Morning Star Travels

They have no value for their promises or their customers' time. Our bus was supposed to arrive at 7: 30 am. At 11 am we are stranded 1.5 hr outside Hyderabad. The blatant dismissal of customers' time started from Bglr where we boarded. The bus brokedown just 2 hours into the journey in the middle of nowhere. All the passengers waited 1.5 hours on the road for another bus to come. This can sometimes happen, alright, but even after this they stopped 1.5 hours away from Hyderabad (destination) again to transfer us from our AC sleeper to pick up van for god knows what reason. We waited for that bus again for an hour in a petrol pump. The pickup van driver apparently was running his own business enroute. All throughout the hour we were waiting for the van, we were told the van is just 5 min. We finally took an auto and paid 500 extra to reach our destination.

Worst bus service. Bus running late, driving riding rashly, not stopping for toilet or dinner. Never ever go for this.

I should get a parcel from vijayawada and complete parcel is missed my morning star, worst travles and worst service don't ever book bus ticket or parcels from morning star, marthahalli branch person is uselessfellow

This is the worst experience i have had with a travels. Not once but twice. They are so late. I had to wait for 2 hours straight at 10 in the night and their response to that is very bad. There is no prior intimation on top of it, they do not give you an update instead they talk to you very rudely.

The bus service was very bad and they left my courier in a branch that's around 20 km away from the store I kept for take away.
And I asked them to bring that from there but they said today we don't have day service to bring from there. And they didn't even said which branch it's there. They didn't respond to that. So I called the people in sender's branch to bring from there.

Used they service for cargo transportation. The service is good from sms tracking to delivery of the goods. And cheap and best have used they service about more than 20 times till now

Worst service ever. Took a trip from Bangalore to Hyderabad. Was delayed by over 4 hours.had to shift 3 buses within Bangalore with all our luggage just to get to the bus that was taking us to Hyderabad. They were NOT AT ALL apoligitic of the fact that they delayed us. They kept saying 'jo karna hai karo' the least I expected was some sort of remorse from their side. After the delayed start, they even stopped for 20 min for tea at 8 in the morning and another 20 min to apparently fill petrol. Please don't take this bus if you expect any sort of civility from these useless people who have no respect for other people's time.

Everything is fine, the maintenance and all but the staff are very irresponsible, they don't know how to behave with passengers.

This is worst travel services available in Bangalore.

No punctuality, no chance of having a good customer experience as they don’t care about customer.

They are drooving at their own pace and interest.the driver and point of contact behaves as if he is doing some seva or some daan talking and answering our questions.

My bus showed up after 2 hours.

One word WORST!

I think Monring stars may be working in Morning only

Hell with this travel, this people doesn't even know where that bus is, and what time it will to the boarding point. Service is worst. I will suggest not to travel with this even if it a last service.
