Excellent home stay. With beautiful scenery views. Lovely accommodation. Really enjoyed the stay and Good hyegenic food.

Went there for a friends trip while in Coorg.
The place is located in the interiors of the Coorg, a little isolated from town.
Comes with a nice quiet environment and a pool.
The food may be pricey, ask the rates before ordering.

Very bad experience since we were given a old refurbished cottage don't get misguided withe pics you see about the stay the road to the place is too narrow and pool was good but we were not lucky to take a dip food was OK service was good but it's not worth the money we paid there were no plug points for charging and no coverage manager was responsive but never book the 3 bhk villa and don't be disappointed they have very old fans and electric are from 1990s not worth the money we paid we found many good places before this place what we saw in the video and what we experienced was different don't be misguided by the

Home stay is not cleen as well owner not treating well for customers, owner don't know how to behave with customer worst place I ever seen I suggest please don't go for staying

Nice and calm atmosphere.but the food doesn't look delicious.need a cook who can prepare and serve the required food.since it is far from the town, come here early with the necessary drinks and food.

One of the best place to stay.situated in the lap of mother nature.you get to see a beautiful scenic view from each and every room and you can enjoy the nature.when you wake up in the morning you also hear birds chirping. I stayed here for couple of days. It has got swimming pool in a very nice and clean water.couples and kids can enjoy.the food quality is about the mark and very much thankful for Charan.all together I can say one thing, it is the best place to visit and stay you feel comfortable and safe.and last but not least this homestay is situated very close to many number of tourist places so you do not have to travel long distances. Price is also reasonable.

Wonderful stay. Owner and the care taking team is good. Food served was delicious. Away from city, pretty quiet and peaceful location. Parking available for upto 5 cars. Bonfire is also done.

Location is beautiful, rooms are cleanly maintained, mainly staff is so friendly they are so humble

Nice place. Good to spend 2-3 days. The owner ensures that his clients have privacy. The homestay is in the middle of lush greenery and scenic beauty of nature can be enjoyed here.

Great place to rejuvenate, very scenic, secluded, enjoyed adventurous estate walks, bonfire, barbeque setup, lovely stream at walkable distance to spend quality time and last but not the least our friendly host Mr. Charan and his hospitality was commendable. I would highly recommend this homestay for its scenic views, local home made food and adventure activities!

A calm place to stay without any disturbance, its truly a morning mist. Well maintained rooms, delicious home food, campfire, trekking around the stay, a stream right next to the stay given enormous attraction with the nature and the climate. Host MR. CHARAN is really friendly, humble, more of care taking person. I would suggest people who are visiting coorg, to visit morning mist for a stay to experience the really nature, food and climate.

If you’re mountain person, this is the best place to stay. The rooms are well maintained & clean along with delicious homemade food. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would recommend everyone to visit with their families & friends if you’re looking for a soothing & relaxing getaway in the mountains. Our host Charan is very helpful & hospitable.

A beautiful, well-maintained & clean property with pristine views from each room. Kalappa (the person we were coordinating with) is very helpful and gave us very useful suggestions to help accomodate our group. Food was really tasty the first night as well as the first morning; but dinner the second night was a huge disappointment - extremely salty & with multiple strands of hair!
And on both days, we'd requested for some snacks to be arranged (which we would pay for separately) - both days quantities were way less than what we had requested for and that late in the evening, nothing else could be arranged. And the charges for these additional items also felt exorbitant. They could have instead asked us to get it ourselves.
Also, they charged us for glasses!
And there was no mention of a check-out time during any of the multiple discussions we had with them.but on the last night we were told to vacate the place by 10 the next morning.
These incidents just ruined the overall stay for us.

Place which suits the name, "morning mist". Clean and hygenic, humble people, good ambiance. It's a nice stay for family and friends.

Situated a little away from Madikeri and on the way Virajpet, this place is the best to stay at for few days.
We were a group of 3 families and enjoyed the stay thoroughly.
Mr. Kavan Kalappa (person who introduced and coordinated our search for a home stay) completely understood our requirement and hence suggested Morning Mist Home Stay.
Mr, Maruthi Charan, owner of the home stay is one of the best host ever I’ve experienced so far.
The place has good space to play cricket, badminton, football for a small group. He was so accommodating with our requests for food and also suggested their authentic delicacies to savour.
A special call out to the time spent at a small stream close-by (a walk through the fields) which was so relaxing and refreshing.
The early morning walk through his estate was equally relaxing with breakfast being served as soon as we were back.
I would suggest this home stay to whoever wants to get away from their busy life.

Brilliant place to have a chilled weekend with close ones, nice hospitality and pretty clean place.

Very nice property amid nature. I went with family and we had good fun. There is lot of open space where kids can enjoy and can be used for activities. Charan has been great host in ensuring all taken care.

Very good place and well located for a larger number of people. The food is good and tasty (do not expect a 5 star hotel food) + people around to get you things when you need them the most and they do it with a smile on their face. Only connectivity which works are Airtel and BSNL. I would recommend this place to people on short trips and want to get into wilderness.

Our stay at Morning Mist was fantastic. We experienced a cozy atmosphere amidst nature n had a wonderful stay. The homely cooked coorgy style food was yummy. Mr. Charan was also very friendly and cordial. Hoping to visit again and again.

I visited this place with my friends a month ago.the place was really nice.the food was amazing.and to b honest Mr.charan the owner of the property was a kewl dude.

We were group of 12 only boys had travelled from Bengaluru for 3 days. If you visit go With food. Coz food options is very less in madikeri and its far from the stay. Charan was really helpful and gave us all 3 bungalows.

- Bit off-roading but enjoyed it.
