No time promises, the bus suppose to reach by 5.30 AM and it was not till 6.30 and there was no live tracking enabled. The driver and the co driver does not have any idea about the route and location. I was carrying a small cotton box which I used to carry always. They charged Rs 500 for that which was never acceptable. Please avoid travelling this bus.

Travelled from Ernakulam to Bangalore on 8th December 2023.

The most worst travels I have ever travelled. Drives and staffs are very unprofessional, they don’t inform you about the boarding point. Drive not familiar with routes. Won’t pick up you on your pick up location.
Don’t travel from Ooty to Bengaluru bus.

Im a regular traveller to ooty, they cancel the tickets in last minute to increase the fare for the ticket. Unprofessional behaviour

The worst experience in life. Don't book tickets at all.

There will be no bootleg space at all.

Travel to Bangalore from Vyttila on 11th Dec 2022
1. Instead of MMK they arranged another travels called VIP
2. The bus did not go to Marathahalli despite booking ticket and confirming with the conductor while boarding
3. Did not have water bottle
4. Only good thing was 3 breaks in the entire journey
5. Travel only as a last resort with this operator

Travelled in ooty - banglore bus12/7/22, arrived at time, staffs r helpful. Only missing is ac airflow speed
