Modern Deluxe PG for Gents PG In Koramangala

Please dont stay there it is worst pg in Kormangala. Never trust the words of owner. Totally fake promise before let out pg please don't come

It's been really great experience so far. Food is really good here and staff is very helpful, cooperative. Food is available 3 times a day. PG is located in a convenient area in Koramangala with all accessible shops nearby.

I have been staying in this PG for about 9 months now. And my experience so far is good, the building I'm in is well maintained. Only issue is the ventilation in the room isn't enough but it's not a deal breaker. The owner Indra Anna is a good person and he takes suggestions and complaints seriously so I have not faced any issues. There's parking space in the buildings and a common kitchen (where guests from all 3 buildings dine). The WiFi connection used to be very good but nowadays it's not that reliable to do wfh calls and so on, hope that gets fixed soon.

Super helpful Indra bhaiya is there to guide you. PG food is decent tasteful. Rooms are sufficient sized. You will get a lot of options for rooms available. Almost at the heart of Koramangala

Excellent. It was a great experience living. Home away from Home. Everyone gives the same so to compete it’s not easy and one has to be more passionate about serving others and being able to have a long term relationship with your product and your customers. Here it’s a very respectful approach and it’s clear cut if the product doesn’t have any manipulation then it’s a success. So I felt that there is everyone who’s providing everything, but Mr. Indra Reddy is not only passionate about his projects but also has the ability to create and offer the most innovative solutions for people who can be HAPPY! I came to Bangalore for the first time and was fearing about my stay and food but guys honestly our PG owner Mr. Inder is a legit giving the best i visited approx 50PG in all the areas but this PG didn’t allowed me to take my eyes off it

I've been living in Bangalore for a period of half a decade now and lived in many parts of this city. This PG is exceptional interms of food quality and amenities.

Location of this pg is very centric and get easy access to all nearby go to places. So far, all looks good.

One the best pg I have ever seen. The most humble and respectful pg owner. Food also good except one or 2 days. Rooms are well maintained.

Modern Deluxe has been a really good stay for me. We stayed in 2 sharing rooms which were having all the good facilities. No doubt in Kormangala I couldn't find any other good PG. Food quality is good, Cleaning happens daily, Hot water, wifi, TV, lift, parking, all things are available, with hassle free assistance. Although if there is any complaint raised, it will get resolved soon. Recommended

Had a wonderful stay at this pg. Very professional in the way things are dealt with. Friendly owner and staff. And the location is also spot on. Would definitely recommend.

The owner is very kind towards the people and Room is neat.
They clean the floor daily.

The stay and other amenities provided are really good, located in the centre of city.

Best part of this PG is that the service is great.
We get facilities like wifi, TV in each room, Wifi, washing machine, power backup, etc.
If i talk about the food, I would say it's really tasty and perfect for both North and South Indian.
One of the important thing is the owner is a very nice guy.

Owner is Customer Friendly, he alway try to resolve problem, but, Less Maintenance, Always same menu in Food, only north Indian style food, Room boy’s never listens your requirements, Outside environment is poor and worst during rainy season

It's a awesome experience to live in the Modern Gents PG under the supervision of Mr Indira Reddy. Mr Indira is very helpful during my entire time stay around a year. Rooms are clean and hygienic. Food served by the PG are healthy.

Basically I am from northeast region I stayed in other place when I came to bangalore, I faced lot of issues with spicy food but this place will good food really happy with their quality. Even internet also worst case also will get more than 30 mbps.

Its been about 2 months since I am staying in this PG, definitely a very good experience-rooms are properly cleaned and maintained, food is hygienic and tasty, internet is fast, fine even during powercut which is a major plus point, 24×7 pure drinking water avalilable, etc - overall a very good experience and I think one of the best PGs in koramangala area.

I am currently staying in this PG from last 8 months and till now i never face any issues. Rooms are well maintained by daily cleaning to ensure proper hygiene. Food is also good which has both south and north mix items. The owner is quick in resolving any issues and i am completely satisfied with the service. I definitely recommend you visit the PG, experience it and decide.

I had just one month experience in this place but am surely suggest this place without any doubt. Earlier i stayed in 2 PG's but faced lot of issues like Owner's Rude Behaviour, Hygienic concern but in this PG owner
(Indra) young guy, friendly nature and Professional too, he wish everyone with smile and resolve the issues in minutes.

Earlier I face lot issues with Internet connectivity as well as speed and limited Data (Most of the places giving 20GB) but in this place there is no that hurdle at worst case will get 50-60 MBPS without any FUP limit.

Locality of the PG also in centre of Koramangala very near to Main Road (100m), Bus stand, shopping. Mall, Restaurants and Gym's

Food is also good this is the main concern who wants to join in any PG, especially i like biryani served in Sunday's.owner taking taking much care to satisfy both North and South he will take feedback from Guests to improve Quality. If have any problem in food and Tase he immediately take action solve it.comes to Service one guy is there his name Vikram he really awesome once i suffered with fever he served even medicine also.

One of the best PGs in Koramangala. It is located very close (3 mins walk) to Sony Signal. The owner, Indra, is very good and supportive. If there is any issue, he quickly resolves it. The rooms are big in size in comparison to other PGs. Food taste is also very good, not what you usually hear from PGs. You can also get omlettes cooked by paying additionally. Rooms and washrooms are also cleaned frequently. Given the location and monthly charge taken by the owner, it is really an awesome deal.

I have stayed at Modern Duluxe pg 3 4 times and everytime I have stayed here, the PG owner has been always proactive in ensuring you have the best experience while staying in the PG. Indra takes full responsibility and is always quick to help you out. They provide good services and their food quality is really good compared to all other PGs. Highly recommend this PG in case you are planning to stay in Kormangala

Very nice place to stay, good food, and all working men so decent environment. Rooms and restrooms are cleaned regularly and always neat.

I have been staying in this pg since 7 years now, before this i have stayed in lots of other PGs but non of the PGs were as good as this, mainly the owners were horrible at their behaviour (rude) but THIS PG'S OWNER IS ALWAYS FRIENDLY and if there is any problem with water or it could be any issue, he resolve it an hour max so SERVICE IS REALLY REALLY GREAT!

I would suggest this PG for anyone who is looking for a great one without any doubt.

In this place I get unlimited internet with 50-60 MBPS without any FUP limit.

Locality of the PG also in centre of Koramangala and just 100 meters away from the Main Road, Bus stand and bus depot. There are good Restaurants and Gym's too near by.

And when it comes to food it's really good and hygienic especially i like the biryani served in Sundays.
We get both North and South Indian food.
Owner always takes feedback from Guests to improve Quality in all the way possible.

When it comes to Service there is a guy called Vikram he is a very sweet guy, once i suffered with fever he has even helped me getting medicine.

The owner is a big cheater. He will give too many false promises before joining. One of the worst PG ever seen. Dirty, Full of mosquitos & rats. Food quality & taste is horrible. Be carefull before joining. Don't believe fake 5 star reviews. I was cheated by Mr.indra reddy (that ugly pg owner). Beds & bathrooms are dirty. Be care full guys.

Budget friendly stay with all amenities like wifi, cable TV, bike parking. 2 and 3 sharing options available. Very close to bus route near Sony center junction.

I have been living here for 4 months now. They provide all the basics amenities such a TV, washing machine, fridge and water purifier (at every level). The owner, Indra is really a good and helpful guy.
