Worst company ever, they will give medical writer assignment to complete, after doing so much of hard work and submitting the test even though its good, they escape that there is no vacancy right now, that written assignment will be given to get their work done fr free, zero rating is not available, hence giving one rating

More pressure no benefits, you will be cornered by your seniors, they won't respect your hard-work.

I worked there for 3 yrs, and I will never recommend even my worst enemy to molecular connections. U only take leave twice and month even if u are sick and if exceed it.it will loss of pay, u may have to work on Saturday and Sunday as well if u are unable to complete your target and ur target will be always increasing.all the best for those who are working there.

Horrible work culture, unattainable targets, no work life balance, managers call even on the weekends and after work hours and very inconsiderate if you have a family emergency.

Nice area.but not facility give this company is very low salary gross is very low and facilities very poor

This is by far the worst company to work for, employees will have to pay from their pockets to relieve from this company. My colleague had health reasons and they didn't want to relieve her stating that she is not that serious and she didn't have cancer which is not a way a company should treat their employees.

Good company but there is no proper order here like no proper working hours they always wans them to work for more and more and during offs also they wants works to work
