Pretty good food. Our server Rinku Ji took utmost care of us. Spl. Butter Chicken and kiwi mohito are a must have.

Average food and ambience. Will recommend Dhaba stories instead of this, it is cheaper, have better service and all the items are equally good. Here it is hit or miss.

Great food. We always try the soya chaaps, all them them are amazing. Must try mutton keema, and Mushroom do pyaza. Service personnel, Rinku, is always a great host and always suggests good food to try in there.

The worst place to visit if you like good food. Went to this place seeing the reviews.but alas it was the most disappointing experience of my life. Ordered tandoori chicken.malai Tikka. Rashmi Tikka.chicken Tikka masala along with Romali roti and zeera rice. Everything was pathetic. The chicken was stinking.nd not well cooked. Tried complaining to the chef but it was a futile attempt. Anyways this is me jus being honest. It was total waste of money n time.

We went here to have some good authentic north Indian food. Ordered dal ka shorba, which was nothing but left over yellow dal tadka mixed in hot water. Murgh Malai tikka was tender but completely tasteless. Green Chutney was watery and had no flavor. Sirka pyaaz not available. Paneer Pasanda was terribly rubbery, so replaced with Paneer Lababdar which had only 7-8 small pieces of Paneer. Rotis were good however, atleast 3 inches long plastic thread was discovered in one of them. Finally to compensate we were offered 2 gulab jamuns which were the size of a mini lollypop.

Hi have been visited with my family, good ambiance and food. The service is very good and the staff was very polite.we ordered veg items like veg pulav and panner makhani curry and roti, I requested them to add garlic in butter roti they accepted the request and the price is same as it was for butter roti.this is one example how customer centric was. Must visit place.

I like those lights and the background. Nice food. Nice neon lights. The hotel looks so nice. They serve fresh food. The place is crowded. The best butter chicken in the world.

Was denied access to free drinking water which is a fundamental right.in the name of covid. I think the choice has to be with the consumer.lately this is a trend in many restaurants in bengaluru.particularly where people can afford packaged drinking water.this was a week back

I think i have pretty much summed up well. There is no more information required for better understanding. Please provide free drinking water to customers.

Amazing food and great service. We ordered chicken tikka, roganjosh, paneer tikka masala, butter garlic naan and murgh Biryani. Everything was exceptionally tasty, perfect spicy (more spicy as we asked to prepare it more spicy), naan was soft and freshly prepared. Very happy with the food.

Cockroach in food and they had no reaction on that! The chef even denied the fact, when waiter confirmed then only the manager even just apologized!

+ Poor service and tasteless food

I hate it when you are welcomed at a full service restaurants with torn, unclean menu-cards.
How can they do that?

Taste wise food is good.
Received cold tandoori sameer dish, no effect of complaining.
Daal shorba was good.

Food was quite good. The ambience was good. The service was prompt. There was calm music and really enjoyed the vibe.

Very bad service. We waited for 1 hour to get hour food. Meanwhile people at other tables who came after us finished their food and went. I would never come to this place.

Excellent place to dine. Tasty food with decent portions. The biriyani tasted like the Delhi biriyani and not the Andhra one which you get everywhere in Bangalore.the fun is you give good review in Zomato you get free Gulab Jamun / Gajar ka Halwa per review. I chose Gulab Jamun. What will you?

Good place to have a meal with typical flavour of north Indian cuisine particularly in a place like Bengaluru.

The Malai Murgh tasted delicious. Though the dishes were good they were a bit heavy. Par for the course for a North Indian restaurant. The space was a bit jam packed though. More space could be added to create a bit more ambience. Plus food for kids was very less.

Old customer since over 5 years. But quality of food, professionalism of staff and service has deteriorated severely over the last couple of years. Lots of food colour being added and rude staff plus bad tasting food makes this place not an ideal place to revisit with your family and friends.

Not impressed, very average in taste as per price they quote. Lassi was pathetic, it was just sweet buttermilk with ice.

The taste is good but the quantity for the main course was very low. Naan and the mocktail was very good and tasty.

I had ordered:
1) Keema Naan: Was really disappointed as i had expected a bit more keema. They had just put a plain layer of keema on top of the naan. The taste of the keema wasn't distinguished from the naan itself and even if you are able to taste the keema, it was lacking salt
2) Chicken lababdar: Was the star of the meal for me. The gravy was really thick and creamy with small bite size pieces of tender chicken. Really helped the making the naan tasteful. Would have liked a little bit spicy. But other than that it was really good
3) Mango Mojito, Pineapple Mojito and Orange chaska: The mango mojito was so much sour that it made me pucker up when i took a sip. The mango flavour was really lost. Liked the pineapple mojito the best.

Overall it was a really good experience and would really commend the efforts of the staff as being just 2 servers, they were able to tend to me quite efficiently.

Moti Mahal Delux HSR Layout, I visited this place with my family today and tried the Vegetarian starters, main course and dessert. A very delicious and mouthwatering north indian food. The place is quite enough, a very welcoming staff and quick in preparing the food.

Good restaurant staff service very good. They talk to you very sweetly. Tasty food but expensive and low quantity.

We ordered Butter Chicken and Naan. We think it was very delicious and the pricing is also very reasonable.

My wife and I had a very good experience here.

My wife loved her dish.

Though initially there was an issue with my order, the staff went beyond their call of duty and more than made up for the issue.

The food was tasty and the service was good.

The staff response to the issue with my dish was excellent!

We will definitely return for a good time!

This place is an absolute nightmare.
If you have ever been to the real one in Delhi don't even think of visiting this one.
The service is pathetic, the food is below average, they don't have a basic sense that cold drinks should actually be served cold.

Not a notch similar to the Moti Mahal Delux, New Delhi as boasted by the restaurant. Management and service was at its worst with orders being delayed.
Tables were placed near the washroom.

We eat here occasionally and have always been impressed with the authentic north Indian dishes. Portions are generous, spices are just right, and the oil is in control. We loved the chicken.

Pathetically managed. Food preparation takes at least 1 hr.after order. Keep you watched mute if you really want to give it a try.

I received a damaged order. Packing was ckmplcompl broken and poorly pavked. Called restaurant owner, too arrogant and not accepting the fault instead cursing delivery guy that he must be driving fast n all. I said its not packed properly. He wasn't willing to accept to he asked me to send proof.

I sent him few pictures on WhatsApp. Literally!

Then he stopped picking call only. Wasted another hour on this discussion with empty stomach. I asked for reorder and they immediately denied.

No more order from thth now onwards.

Never got to experience the food. Review is only on the wait time, admittedly on Sunday night. We were informed that there is a wait period of 20-25 min and since we were two people and a kid we waited for more than 40 min but standing.waiting area had seating for 3-4 people. Were never offered any chairs. Even those with tables left after waiting for 20-25 min for food. Definitely not a fine dine space since the emphasis seemed to serve zomato and swiggy deliveries.
My second visit resulted in a diametrically opposite experience. No wait, Service really quick. Food was tasty with authentic flavors.

Food is not great compared to the name it has. The service is pathetic.on top of it they charge service charges extra.would not recommend this place to anyone.

This place at HSR layout in Bangalore doesn't deserve even 1 star. It's a very tiny restaurant and doesn't sell and authentic Delhi food. Unnecessary long waiting time is because this place is very tiny. Pictures are misleading. AC was not working, small & filthy place. There were only few waiters running from one table to another. Overall poor infrastructure and staff. Highly over priced. Owner is aware but doesn't bother at all and full of attitude.
Not recommended at all. Don't waste your money here.

Went there with very high expectations but all expectations were turned into disappointment. Aura inside restuarant is actually good but food isn't that great.

The staff is very, very courteous and the place is just warm for a perfect laid back kind of dinner. They don't bother you, and the service is just timed well and apt. A must visit place for a chilled out food outing.

Let's begin with upholstery, dirty very shabby, table mats were not cleaned / changed as previous customer had soiled it.
Soup bowl were so old, it was literally multiple layers of worn off melamine could be felt and seen.
Cutlery was not appropriate.
Tomato shorba was not prepared fresh but a packet.
Veg Biryani had stones, when asked they tried to convince it's sugar piece. Only post asked him to eat, they gave a different portion.
Overall sad experience, wouldn't recommend to anyone

SLowwwww Service. Take my word, has very ordinary food. Please don't come here if you want authentic north. We were just two but we had to wait for a long long time to just get our starters though there were few customers at that time. The panner had full of mustered seeds for panner archari nothing else.the biryani was like pulav. All this after waiting for so long.please take my word, this is not a good place! They have just created hype saying it is authentic delhi food, but it is not.

I have been to Motimahal 2nd time today and I always enjoy the quality of food they serve. Nice ambience as well so keep it up MotiMahal!

Awesome place for north indian food in Bangalore especially in an area like HSR layout. Loved the tawa chicken and dal makhani here. Don't miss there special veg kulcha.

Located right in heart of HSR. Parking is not difficult, roadside was easily available. Awesome Chicken Tikka. Very well mannered staff and very nice ambience. All these together make it perfect place to visit again.

Came here for my husband's birthday. Very good food and ambience. Light music and lighting. Very good for family events. And nearby our home.

I would have given this place a 5, the only reason being the waiting time. Apart from the waiting time the food and the place is pretty good.

Changing my rating to 1 today. Very bad service delay in giving food and rotis. Done come on weekends here they are busy taking online orders. Its almost 10: 30 waited for an hour for orders.

Went for dinner. Reached at 9: 45pm, got the food after about 30 minutes of waiting. Both Paneer Butter masala and Rajma were supposed to be medium spicy but were actually too much spicy. The gravies seemed to be not fresh. We ended up drinking lot of water. Also this thali costing 230 is not worth. Won't recommend at least in peak hours.
Ambience was ok and posters are nice. Keep 15 minutes extra to get into the elevator.

Quality has degraded a lot from what it use to be before. Poor service, takes hell lot of time to serve food and then same to get the bill. Needs to improve on taste specially vegetarian starters (was bland), mango lassi was not sweet at all (someone forgot to add sugar), veg kofta had only three koftas (generally its 4 in a plate).

Authentic taste of North Indian dishes! Expect delays, but you'll love the food once its on your table.
