Worst shop for your dresses! They totally messed up the dress and made us wait for 4 hours yet they couldn’t fix it! We got tired and frustrated and had to leave! NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED!

I wanted to customize the lehenga for my sangeeth and that's when I met Smitha at Moksh who really understood my requirement and showed me various material options and also helped me to visualise how the lehenga will turn out. She also suggested me the best designs based on what I wanted. I would totally recommend visiting Moksh and talking to Smitha to customize your order!

I recently visited this place for my reception gown. I’m so glad I chose this place. It was the best decision ever. I met Designer Smitha. She is the most down to earth person I have ever met. She understood what I wanted. And gave it the best. She exactly customised my gown the way I wanted. Quick and efficient service at Moksh! Went to buy a readymade blouse but got a customised one stitched from scratch in a day! Coordinated with Ankita during the whole process who made the entire process super smooth and convenient. I think I found my regular boutique finally!?

Very good experience with Ankita who is working in moksh. She is too cool and good as she looks. I had a great experience in moksh only because of her. Recently i had been there for mom and daughter combo gowns.first she has shown to me all the reference and sample cloth, gowns, etc.to make me understand. Whatever I mentioned to her, she listened to everything and handover it is perfectly on time. She was always reachable whenever I call for the updates. She gives respect to the customer and understand their requirements, she has lot of patience to listen to the customer. If you are going to moksh.just ask for Ankita to take your requirements, etc if you want a perfect dress/gown whatever you are looking for, she will give it in a very perfect way

Such a lovely experience. The desinger of Moksh Ms. Smita, patiently helped us select the fabric and designs for our lehengas. She was so helpful from start to finish, offering great advise and going above a beyond to help us get the most beautiful lehenga. The final results of the lehenga were fabulous, the fitting and stich were just perfect.

Words are less to tell what marvelous job you people have done seeing the dress I was in tears, I got goose bumps litrally.

Visited in weekdays, it was pleasant experience of shopping. They have a cool collection for all seasons, but the price is expensive compared to other brands. They have a separate store for men, women and for childrens. Expect more crowd during weekend and year end of season sale. Thank you Rashmi for helping out throughout the process …. Customer love ️

I got my wedding blouse stitched in Moksh. Ajeet helped me out with design and they made me a really good blouse. I recommend this place

Very very disappointing experience with MOKSH.
I placed an order for a wedding gown and due to some unanticipated circumstances I had to cancel the order which I notified the next day itself and asked them for a refund, however their policy is that they will issue only a credit note and they will not refund the whole amount. Even the credit note will be given after 10% consultation fee deduction from the entire order value.
They have written these so called terms and conditions in small font on a paper which they claim as their official invoice.
Guys please my humble request, please read the document well if you ever decide to place an order from this store.
Also a special shout-out to the receptionist NAZIYA who is really arrogant and very disrespectful to us. Please read reviews before you decide to place an order with them. Very sweet while placing an order, they will never inform you about all these terms and conditions and then you’ll regret your decision.

Got my daughter’s birthday dress stitched here. Dress turned out to be good. But not worth the money they charged. Staff was not very friendly. Since I had ran out of options as there were only less than a week left, I went with Moksh. But they delivered on time and the dress turned out good. Would probably not visit again.

Check the details if you give for costume for modifications.
I have been charged Extra money for doing nothing.
The manager Tabreez is not aware of the things what happened in the store.

Don't waste your money by coming over here.

Rashm and ankitha Worst experience in moksh there are 3store in commercial had bad experience in the lehenga store were there 2 ladies were worst beaver and unprofessional they were not able to explain simple thing how to get my wedding outfit highty unprofessional
