They'll charge 60rs for parking per hour which is not fair. When you go for insurance, they'll loot you like anything, for 2 minutes doctors visit they'll charge 1000rupees for which they don't have any justification, apart from this, duty doctor charges are separate and nursing charges, documentation charges 1100, admission charges 1100 like this there are so many irrelevant charges they'll charge, pls be careful with this cheating hospital. They'll charge 7500 rupees as bed charged but you'll not get at least a basic complimentary kit, no proper response from the nurses, they're not even trained well to connect the equipment. They'll do trial and error on our babies. Over all it's the worst experience with motherhood every time.
Dr. Sireesha mam (obstetrics and gynaecology) is having a really good hand for pregnancy and so much experience. I would suggest consulting her for pregnancy related problems or trying for pregnancy. Waiting time is more (2 to 3 hr) though there is a prior appointment.
Looks like the admin team and the billing team owns the hospital, rude and appalling behaviour. I am sure it’s different for others. Anyway all the best

BADLY MANAGED TIMINGS - Though we book an appointment for a specific time, it takes a minimum of 2-3 hours to consult with the doctor. We can see all the patients losing their temperament.
Dr. Sireesha Reddy is the one and only reason we continue to come to this hospital and she is the only reason I gave 3 stars otherwise it's 0. The hospital lags in all the other departments except the having the good doctor. Her dedication and expertise are way beyond words.
The hospital does not have any respect for the time of the patient and the appointments. The average wait period after booking the appointment is 2-3 hrs in one department.

Excellent hospitality and care, we were following up with local doctors for my wife pregnancy, in the 9th month we were told the placenta was very matured and 2 chords around the neck and we must go for c-section in 2 weeks, we went to Dr. Sireesha Reddy for 2nd opinion then she told its very normal and we can do normal delivery.
We took admission in Motherhood, Hebbal as due date is very close, then immediately they started the procedure, A big shout out for the staff nurses served in 106 wing, they did continuous monitoring and duty doctor is also very nice, we had few complications at 5 AM in the morning the staff took care of my wife very well and delivery happened at 11AM by Sireesha Reddy. Can't say enough about great attitude by Dr. Sireesha Reddy, nice person.
From the day we went till delivery Archana helped us out with all formalities.
After delivery they gave us some goodies which are very nice, thanks to Binita.

My initial experience here was bad with long waiting times and uncooperative staff. But in my recent visit things have improved a lot. Dont get me wrong you still have to wait 1-2 hours. But at least they tell you how long approx. Thats a relief. The doctors especially Dr Madhusree is excellent.
OPD is chaotic always whether it is for paediatrics or gynaecologist. Have to spend 2hrs even with scheduled appointment. Reason being once inside, it is first come first basis and over aggressive 5 min slots by hospital. Add to it, staff including those on NICu duty work at their own pace irrespective of your condition or needs. One thing they excel is pomp n show at patients expense, obviously. Experienced doctors are the only saving grace.

The second time was for my hysterectomy surgery and I am extremely grateful to Dr. Sheeresha Reddy for explaining the process, taking upmost care to ensure that I am comfortable and also for all her visits. We were blessed with a healthy baby boy on April 7. Sister Sujatha helped me immensely to have a normal delivery. It wouldn't have been possible without her. Dr. Geetha Bhavani Reddy is a dedicated doctor. Her words always gave me strength. My first delivery was in other hospital where I faced lot of problems. I delivered my second baby in motherhood hospital Hebbal. Doctor and staffs were so co-operative I never felt any risk. Dr. Geetha Bhavani Reddy took care as a mother. All staffs were friendly. I have no more words to thank them.
Please do not admit in this hospital, billing and insurance staff are rude and useless they are not connecting with insurance provider for any queries raised by them. Medi assist was asking for some clarification about a receipt but this hospital are not providing any info even after reminding them. They Always provide excuses saying insurance staff is not available and when I spoke insurance team they say I need to contact billing team. Pathetic service! We were discharged on August 15th but still it's not resolved. On top of that this hospital does not have indoor car parking, we have to park in main road and they charge Rs 40 per hr even for the patients admitted in this hospital. How can they charge parking on BBMP land? Authorities should check on this.

Motherhood - Hebbal should be your ultimate choice for your pregnancy journey. It was really soothing through out my 9months at this hospital. I consulted Dr. Sireesha Reddy who is an expert at what she does, admin team with Kavya & Archana were great who helped us choose the right package for delivery. Finally on the day of delivery I was wheeled into emergency c-section where the team of doctors (headed by Dr. Sireesha Reddy), anesthesiologists and all the nurses were extremely proficient in what they do.
I would like to show my heartful thanks to *The nurses at Recovery Room who helped me taking care of my little angles soon after C-section, *Team of nurses on the 2nd floor who helped me in every aspect towards my 1st step after C-section. *All the house keeping staff who helped to maintain hygiene in the ward. *All the Canteen staff who diligently offered healthy and tasty meals on time *to the tagged photographer of the hospital who gave us beautiful pictures of our twin baby girls *to the IP billing team who helped in smooth billing process with insurance. *finally to the Manager on Duty, Ms. Bineetha who was really professional in handling clients.

Went for covid vaccine post having a slot booked. It was for a weekday and expected to be atleast smoother than most government hospitals. To my shock and dismay it was very chaotic. They held up all people in one room for registration which I don't understand why when I am already registered, and then the person registering moved away and after an hour we were told to stand in queue and the billing was in a different place. The staff were quite rude too with people asked to just leave and few if the staff were mocking that people are coming there who weren't there for first dose, as if there are rules for people to be at same location for both doses. Unruly, bad and chaotic with senseless staff. Trust me the security and parking guy behave so matured that u can mistake them for CEO.
Don't no to this hospital that too pregnant don't go your baby will be made operation won't be normal only starting they will tell when times come they will tell operation they will die for money lot of money that too shirisha Reddy

Motherhood hospital has did it again. Totally unprofessional hospital and specially the customer care of this hospital is completely fake and fraud. Whenever they are called, everytime their systems are down as per their customer care guys. When asked to provide the number of particular branch's reception, they give some number which does not exist. I would literally recommend for everyone to visit other good hospitals. Worst one is motherhood.

Treated the case very diligently and on priority. Job done by Dr. Latha is quite commendable and shows the volume of expertise she has. Shobha along with the nursing staff have been very supportive and attentive to all the queries we had. Also, not to forget the paediatricians Dr. Vikas and Dr. Pradeep and the NICU staff are clear in their conversations as well as helped throughout all the days we spent here. All in all, fab experience.
I had an appointment at 12pm today. Had to wait as the management decided to celebrate Onam and make the patients wait for an hour almost. I am not sure who is going to make a complain on this regard, but felt like putting up the issue. The staffs have gathered, walked over me in excitement not even seeing there is a patient sitting next to them. Such bad customer experience. There was no social distancing or any kind of coivd 19 protocol followed in the hospital area. We asked for a refund from there and cancelled our appointment.plZ understand that the patients also do have work and other commitments.

We went to motherhood Hebbal in our 9th month due to dissatisfaction for the services offered by previous hospital. It was a big decision to make since we were full term already but am glad we made the decision to switch to motherhood. Dr Sireesha Reddy has been excellent and gave us all the comfort we were looking for. The junior doctors and nurses all are well trained and professional. The administrative staff also were very attentive, special mention to Cristina, Archana and Beenita - they were very helpful in the entire process.
It's very horrible experience. Don't even think of visiting there. Nobody will give write pathforword. You need to beg for each and every thing. No will guide you. Consulted Dr after waiting 2 long hrs, even after appointment. Then to collect blood sample they took 4hrs. You might have feel level of frustration. And for a report. You should forget your report. Since they will tell you that "report will come through mail or you can collect from reception". If you call reception, will not get connected since reception is 24 hrs busy. If you call customer care they will connect to Lab. Then lab people inform to check reception.and then finally end up with giving comments over here.

I came to know that Dr Divya Reddy Radiologist succumbed to cancer. With disbelief I had to accept the realities of life This doctor had treated my daughter who is also a radiologist when she was pregnant a year ago. She has great regards and respect for this lady doctor. Today when I learnt that Dr. Divya is no more I was deeply pained and felt as if my own family member has passed away. This doctor had taken full care of my daughter though they did not know each other earlier. God has His own ways but He should not have taken such an young, helpful and professional so early to His abode. May her soul attain Sadgathi. Since I did not have phone number of her husband I used this forum to convey my anguish, deep sense of gratitude and sadness on learning the passing away of a noble soul.
Very bad service went for testing after giving bill they told testing facility not available for that day, to come in another day though in phone they confirmed about the availability of testing facility. Even before billing also they told testing facility available. Now after 18 days also they are not processing refund not even picking up call and if picking after hearing disconnecting the call. Very bad service and unnecessary harassment.
The Receptionist girl named Sneha Mala she is only behind the money. My appointment time was at 1: 40 pm but I met the Dr at 5 pm as doctor was busy I was having severe abdominal pain and I was taking rest in the ER. Worst hospital to visit! Very bad staff! I am a doctor myself and with prior appointment i had to wait for 1 hr 45 min. The doctor is attending all the patients who have come after me! No staff had a courtesy to let me know y i am waiting. When i asked them they say doctor was in an emergency! I feel very bad being in the same profession if a corporate like this treats other doctors in this manner i pity the condition of common man. They dint even apologise for being so bad. I wouldn’t never recommend anyone! I am not mentioning the doctors name as I follow my professional ethics. I would give - 5 rating. Irresponsible staff and management!

It was a wonderful experience and an ongoing journey with Motherhood, Sahakaranagara especially with Doctors n assisting medical staff. All doctors are very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. They advise and guide us on each and every bit. Each phase is important and they brief us. Special thanks to Dr. Madhushree Vijay Kumar for handholding and helping us during our each visit. Pediatrician Team is another amazing team who help the baby for all timely vaccination and medication. Utmost care is taken for mothers and the babies.
Onething to be taken care is the room allocation process by the management! If a Patient has been given a due date and confirmed the admission, they need to plan the allocation of room based on the capacity and availability. Had to fight with facilities for over 2 hours to get a single room allocated n until we got a room please take a note that 36 week pregnant was made to wait in lobby for entire 2 hours. This lapse is completely on facilities and management team. I was rather advise them "to attach the Hospital to travel agency so that visitor can check availability n plan pregnancy and delivery based on management comfort! "
Piece of advise: If a consulting doctor has confirmed the delivery date then have admission planned accordingly with facility team in sync with patient n the doctor.

My daughter consulted this hospital for her second pregnancy. Everything is fine but there are some minor negatives on their part which we could clearly notice once she was admitted for delivery. There is no proper communication between doctors and nurses regarding the dosage of tablets or updating them about the condition of the patient. Even though we took nine divine plan we were given a blanket and other things after asking many times. Of course we had to call them again and again for assistance. Having both LDR and OT adjacent was overwhelming for my daughter who was kept their waiting outside the OT as she could hear the screams of normal delivery. After the baby was born both mother and baby were not given proper rest and were constantly disturbed for medication or readings etc. We specially thank Dr. Sireesha reddy for her services.and commitment.none beats her.

Dr Geetha is a excellent doctor who understands the patient’s needs and requirements. Dr Geetha madam has treated my wife from the beginning. I’m thankful for the management for the extreme care in all the streams such as Nursing, pshyiotherapy, Nutrition, Paediatrician etc.

The experience regarding the service in Motherhood hospital was truly good. Highly dedicated staffs who are ready to serve round the clock in department of gynaecology and NICU unit. Dr Madhushree is the best gynaecologist I have come across. She is very good at handling complicated pregnancy cases as it was in mine. The NICU team serves round the clock with 100 percent dedication and passion. Highly experienced Paediatricians (Dr Vikas and Dr Pradeep) are available in the hospital. The nurses in NICU are so humble, dedicated, highly passionate to serve the children admitted in their unit. Dr Divya Reddy, radiologist is very well experienced in foetal scan and foetal medicine. The physiotherapist Ms Shovna is good at teaching pregnancy yoga which is important during pregnancy. On the whole the experience in motherhood hospital was simply great which is worth recommending others.
We made a right decision by choosing motherhood for my 2nd delivery and blessed with baby boy. Had wonderful experience. Dr. Lalita madam is great and had wonderful experience. Doctors. Nurses.staff are very friendly. Very hygiene. Spacious rooms with great facilities And food for patient also appreciated. Complimentary gifts by hospital is highly appreciated. But only thing is housekeeping needs to be improved. Doctors are good. But staff is worst here. I 've admitted my sister for delivery. We got worst service from this hospital. Nurse will not come to ward timely to check the neatness. Every time we have to go to the nurse station to call them. Even we escalated this to the reception but the result is same. We asked in the afternoon to change the bed sheet, which is dirty. They have changed that on next day. If you admitted in this hospital don't discharge on Sunday. For us morning 8 am I 've went to billing section, to my surprise no one is available. We asked the other staff, they have said, Billing staff will come at 10.
One more surprise, only one staff. She was not able to handle that. There are more patients waiting for discharge. She said I m the only person, you all have to wait. OMG, we waited more than 5 hours, still she was doing some other work.
It is a painful thing, I 've got worst experience from the hospital. Please better think before you choose this hospital.
I had my baby at Motherhood in August, and I'm so happy with my experience. Dr. Divya Reddy was our Radiologist and she took such care during my Ultrasounds to ensure my comfort, and capture all details of babies growth throughout my pregnancy.
All their facilities are very clean and hygienic, and the staff is excellent. They take very good care of their patients and are dedicated to providing quality service. I'm especially grateful to their nursing staff who are very proactive, and were with me every step of the way, right from the time I was admitted, prepared me for surgery, and took extra care of me and my baby after delivery. They even helped my husband and I get acquainted with a newborn and taught us everything about newborn, which we were absolutely clueless about very patiently. They were there 24/7 to help me heal, while they themselves operated on very little sleep. I'm especially grateful to nurse Shiny, Manjula, Simi, Victoria, And 2 others whose name I can't recollect unfortunately. I highly recommend motherhood for all your pre and post natal needs. Thier neonatal unit is top notch too, and the pediatric staff is excellent. If you have insurance, they have various packages that cover most of the costs, so do meet Sameena to inquire about it.
Few suggestions to make things even better:
1. There are no diaper changing stations at the hospital. Considering there are babies coming over for OPD visits for consultation and vaccinations, it's essential
2. The beds for attenders in the rooms are very low, and the mattress is very uncomfortable. It's not suitable for senior citizens.
3. Patients are provided with excellent meals here, but nothing for the attenders. They can order it separately, but it will be better if it's part of the service as attenders hardly find time to venture out when caring for a patient.
4. Service at the canteen is extremely slow and needs to speed up.
5. There is not enough space for visitors/ attenders to sit in the lobby when they are asked to leave the room during doctors rounds, etc.
6. Consider installing food/beverage vending machines in the lobby for easy and quick access for attenders
7. There is no check on people coming in and out of maternity ward and there should be a limit on number of people in the room at any given time.
8. Reception staff doesn't have most of the information. For example they didn't know anything about Lamaze classes offered at the hospital.
9. The slide in the kids play area is unstable and unsafe.
10. There needs to be a proper waiting area for pediatrics OPD
My wife ShreeVani got Hystectymy with blood transfusion at Motherhood Hospital Yelahanka. The surgery was through DR. Madhushree Vijaykumar and really good. My wife ShreeVani Recovered in just 24 Hours and even walked after 24 Hours of surgery. Really great. The entire team from entrance security, Reception, House keeping, Pharmacy, Cafeteria, Nurse, Doctors, Admin Department etc, were very help full and obident and honest in their work.
Dr. Madhushree Vijay Kumar motivates and bring very much confidence in the patients. She is very calm and answers to all the questions with huge confidence. My wife ShreeVani is very much satisfied with this Hospital and entire team.

Very bad hospital. They played with the life of my sister's baby. We lost the baby because of their negligence. I suggest nobody to visit that hospital.
