopts c-section

I would like to give you certain feedbacks in relation to your Hospital.
I know Dr. Bharath Raj from the time he was working in Ramakrishna hospital since I was getting my treatments done there and that’s one of the main reason for me to give these feedbacks out of concern and also I refer many of my neighbors and friends to this hospital.
1. Whenever I book an appointment, I don’t get a proper response from your hospital, be it landline or mobile.
2. Except for Orthopedics, it’s very difficult to get an appointment with other specialist doctors when required or on emergency.
3. There is no response for any queries raised via WhatsApp chat as well. So, I don’t really understand the need for it to exist.
4. I even pinpointed all of these to your staff in the front office when I visited your hospital and even I raised complaint through the mail id mentioned in website few months back.
5. The staff are not well trained to act in a hospitable manner to a patient. I personally encountered this situation when I entered the hospital and visibly none of the staff were willing to guide. Many times i could see new face offenly in reception this also could be the reason for the lack of behaviour.

I hope you take the above in a right sense and correct it for the betterment of your hospital.

We have taken our son due to an emergency situation, he had severe injuring in his hands, we went to so called the famous heart hospital in anekal taluk at first, they cheates us 20,000/- end up not starting the treatment. Then some how by God's grace we found doctor Bharath one of the best human being. "Sir hats off you and your parents ". He has done the surgery with cautious effort and kids is quite safe and back to normal now.
All the staffs are good and the place it's quite hygenic.
Anyone can refer and trust this hospital.

As it's said that "The Best doctor gives the least medicines", I rarely found such doctors who do so, and when it's Dr. Bharath Raj who would prescribe least medicines and advice you all do's and don'ts that makes him unique from others.

One of worst hospital reception staff are very rude and they don't even know shift wise communication when we call the number which is updated in Google they won't pick up and answer properly they don't even aware shift wise duty doctors one of worst experience

And you guys need to work on customer experience if possible please change your reception staff

It's a newly built hospital and roads which leads to the place are not in a good condition, so drive safely.
We went for a consultation on a friend's recommendation for Dr. Bharath. I had a good experience, he explained the problem really well and prescribed the least medicine and emphasised more on exercise.
It's better to take an appointment before visiting the hospital and make sure the doctor is available before visiting.

Treatment is good and not behind money. Not making the patient panic and making them to understand their cases in a cool way. Dr Mayur is a friendly person and make us comfortable to talk with him.

I had to cancel an appointment tonight after waiting for over 30 minutes at the reception. Either the dermatologist, who said 'is almost here' and 'is coming' is irresponsible or the receptionist is misguiding patients. A month back my husband too had a similar experience. There is a basic etiquette expected from professionals and clear communication is appreciated. The hospital administration is lacking in these aspects. You lost our faith, maybe forever. Thank you.

A very good and promising hospital. We went their for my mom, who has got a fracture in wrist. The orthopedist doctor Bharath listened the incident and checked the xray report. And he explained in detail the solution and didn’t ask for any surgery, which was advised by some other renowned hospital nearby. We are very pleased with the service of this hospital. Came here multiple times. Dr Bharath is very good. I will recommend him as he approachable and will not prescribe any medicine untill there some serious issue.

I choose the Doctor and not the Hospital. Thats the primary reason why I visited this newly opened hospital. The Bharat Raj is one of the finest orthopaedic I have ever seen who performed a miracle surgery for my mother, and we are so thankful to him each day.

This hospital is nice and staffs are courteous. Registration and Billing are smooth. Waiting area is decent and spacious. OPD experience was good as well as the X-Ray lab.

The final approach is poor, but I guess its due to ongoing Civic work. Location is easy and convenient.

I had come to this hospital from my friend opinion for my wrist and hand fracture for post Physiotherapy treatment. Dr Mahesh Hiremath is the Physiotherapist took care about me and treated so nicely now it's been very nice me able to do daily activites regularly. Thnks to Dr Mahesh Hiremath. I would recommend my family and friends to him. Thnks for your hospital staff also.

Pathetic service.my wife gave sample in morning for thyroid test.they told they will send report in evining.we were suppose to show reports to other doctor.these people didn't give report and we lost appointment with doctor. Just Money minded people. They don't care about pateint. Staff is so careless that they don't even respond properly. For taking blood sample also no trained person available. I would suggest everyone not to visit this hospital.

Clean hospital and good doctors. Treatment is at par with the big name hospitals. Only draw back is the road, it is not patient friendly.

JUST HERE TO MAKE MONEY

If you don't have a credit card or insurance cover don't visit this hospital for even a small problem. I had two experiences with this hospital, both made me to believe that they are more interested in making money than treating people fairly.

First instance, While painting my painter had a minor scratch by a nail, There was no bleeding what so ever. It was just a cut. He wanted to get a tetanus shot (TT). Usually this would have costed somewhere between Rs. 20-Rs. 100 based on the hospital size. I took him to Mithra, They started with registration, a consultation and an injection. My painter and me were insisting on just giving a TT and let us go. It costed Rs. 850/-, I brushed it off thinking one off case.

Second instance, my wife was complaining of motions after eating anything, she had four motions previous day and was feeling feverish. It was stomach infection due to travel we did previous two weeks. We had same problem few time in past, every time it was treated with antibiotic IV and tablet course (By suhas hospital, jigani and Lakshmi super speciality hospital, kaggadasapura). Most of the time it used to cost Rs. 500/- for hospital and Rs. 100-300/- for medication.

This time as Mitra is the nearest hospital of convenience, I took my wife for treatment. Upon arrival Dr. Barath raj suggested the same treatment as the earlier hospitals, Three antibiotic IV and three types of tablets. This would have been same as earlier.

Then while she is getting her IV enters Dr. Manoj Kumar. He started with saying IV needs admission and he wants to get Kidney and liver tests done. There is no explanation why he thinks that is necessary. He kept on insisting that I admit her as inpatient.

Dr. Manoj told us that she is typhoid positive. But when checked with the duty nurse and front desk they said reports not yet ready. Patient had no fever, and even temperature was not taken by the hospital at any point. Not sure how Dr. Manoj was able to diagnose by just looking at patient with not even checking pulse, heart rate or even without touching. All initial checks were done by Dr. Barath and he concluded that it’s infection in intestines and had prescribed treatment too.

Even after that when I refused to admit her, He started saying she need to continue antibiotic IV for three days. She was able to take medicine orally and had no vomits what so ever, IV was totally unnecessary. When insisted to give only oral drugs and no IV, He reluctantly accepted.
The total episode lasted for 7 Hours in the hospital and Rs. 7200/- in total bill. Dr. Barath's treatment would have costed 2-3Hrs and 1500/- where as Dr. Manoj's treatment costed 7500/- One of the doctor is totally wrong, who is wrong?

It looks like there is a target which needs to be met, so maximize per patient income. Take care before you enter the hospital.

No explanation required from the hospital, this is a review and my opinion.

Some doctors are unprofessional. Had to wait for a really long time.

The tests and procedures cost 50% to 500% more.

One of the worst service.they only bother about money.once money is paid they don't even share reports.nobody is bothered about patient. Never ever going to visit this hospital again.i would suggest others also it's better to go government hospital then going to this money minded people. Pathetic service.

One of the best hospital in the area. Neat, clean, ample parking space, supportive staff & a superb team of doctors. Dr. Bharath has treated my mom & my friends to whom I have recommended this hospital. Highly recommended for any medical issue.

I had visited Doctor Bharath Raj for a second opinion for my Acl reconstruction of my right leg. Compared to other doctors, he had analyzed the issue and explained me on details very clearly, I had decided to go for surgery in Mithra only. The doctor's down to earth nature is a super positive for him.
After having my acl reconstruction surgery in Mithra, I can say the hospital staff are very supportive, attentive and friendly.

Dr Bharath and other doctors in the hospital are very genuine people. Not money minded. Charges are also decent. Not very high. The staffs are also good. They had a clinic in front of MJR and then they moved to their own new building. Highly recommend this hospital and wish the team all the success.

Newly opened hospital, but they have very experienced handpicked staffs who address our health issues very carefully and sincerely. Unlike other hospitals in Bangalore, here I dint get overcharged for the treatments and tests that I have taken.very genuine and worthy!
