Very Bad experience, poor quality and not responsive of employees on time in the office, wasting time of customers and if they can not process file.they tell useless reasons plz don't believe them and don't loose ur 4000 money.

I wish there would have been a Negative rating fro Money Basket. I approached HDFC back for loan and I do not know how come Money Basket came to know about it.they called me and offered me that we will give u better deal.while we cannot do anuything on interest rates, we will refund/ reimburse your loan processing fee and 50% of 0.02% of Govt.fee. I thought good deal, post they took the document, they kept me hanging.the executive Venkat forced me to take loan on 31-Mar to meet his target, while If i would have taken loan on 1- Apr, i would have saved pre EMI as well. I thought, its okay, he needs to meet his target. But Helping Chuityas is not good. Neither they refunded money, Not they pickup calls. Spoken to His manager and MBK owner. All same and no response. I have Whatsapp chat and Now it is not about money, its about their unethical business methods. Please do not get into Money basket/ MBK trap. They are really bad and that the only reason, i am moving my loan from HDFC to other bank so that they do not get their cut.some of the executive who makes false commitment are Venkat and Dileep. Beaware from these Fraudsters

We got a housing loan from DHFL with no proper property verification and the builder didn't even construct the apartment and now we are bankrupted with Krishna Gold Fields [Krishna Enterprises & Homes]. All these guys collect documents and complete their target and get good amount with builders. It's been 3 years but no response from Money Basket, DHFL and Krishna Enterprises.

Very bad experience. All are cheaters. They play with the customers like anything. Their basket is filling with money. Please don't go to this consultancy. Very worst consultancy.

Please be careful with this company. I got home loan and disbursed 11.5 lakh and on top of 2 lakh insurance provided against home loan which was useless. Builder cancelled the plan and I also need to get refund money from Krishna enterprises but DHFL is saying that insurance can not be cancelled unless home loan is closed.this guy Manohar is not helping at all closing this insurance. I am totally loss of entire amount. Please keep away from this company
