There is no information whether you get a pick up van or bus. And there was a delay of 2 hours. And the bus was not cleaned for ages. Stinks. Never book this bus

Worest service from AbhiBus and #morningstartravels i booked tickets today morning after that my got changed immediately i am trying to cancle it but i am not able to cancle from 4pm.now its showing refund amount is 0, worest waste service by #abhibus n #morningstartravels
The fraud Service, The bus didn't Service and the travels people are saying that the bus is Serviced. Now i am not getting the refund from Redbus. The mobile number given in the ticket was not answered. Morning Star is making fraud service
I don’t think they deserve even single star. Worst driver and low grade maintenance and cleanliness.
Our bus scheduled at 5 pm from Sarjapur signal and he arrived at 6 pm (understood it’s peak time)
He said he is gonna stop for dinner after 14 km from Tirupathi as I keep asking him untill we arrive Tirupathi as m travelling with my old age parents.he stopped at Tirupathi some stop and had his tiffin box food and waited for 1 hr by saying other driver will start the duty now. (which is again lie)
When we decided to pick up dinner from local hotel this driver called up saying we are starting and he asked us to help in taking reverse and control traffic till then. Which is ok and I asked again if he will stop for dinner as it was already 12 am.
At 1.58 he stopped after srikalahasti saying ladies can use toilets which was only one for whole buses whichever stops there and we wasted 30 mint. When I enquired for dinner he said madam no hotels on the way (seriously)
First of all you dnt provide blanket due to covid protocols as per the message we received. But isn’t it basic hygiene to keep seats and pillow cleaned at-least and stop some good place to use toilets.

The staff at the KR PURAM pick up office was so rude. For a bag of used clothes to be washed, rudely argued and charged 210 on top of 5500 paid for 4 passengers and kids were stranded on rain water on the road for 15 - 20 minutes. On top of it he says complaint whom ever you want and we don't care. That is the attitude. Never recommend this service to families and kids.
Going to complaint in consumer court for rude behaviour and poor service. The total luggage for 4 passengers is not 60kg which we were carrying. I have full video of the staff rude attitude. On top of it he says i am ex servicemen and no one can do anything. Go and complaint wherever you want.
Not a bad office. There could be some waiting time if you come here to pick up your parcel, but otherwise it is a safe and comfortable place to wait for the bus and to book any parcel
The timings mentioned in website is wrong. The open office at 9am and will be till 12pm. And they reopen the office after 3: 30 pm and stay till night.
