Poor management from motherhood Whitefield. Appointment gets cancelled due to unavailability of doctor and hospital taking no responsibility for it. Their approach unprofessional and lacks seriousness. Not satisfied!

Very thankful to the OT Team about their care and services. It was a very great experience for me with the Doctors and staff.

Thanks to Dr. Chennaeshva, Dr. Shomshekar, Dr. Rashmi and Dr. Swathi.

I am very happy with the evening staff nurse Arul sister and Smitha sister, they helped a lot starting from my room admission to till discharge.

Both were guided very well for my baby and me.

The overall experience was awesome.

Need some more guidance for morning staff nurse, all are trainee staff at morning to evening session.

Overall service is good. Happy with doctor and all staff’s. All are very friendly and supportive

Motherhood Whitefield is a hospital full of professional with great care and understanding of patients emotions. Staffs from doctors, nurses, cleaners, admin or insurance officers have been very cooperative. Their assuring smile has put faith in our hearts.
Dr Malini R. S.is super friendly and assures to clear all doubts and questions if you have.
Pavitra has helped in all insurance related queries.

We planned our delivery here solely because of Dr Teji. Her jovial and ever smiling face makes pregnancy a lot easier. She is like a mother figure to us. Thank you Dr.

During delivery, every staff, Dr.and nurses were well behaved and available even at midnight. Specially nurses went out of the way to support and clam baby and mother during our stay. The insurance process was smooth and billing staff were supportive too.

Overall, 5 star and more support to this particular branch of Motherhood Hospital.

The wait time is horrible, they will bill you and tell that the doctor is available although when she is not, its lunch time i have already waited for an hour and they dont care a bit.

I turned to Dr. Anita with the problem of infertility.it was horrible behaviour
1. They made me wait for an hour for an appointment only after get payment 700 ru + 150 for registration. (the money is taken as in Europe and the quality is at the 0th level)
Poor women stood with their bellies waiting for their turns! It was a terrible sight!

2. I did not receive the promised qualifications from the doctor.they did not explain the reason I provided from my analysis.the doctor was in a very big hurry and any question I had that was not opened, someone was constantly coming and coming into the office, which prevented me from concentrating and communicating calmly. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone, please, you will get the same consultation in a regular city hospital and for free. Here I didn’t receive anything, I just went home upset, they didn’t even open basic things for me.

I wasted my time!

A good hospital in Whitefield for mothers and kids. Very well experienced Doctors and support staff.

Our family first baby is born, we were so worried during the delivery time but Doctors and Nurses were really supportive, we had the best service.

It was a great experience, everything went fine from admission to discharge.

Pathetic hospital, needed an urgent appointment with the doctor, inspite of calling and confirming that some lady doctor will be available, when I reached to the hospital in Whitefield they said that no one is available. They don't care that a patient would have been suffering hence they have come to you.

One of the good Hospital for women. Overall Good experience. Especially Dr Anitha madam treatment is awesome.

It was very wonderful, beautiful and horrible experienced in the hospital.

But I am not satisfied with the OPD service

This 5 I am giving only because of Dr. Nirmala Madam.

Dr. Nirmala had guided us from beginning till end of the baby delivery. Thank you Madam the way you guided us it was amazing.

Please don't take my words the wrong way when I say horrible experiences, I just like to give my opinion.

1. Big reception less staff (Can implement having 3 staff)

2. Receiving phone calls is very important, even 6 times called no one has responded (attending phone calls is very important to give your patient a positive response and useful information it might be an emergency also)

3. OPD staff must be very quick (need to be on the toe). Guiding new patients is very important, because old patients already know the scenario. (No confusion at all when guiding new patients, keep experienced staff during this time)

4. The OPD staff nurse team needs to be tuned more, handling patients while pricking needles or removing bandages from the hand must be very technical (because Yours hands are the safe hands next to the Doctors, patient should not feel that much pain)

5. Appointments appointments appointments, when you say appointment it should be appointment base not calling 5 pm and sending the patient 7 pm (it happens in emergency time, but please guide patients that why it's delayed)

6. Pharmacy: keeping 2 or 3 people in pharmacy is not important, keeping well experienced pharmacist is important (More Q in the pharmacy it delay more)

So, at the end what I mean to say time management is very important.

I hope you will not scolds me lot, but little bit you can as basically me too a human being.

IPD review is pending, soon it will be updated by my wife.

I would recommend to change the front glass door, its so noisy for all the patients, apart from that service is good from both clinical and non clinical wise

Doctors are good but Poor management.no point of taking appointments here! Simply they keep changing the queue and they make you wait for hours! And

For all tests go with alternative labs a better choice!

Wonderful hospital, awesome doctor to handle pregnancy (dr. TEJI DHAWAN). Also very impresive service from the staff which includes the administrative staff @Pavitra who helped with all the insurance package details and room booking as well as the receptionist @ Dolly who helped with appointment booking and the nurse @ Anuya who explained details about, how to handle a new born baby. Thank You for all the services and pleseant experience.

Worst experience.
My wife was admitted in private ward and we saw cockroach roaming around in our room.
Baby feeding was very unhygienic,
Nurses were putting fingers in palada spoon and then feeding the baby and using mobile with the same hand and even one of the nurses had cough and cold but she was on duty and fed the baby.
And due to this my baby got infected with tachypnoea i.e one kind of a infection.
I had to put my baby in NICU.

If you are visiting please take care of hygiene and dont trust the management.

Worst behaviour of lab staffs.we are just coming for the doctor.otherwise we would never have been to this hospital. Gives wrong report.

Would highly recommend to improve Parking Facilities apart from that clinical wise good services

Worst hospital I have never seen. Only money oriented.
Even receptionist also not good vehavior. Folks thinks twice before move here.

One of worst hospital that I have ever seen, Don't even think of coming to this hospital, they just the loot the money. They kept the baby in NICU without any reason and did unnecessary tests multiple times. Doctors are so pathetic they don't even bothered to tell why they are keeping the baby in NICU. We should go and keep asking for the updates. They don't even give the reports. This hospital is not worth of 1 star as well. They just keep all the babies in NICU to charge you. People doesn't care as they have insurance and doesn't even check.

I had delivered a baby girl a month ago. I had consulted Dr Nirmala N for pregnancy check up and she is the best gynaecologist I had ever met. She is a very humble person and greets her patients with a beautiful smile that instills lots of positivity and confidence. She is very caring and listens to the patient's concerns keenly. She is very approachable, friendly and made me feel free to ask all my concerns and doubts. She is patient enough to answer all our questions.really grateful for all her help and support

The worst lab and more than that the staffs behaviour. Lack of communication among the staffs. The staffs are such that they damn care for the good name of the hospital. They have given wrong report to me and instead of apolozing they say that they don't care even if I go in media. To my simplicity I gave them for correction and still instead of being grateful and reverting with the correct report, they didn't care to give back my correct report copy.i am scared what tests they might have done is correct or not. Really it's a matter of concern for such labs.as the report was of biopsy tests.
