My visit to Yamaha's Bommanahalli showroom was exceptional. The staff's warmth and product knowledge stood out. The showroom's aesthetics and well-equipped service center surpassed my expectations. Compared to other centers, Bommanahalli offers unparalleled service. For a top-notch Yamaha experience, this showroom is highly recommended! Disadvantage is spare parts are not available on time but they get it and fix it on high priority

Huge crowd place, and the service is very slow, only 1 person was handing the service area and I was waiting for more than one hour.

Recently I visited Yamah showroom near silk board to 4th server of MT-15. It is the bad service i never seen for my bike in this one year. Before service my bike did not give any trouble like engine off after service my engine is getting off automatically when I am in 1st gare.
And it not crossing 100kms/HR in 6th gare it taking so much time to pickup. This is tha worst service they given. And one more thing for my first 3 services I paid Rs. 800 but my 4th service I paid Rs. 3000+ and that to worst service

After complaint about the service they are follow up with me regularly and resolve the issue. Special Thanks to CRM Chaitra and team for the support.

I had good experience with Moto World very friendly team special thanks to MR. PREMKUMAR, Service Manager for care and support in delivering my Vehicle on time.

Took my vehicle for service and spares. Did an expensive servicing only for vehicle to return to previous condition in a few days. Had me wonder why tyre air pressure wasn't corrected. Further had to wait for 3 weeks for spares, my order was misplaced initially and had to make multiple trips to get it done. Not recommended for servicing if you have an older vehicle.

Edit: multiple Motoworld representatives have reached out to me to understand the issues I faced after posting this. I appreciate the fact that they reacted positively to my feedback and going by the reaction I believe they will rectify issues I faced going forward. Thanks to the team

After a year of buying the fz 25 bike and repeatedly complaining that the bike provided was not in the good condition today i got to know that when i went for a third party servicing and complaining the same to them they showed me that my alloy was bent while providing the bike to me.i was surprised that the entire staff went to great lengths to not tell me what was the issue inspite of having mentioned the same while taking delivery of the bike as well as 2 services that i got done.even the air pressure was not set to right value when the vehicle was delvered.i was in a hurry while taking delivery as the delivery time was delayed but a horrible experience of buying my much awaited bike

For the 1st time im delighted by service done by motoworld, service advisor Mr obulapathi responded well nd was flexible.

Price is high for the labour charges after doing the Amc also need to reduce the labour charges it's a suggestion

Delighted to meet Sandeep, he was helpful and knowledgeable such that I was able to make a decision without confusion.also here they encourage test drive whereas my experience was not so good with tvs.

Realy very bad service center I can't believe that my vehicle is good condition before giving to service and after giving to service vehicle got very big issue I don't now what the service technician is not good in your showroom please change them

Awesome washing and polishing i never expected from this authorized dealer earlier I use to service in perfect riders comparing to them moto is marvelous
And I enquired who is vendor and I met Mr. Naveen and he advised me to do teflon and he wisdom me I need to do regularly service over there my bike completely changed R15 v 2.0

I met with Ms pooja and this time it was worst experience. Lack of knowledge and less customer centric.
I bought yamaha R15 version 4 and the price quoted for it was 2.18 Lakh but when I saw the final bill along with loan details, I found that the price which i paid is 2.32 Lakhs which is much more than the quoted one.
Nothing was transparent and they were doing everything as it is their bike and decision not cooperative, even for insurance they gave from liberty which i dont know if they exist and it was forcefully sold without informing. Whenever you ask about anything except sales, she will tell to connect to service team which does not exist.

PATHETIC experience, I will not suggest anyone to buy anything from there as you have to do everything by your own and depend on your luck.

The worst service and high cost, bike cleaning waste only cost is 500 rupees.my bike service before good service after not good. Waste of money.

When I visited for the first time in the showroom they are very much cearless towards the customer very disappointed
After few days I went and Booked my bike the bike and my bike was just delivered with dust on the parts as it is.
I paid 2,06,000 full cash and there are delivering my bike just wiping with a cloth where we can see the dust clearly with our eyes and it's the 1st day I took my bike hope so customer may understand how much disappointing and careless towards a customer.

For that miss Pooja asked for some time to get it washed but I planed in such a way that my Mom, Dad and my friends were waiting near the temple for me so I rejected for their negligence and Miss Pooja offered a free bike wash as a compansation after a week but with in 10 days my bike got some issue it didn't switch on I called and informed them they took my bike for getting it repaired and got washed my bike but even though I got same problem once again after getting repaired but this time my bike got repaired itself and think so that problem may or may not repeat I don't know

Worst customer service worst delivery service, etc.

I think the feedback we INDIAN customer see in there profile are totally dam fake I guess for sure why because they call and indirectly ask us to give good feedback
Note: never ever ask for feedback again and again and again it such a foolish thing I ever seen till know it's the customer wish to give feedback.
If you people do whatever service in a genuine way you people will get 100% good feedback

This showroom has got all latest models of bike and the latest versions too. They have very good service also. Staffs are very friendly and approachable. All types of bike services are available here and they also have Combo offer for bike servicing

I usually give my F2 250 service here. Am happy with Obulapathi receiving. He's is very polite. He'll explain the problems clearly and he'll keep update us. All the best Obulapathi!

Expecting oil and filter change much better.
Drive chain adjustment needs to be improve.

Very bad service, I actually given for service 9th of feb 2021, they charged too much and they are not ready to disclose the break up. I found that they are doing fools to public. In 1 week my bike bolts are getting losses and handle assembly it's shaking, and during the service they change the baring of handle assembly. They didn't do the service properly.

I suggest to public don't give a service to this center they are making fools to public.

Left service for some minor problems, my bike is szrr
problem was idling was not standing, its getting OFF while changing gears or when slow down vehicle.and low mileage 20km per liter
later on 10th march 2021 visited to Yamaha showroom, main branch bommanahalli,
they checked and they done topit adjust and carbetor cleaning and chock wire replacement.then problem was solved. (mechanic was chandra shekar) expert person,
now mileage getting 45 km
previously my bike regular service was chandapura yamaha showroom
left service for some minor problems, my bike is szrr
problem was as mentioned above
after getting 2 continuous service, they didn't solve problem,
every time they advising for clutch plate changing, but not agreed for clutch plate change
later after checking again they told to change carbetor.it will cost 5k
but for 28,000 kms how can a carbetor comes for replacement.also got disappointment on Yamaha bikes.later visited to moto world
now problem solved

Servicing is so bad after servicing my bike some issue getting in my bike like not starting properly and giving some problems

Best ever experience from motoworld i had contacted Mr sandeep for a vehicle quote and delivery. It was on time thanks a ton to sandeep

Earlier they did good servicing of bikes but after covid lockdown, most of the crew is new in its service department. They are polite, but servicing is not good. You may face problems after they service your bike and you may have to visit again and again.

Friendly staff, fast delivery based on rush.
Vehicle handling is nice, Service quality is good. Cleaning quality needs to be improved.

Showroom is huge and the processes are very simple and easy, if you wnat a test ride just visit the showroom directly they will provide the vehicle, really good compared to Bajaj showroom where we need to follow so much protocol and paper work for test ride
