Rating it 1 as I do not see an option for 0.worst customer service.no common sense to staff.we were made to wait in the bus for 45 mins for no reason.our destination was only 10 mins away and bus was stopped at a crowded petrol pump to fill diesel.can't you do this after all passengers are de-boarded.this after the bus was already 2 hours late.

I got a parcel in Morning Star travels and delivered at this branch office. I called them at 6.30 in the evening and asked if I can come in 30mins to collect and they accepted for the same over phone.
Once I went there around 7.10, one of person told the parcel delivery is till 6'o clock and it's closed. I asked him why did you guys accept to deliver when I called you on phone and this guy tried a little argument and finally said next time you can come before 6 only.
Though there is another guy who is searching my parcel in the mean time and delivered me.

Went to drop someone to the bus. The attendant was drunk. They without giving any notice to move my scooter, punctured it and moved it to the other side. Then he started shouting cuss words and threatening me. Horrible experience, would never book anything from here again.

I only Use Morning Travels

While I am in Banglore travelling to Hyderabad

Coz I feel is Cheap and Best

Pros:

GPS

Stops for Restroom

Cons:

No Restroom at Morning Star office

I was very uncomfortable When I was waiting in the Lounge

I was Wondering How would Ladies Feel

It's not a Good Sign

They should Provide Atleast for Ladies

Need to improve suspension of bus and charging ports are not working and bed sheets for some sleeper coaches missing. Over all 2 stars enough.

They won't droup u in ur location even bus is going infront of ur house. They will droup in the morning stay points only where u won't find any transport vehicle to reach home either u want to walk towards main road or u need to book cab or auto in apos. Even they won't stop at bus stands or main centers.

Worst travels, I travel Hyderabad to Bangalore, small instects r there in bed, very bad bus, no neatness at all.

Some of the drivers in the travels are not appropriate and not understanding. Had a rough experience once with a journey and would surely not recommend this travels for elders.

Everything is OK that guy who entering in the computer he don't response properly to customer I have one word for him sule maga

Journey Bangaloare _ to _. Rajahmundry bus KA 51 AC 8073 Delay by 4 hours Today but that this service will be late almost every day because to report bus status they should go in side villages almost 10+ Reporting place and waiting for parcles more time bus staff are really good but nothing in there hands should follow protocol. Given call to customer care because its emergency situation but still they behaved rudely 2nd time not lifting call if you want to Explore full villages and towns in AP you can prefer this service. If you’re Rushing are want to be on time never ever prefer Moning star

The driver's are rude and are not reliable. They're making loss to organization by boarding non passenger in bus, while passengers are feeling uncomfortable.

Worst Bus breakdown when am traveling from Bengaluru to Hyderabad. ETA 7: 15am but I reached at 11: 42am.

The best service i have seen and bus also good for better experience try morning star and orange

Worst parcel service from Hyderabad to Bangalore. No body responds if parcel is missing. Marathahalli branch is hopeless branch.

They cancel our scheduled bus and allot some other bus and also transfer us at any midnight to another bus near dhabha

Used languages other than Kannada and English. Not following government rule and I am going to complain on this

Bus got delayed a bit, all thnx to BLR random road traffic

This travels are very punctual. They will pick you up time and drop you in time. And the best part is there is no pick up van so no need to change buses hassle free journey.

I was going to Hyderabad from Bangalore I was 2 hrs late when I reached. During the return it was same travels without any surprise they reached Bangalore 2hrs late. Worst service given to customers. They don't know the importance of time. Delays are by hours. I will never recommend this travels. Made a mistake of travelling

Morning star is a good traveller company but the branch in bangalore is very worst at customer service. They dont answer for any query. However morning star travels has to look over the tracking that doesnt show the tracking of the bus perfectly.

It's very congested, no comfortable seating available.even the staff are irresponsive.better to avoid this travels for journeys

They have seating arrangement but there is no proper air circulation. When keep the cargo inside it gets suffocated.

Not at all good No washroom not even fan in waiting hall just chairs nd it was very smelly due to the goods

I don't write reviews generally but this one forced me to do so. Worst bus service I ever travelled with. I gave them another chance but this guy's literally suck and need to think about customers before expanding.

First instance is about bus journey from Bengaluru to pune. Bus reached pune at 3.30 pm (6 hrs late than actual timing). First pickup was delayed by 1hr from Marathahalli, then bus failed at 11 pm and we were stuck for 2 hrs then we boarded new bus. Then again at 5 am they asked to us change the bus. The restaurant for dinner only served paneer masala and roti nd literally nothing else. The most pathetic service which do not care about customers and their plans.

Second instance is about return journey from pune to Bangalore. Bus was supposed to reach Marathahalli by 9.30 am. This guy's stop bus at Anand Rao circle at 8.30 am saying bus failed and another bus would drop till Marathahalli which is Bangalore to Hyderabad bus. Actually bus did not failed but there hidden intention was to use Hyderabad bus which is going to Marathahalli to drop all passengers. Then this suckers take another long route picking all Hyderabad customers along the way while dropping people coming from pune to Bangalore. Bus reaches silk board at 11 am where they decide to take another route instead of going to Marathahalli directly. We decided to get down at silk board as this was going to take another 2 hrs to reach Marathahalli.

To mention positive aspects, bus hygiene, ac was good.

But never ever will travel with Morning star travels.

Need to Maintain time. They shift the passenger from allotted seats to other buses with random seats

Its suffocating inside the office, no one from morning star staff bothered to provide minimum facilities for the passengers who are waiting

Helpful staff but overcharges for cargo. They just see the box and charge based on that. FedEx is cheaper than them.

The Bangalore Racecourse office staff are the worst. They don't know how to speak to a women. If you are single women travel please don't take this bus service because they will treat you like s**t. I am women who was traveling alone. They made me wait on the main road of HERBAL for 3 hrs till 11pm. They made me sit besides a man because there was some server error at their end. They send the pick up point as Anand Rao circle when it actually was race course road. The don't reach on time. They want us to follow all sort of rules while they don't follow any. They service is really bad.

Don't use this travel unless you want a bad memory.

It's a worst service, don't book this bus during festivals or any rush seasons. They will cancel the bus and won't provide any alternative also. Recently during elections I booked in Red Bus, but just day before they called and told me that we cancelled the bus due to breakdown. Actual thing is they cancelled the bus again kept the bus with increased fare.

Though bus was punctual, Staff behaviour was not good. Tried to pull money giving unnecessary illogical reasons and threatened that they are not responsible for luggage at all. Which is arrogant and irresponsible behavior.

It's located in tiruchanur. It's famous for goddess padmavathi wife of lord srinivasa who is there in Tirumala. You have to visit this temple after visiting lord venkateswara (balaji). She is form of Lakshmi.

They are changing their timing and seats what ever time they want.which is not good, i have chosen a seat but they provided me the another sit, this totally wrong. You guys cannot change the sit no. They dont care their customer preferences.

It's fine to some extent in service, but cost of tickets transport within city particularly in guntur, it's horrible, though it's not a very big city, they take buses to their bus stand. Waiting for their pickup bus kills lot of time. This is really awkward with morning star. Regarding quality and maintenance it's good

We recently used this travel and felt the journey was of long duration. They made unnecessary delays and stopped multiple times during journey. Facilities within the bus are fine, except for their delays in travel.

Unprofessional. Bus started 45 mins late. Although it reached destination on time, the ride was way too fast and very bunny for a SLeeper bus. Sleeper seats were clean and space to keep hand language too. But one can't sleep in such rash drive.
