Very well organized with a wide variety of items. Some of the discounted costs are higher than online costs. So please check. Rice was the only area i was quite disappointed though. They have only select rice brands especially in larger packets. Parking is a bit messy these days.

There will be missing items if you are ordering online, and you will end up in wasting time.

Its a fraud super market, especially don't order through dunzo they skip items and they don't give item nor refund

Ok ok shop, no different in prize, but u can get everything here. Cooking, cosmetics most of products are available. Products which will expire in soon would be sold at great discounts.

Inventory at this store is good, but pricey when compared to other chains. Was here yesterday and during billing the girl asked me for my membership number. I said I couldn't recall and she just went ahead and billed the items. I was waiting for her to ask for my mobile number so she could pull up my membership and she hands me the bill saying thank you, it's done! When I asked her about the membership points, she just says billing is already done and moves on to joke and chat with the other billing personnel. Highly unprofessional staff who are always talking loudly and cracking jokes without much attention on customers. There were two male staff arguing about something right in the middle of billing area too. There are better places to shop at.
There was one sales girl on the first floor who handed me a basket when she saw me carrying items in my arms and even guided me to what I wanted. The second star is for her only, otherwise this store deserves just one star.

The sales office in CMH road is a plush one. Excellent super market with great collection of groceries, daily needs, stationery, bakery and myriad items. The staff is friendly, professional and supportive. Best part is the discipline of items arranged. Now a days, temperature check, mask is mandatory. Parking on the weekday wasn't a problem. I am coming after a long gap of time. Since covid situation prevails restrictions apply.

Wide variety of consumer goods under one roof. 3+ floors with different sections on each floor. They have another establishment near the Metro Station. Consumer friendly. Would be nice if they can increase the check out counters

Most of the grocery items are available here, but you hardly get any discount on products like the other big shopping marts.

Most of required items they keep, staff is very helpful and guide. Except customers few times don't cooperate on street parking and cause issues, I pity these customers. Why can't they park bit far and walk to store?

The fresh seafood section is a chaos, the staff are rude and there is less man power which leads to waiting for more than hours, and there is no systematic process at the section.
It's very time consuming to get fresh sea food at MK retail.

M. K Retail is a chain of supermarkets across locations. Along with the other household items and groceries that you get anywhere else, they also have a variety of niche products such as almond flour, pink salt, himalayan salt, imported chocolates and biscuits and various other products. You can also try their in house products which are effective and cheap which be used for daily household. They have helpful employees who help you with your queries instantly.

Well stocked stores but absolutely hate the trust factor. They just don't true the customers cannot take empty bags. So you but or stuff come out and again do the packing.

Well stocked with a choice of multiple brands for each item. Almost everything you could want is available here from fresh vegetables and meat in a separate section to groceries, frozen foods, and household items as well. The staff are well trained as well and are helpful.

All provision items and a lot more under one roof. Fairly easy to shop on your own. You won't miss out what you want but didn't recall.

One of the bigger M. K. Retail. Consists of 3 floors, there's a separate section for fishmeat and fruits and vegetables. Lift is available.

Staffs are not helpful and they always busy with there personal chat and bother about customers requirement.

Too much of crowed in non veg section and waiting time is more than 30 minutes.request MK Retail to deploy some extra man power on holidays when people visit non veg section alotl.

Little pricier than bigger chains like Big Bazar and More. But well stocked esp to cater to Malayalee customers.

No place to parking the car. If you want to go to this place forget about your car and walk to this place to enter the stone age.

Do not open your doors until and unless all prices are displayed on the digital board. There is no way your customer should sing a song of calling items and your staff scratching their heads and makings faces and coming out with prices, which do not seem right. Good business starts with you, for which discipline and work is needed. You lost good amount of business and my patronage today.regards

We (customers) SHOULD be allowed to carry our own bags inside the mall. M k retail must trust to their customers like other malls namely More mall at old airport road. M k retail has installed cctv cameras at various places so why worrie? No shop lifters will steal due to fear of prestige. While doing business certain amount of trust is also necessary
