One of the worst service I have ever faced. Post delivery patient shifted to room where bed was not working and kept patient waiting on wheel chair for 1.5 hours, saying that technician fixing bed. Post that also issue not rectified. After multiple requests they alloted us in other room which is so small that there is no place left for nurse to feed baby. In both the rooms attender bed also cut in strange way (see photo). When spoke at reception they told in a way that they are showing mercy on us by providing bed. Which made me to feel they are just think about money not about service. I feel in this hospital doctor is good, as my doctor is associated with hospital. Rest all are bad.
All staffs are very humble and doctors are very supportive great place for mother and child care. Dr Swapna is very good Dr. Would recommend her and the hospital

Very satisfied with the treatment given by motherhood hospital Indiranagar during my wife’s delivery and post delivery care taken by NICU department for my twins babies as they born preterm.during pregnancy also staff has supported a lot. Our premature twins babies delivery was done successfully and babies were shifted to NICU, proper care and treatment was given by Dr. Pratapchandra and staff to our babies during their 21 days stay in NICU. A very pleasant experience for my wife and me during this pandemic. Starting from Mrs Suhashini at the OPD who guided us patiently and positively, Dr Asha Hiremath (our gynaecologist) who gave us good advice till the day of delivery helped my wife have a normal delivery without any trauma. The duty doctor and the nursing staff where on their toes and proactive in the labour ward. The nurses in all the shift were very humble and fulfilled all our requests, they were willing to change the diapers on numerous occasions, burp the baby and always available to soothe a crying infant. Duty doctors answer all the questions patiently. The house keeping staff, the reception, insurance counter and security guards are well trained with empathy and are ready to go out of the way to help. The rooms and toilet are clean and regularly checked by the supervisor Mrs Savitha, they are always looking for feedback to improve. A special mention to the cafeteria staff who are available 24 hours to satisfy the cravings of a hungry mother. They were willing to come and deliver even if the request is just a glass of milk. The food is fresh and satisfactory. Overall a very pleasant and strain free experience. Thank you. Hope these standards would be continued.

For my second delivery, which is due next month dint have to think twice for which hospital I had to visit. Currently consulting Dr Suhasini Inamdar, she’s an amazing doctor, I’m very happy n satisfied with her. She’s calm n helps me with all my queries very well. Madam is not only friendly she is also very supportive and understanding the needs of the patiens here. Had visited for surgery, dr. Suhashini mam is soo well experienced, patient friendly and lovely doctor who made whole surgery experience fearless! Nursing staff is always available and takes utmost care. They have maintained cleanliness and hygiene in rooms to there best
As far as consultation is concerned, doctors are good. If it is about anything else, experience is pathetic. Since 5 days, i am waiting for a slot to get echo done for our baby.but neither the staff, neither the customer relation or anyone else will help you to get your test done.called them multiple times on multiple days to book a test slot - and they promise to call back, but they never called. When i visit physically, they ask me to talk to some staff personally and check the availability. That person is always busy. You are on your own! We are a doctor family and this is what our experience is. Better go to other hospital if you are looking for extended critical medical infrastructure.

Delivered my baby at motherhood indiranagar branch.dr asha is very good.highly recommend her.the nurses in second floor of the delivery building took good care of me and baby during the stay at hospital.the house keeping staff theerthaveni is good and helpfull.the customer support coordinator savitha explained everything very well.in case if someone has insurance top up policy, then make sure to inform them well in advance and also make sure that the message is conveyed else you may have hard time to get the claim through top up as they dont check things very well and just process what they see first as many ppl handle the same files and somewhere the information doesnt get passed on. Overall experience is good.

I recently got a major surgery done at the hospital for my mother. I want to share that Dr. Suhasini Inamdar is an excellent doctor and was very kind and gentle with the patient. She also displayed immense patience in answering all our questions related to the surgery and was extremely methodical in the entire process-from initial interactions to the final surgery. We are looking forward to our post-op follow up visit with her next week. Thank you doctor, we came to motherhood coz of you!
I would also like to call out the friendliness and service oriented approach of the staff. From administrative to nursing, all departments worked very well. Special call out to Savitha who ensured to handhold us at each step. She probably is the hospital's most valuable service staff. Extremely courteous, helpful, result oriented and warm. Kudos to her!

The doctors, staff, nurses, each and everyone were very friendly and supportive during my overall stay right from my first appointment till my discharge. There's no further improvement required as they are already top level service providers. I did my laproscpy gynec surgery yesterday at Motherhood with Dr. Deepak Rao, he was a wonderful surgeon, and the staff was always helpful and kind. They ensured I had a smooth prep and surgery. I am so glad I chose Dr Deepak Rao and would highly recommend to anyone.
I'm motherhood client. I have seen a guy called Mr.vinod in motherhood who does lots of communism and favorism who does not even respect their own staffs. But overall hospital is fully filled with communism and favorism. A lady called subhashini is also the same case doesn't respect the clients acts like manager but not.worst experience at motherhood
This is an excellent hospital. Dr Aruna Savur is a wonderful doctor, has a lot of patience and very knowledgeable. Sister Savitha at the reception is so gracious and polite and makes your time in the hospital very comfortable.
Had a wonderful experience for the delivery of my baby girl. The entire staff from nurses to doctors and support Staff took great care of both baby and my wife with timely consultations, maintenance, and any help required. The canteen food was also very nutritious and given on a timely manner. Highly recommended!

Dr Jyothi Patil is one of the best doc that I have ever met. She is the biggest blessings in our lives. She is caring n to be honest strict when it comes to things to be done for our conceiving n that's very important as I followed n conceived after 7yrs of marriage. She gives a true picture and provides proper medication as well. I would highly recommend all the ladies who have been trying for a long time to conceive to visit Dr Jyothi patil clinic in Acs layout or visit Rainbow hospital. The services in motherhood indranagar was gud n nurses and doctors are very helpful. The canteen services was also gud n last but not the least a big thank you to the house keeping guys for helping out during our difficult time.

We had a wonderful experience throughout the 9 months thanks to the wonderful staff and the experienced doctors in this hospital. This was our second time so we had already built a good rapport with them. We took the 9 divine package and Anushree ma’am helped with it. Dr. Vijayalakshmi is extremely competent and made sure we are in good hands. For all other coordination, Savitha ma’am was there to make the experience hassle free. Overall highly recommended, especially during the sensitive COVID times!
Pathetic service. Extremely high charges higher than 5 star hospitals. Being a diabetic no appropriate food I am give sweet coconut water and rice khichri both high GI. They don’t even have a nutritionist on board looks like. Appalling! No sanitary napkin after a Gynaec procedure! I am in a hospital room waiting for a nurse since 1.5 hours rang the bell 20 times to no avail. It’s the worst experience of my life. Please do not waste your money here. It’s humiliating to keep asking for food and nothing being given. My case is not a serious one just a hysteroscopy. God save those who are critical and are admitted in this place. Swati Agarwal.
We were fortunate that we chose this hospital for our pregnancy journey and baby birth. From consulting all the right things to final delivery, Dr Suhasini was a rock for us. She not only took care of my wife during her pregnancy but delivered with utmost care and love. This is the worst hospital I have ever seen. My delivery was herein 2014. The junior doctor who was there at that time asked me immediately. "can we start c section now itself". I said why can't you induce and try atleast 5 to 6 hours. With our force they induced. Then the moment pain started they said, no chance of normal delivery and they did c section. OK fine. Let it be anything. After that the doctor Hemandini Jayaram (who came then to do my c section) missed to give a pain killer. I had to bear severe pain after that. Doc said "Oh I am so sorry. I missed it". Unfortunately my doctor went on leave and this doctor came in her place. This place is not hospital. This is a business place. Each patient is their victim. The moment I was admitted, a nurse from my native told me. In this hospital normal delivery rarely happens. Everyday 7 to 8 c sections. I hate this place to core. Never go there
It is very well mannered a very good hospital which is service oriented. There are really good doctors and nurses. The service and atmosphere is very well maintained. You can be rest assured your treatment is in good hands. To recollect one such staff Mary Savitha was very polite and helpful. The doctors are very friendly and well experienced.

Hospital infrastructure and the doctors and staffs are very good and so professional apart from a person called as Vinod working as a manager, he believes himself that he owns the hospital, he such an fraudster, I request the management to look into his activities and behaviour with clients. Cause of such single person entire hospital gets the bad name, I gave single star it's because of his behaviour.
