Great honesty colleagues I worked with

It's been more than 3 years my association with this company. Infrastructure is good. Good colleagues. Enjoyed my work here. Company doesn't have basic working culture. Engineers are like machines- No work recognition here. Very worst Management, they provide very poor quality food, Don't have standard working timings. 6 days working with daily 10 hours minimum. No support from HR Department. No proper training, No functions, No entertainment, No Fun, No work satisfaction. As per observation from 3 years, No employee is working with satisfaction. Engineers are not required here, puc guys more than enough to run this company. People try to escape from this company after joining 1 week or 2 week. For name sake it is MNC but small scale industries are more better than this. Coming to pay scale- Very less salary and deduction are more. Ex if have 30,000 salary means, will get 20,000 on hand.
HR Department worst- they won't provide required letters (appointment or experience) on urgent basis, minimum 6 months they took. No cash less Mediclaim policies. We have to pay to hospital and claim here and will get half of the money that too after 3months.

Managers will not allowed to employees to go at 5.30, they extend their work another 2 or 4 hours.

Finally the people who want to experience Naraka (Hell) can join here. People who want experience worst part of life can join here.

Recommend freshers- can join here and work for one year.

For on role employees, they need to work more than 12 hours.
