Worst customer service and there's no delivery commitment. In addition to this, they shamelessly demand customer to pay freight charges even for small quantity. Care is taken only up to billing after that we are at MP Ceramics mercy.

Big frauds … they sold us china tiles vitrified 2x2 … those tiles has some sticker … to remove the sticker and the adhesive i have spent more than 5 rupees per sqft still its not going.when we ask them they give some silly reason tat they sold 50k boxes, which means they cheated so many customers …

DON'T GO HERE THEY WILL LOOT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY, VERY FRAURD COMPANY, I TELL MY EXPIRANCE HERE, I PURCHASED TAILS HERE, THEY SHOWED IN DISPLAY 12MM THICKNESS, BUT DELIVERED 5MM THICKNESS CHEAP QULITY THEY CHARED 84 RS PER SFT, very high cost and duplicate gst bills they are providing but they will collect 18 percent tax from us, government need to raid on this company, please do not go here if you go they will loot, the owner itself cheating customers and do not go with tails department they will sell 30 rupees tail by 100 rs showing good quality tail in display but you will receive not even 30 rs tail I will give 0 rating to this cheaters.

I had purchased an item but the item received is very different form the one mentioned in the bill. When I reached out to them with the problem, they do not respond properly and until the billing is done they are generous, later their attitude changes. These people are fraud and if someone raises a voice against the issue they behave very rude. Never expected such a response in ever in my lifetime. I suggest people to Never ever go to this shop and have a bad experience.

Very bad experience I had during the procurement of materials, amount paid and later they said certain materials not in stock, even after two days of payment still I'm waiting for the materials, nobody respond even telephone call, marketing department personnel disconnected my calls many times

Not just one but two of them were draggers.

Sales team does not want to understand the requirements of the prospective clients and instead of helping out, they discourage.
When a customer walks in to any store, either they are sent by their engineers or contractors with some idea.
Even customers have some understanding of their requirements.
If sales teams like this derail or hamper the enthusiasm in clients - your store is heading for a major loss.
I'm not stepping in again ever.
Also I'll make sure not to recommend this store to anyone.

Wish I could rate in negative. The service is horrible and the sales person attending to you will never pick the call. This all started with the order not being sent in one go and was asked to pay for multiple shipments at their convenience. For which I said No and the staff started behaving difficult. Later had to get the intervene from Jaguars higher ups for help to resolve the issues. Now there is a missing item in the box and the sales person never picks up the call or respond back once they are free. I would never recommend anyone to buy from this place. The place is pricey as well, I found other stores who are giving better discount on the same products after having to encounter this issue with MP Ceramics.

Worst possible customer service. They make you go from one floor to another, while their representatives sit and chat away. Visited the store 4 times, and still don't have the items I needed/ordered. No one is interested in helping the customers.

Good collection on display, i came in to purchase a basin and some taps, came at 3 PM i knew what i wanted so finished selection in half hour and the next process of billing and delivery is what will test your nerves, its been 90 minutes and still waiting for my stuff to be delivered,

You find lot of varities, of sanitary, materials, and cremic tiles, excellent response, and the proprieter of the MPCeramics one Suresh is very hospitable, polite.

Exclusive collection of tiles and sanitary wares. Reasonable prices when purchased in volume. Would recommend approaching Mr Shahid for any assistance in the tiles section. He has always been very courteous and helpful.

Not as good as it used to be some 8 years back. Nobody was interested to attend the customers. Lack of assistance in choosing the right product. The prices of items are easily 10% higher than other items.

Very horrible customer service, my builder forced me to to visit this store. The sales team is not at all concerned about what the customer wants, just tries me to forcefully buy what is in display. Mr shahid and the other person are not ready to listen what I want for my house. After with full disappointment I left and store and visited another store in Girinagar. It was Adishwar Build Mart. Their is a lot of difference in the price between the two showrooms. Apart from that, I got what I wanted for my house which was my priority. Unlike M.p ceramic who just pushes their products.

Such a cheap mentality service. They cheated me for 2500 for an accessory which is 299/-. I am raising a complaint against the company. A HD 101 Syphon set is 299/-, they charged me 1228.81 for single pc for which I have the invoice.

Superb ambience. Lovely collections of various ceramic tiles, Vitrified tiles of different measurements. Bathroom collections and all in single roof. The executives and the staff is so courteous that they only look into your comforts. The price is wholesale rates and it is quite economical. Had a great experience. I recommend people constructing the house to visit this place.

Worst experience they sell products without mrp label i brought towel rack from them and same product was on half price on Amazon these people have removed all price tags also staff is very rude

Their service people are very clever, they give one type of discount to builder and one type to customer. Be safe. Customer service is ore than average.

Delivery defective products and when we go to complaint they say call service. Very bad service. How can they sell defective products. Be careful. These guys are not professional.

Worst customer experience. No body cares customers after money is paid. They provide competitive prices but customers will be treated like they are providing merchandise for free. Need lot of to and fro calls to beg and receive the order. I suggest to go ot other stores which provide good customer satisfaction as its worth even if 1000 to 2000 paid extra.

Oh. The cashier ladies think, they are the best that could happen to m p ceramics.abstly no sense of customer service and they don't even bother to even offer you to be seated while we pay the cash. They think they are doing a favour by collecting the payment. Not sure if they are owners themselves, irrespective of it.they are in to sales, they should know what they are in to. A big store with variety of collection's of tiles. Quality is excellent. But customer service has to be improved. They have to attend the customer's and provide required information.
Delivery service were delayed however packing of tiles was done well.

They supply broken tiles and put blame on customer worst experience stay away from this shop price also a big concern markup more than 50% compare to others

This dealer has tie ups with almost all builders in nearby vicinity. So builders suggests you to go here and upgrade your standard fittings. But this was one of the worst experiences for me here atleast. After upgrading they were quoting base price which was totally different from what builder was saying. And during billing they charge 2% extra on credit cards. I don’t get the logic as they were saying it was payment gateway charges for which they cannot give bill. I assume this was already cleared by RBI that these charges cannot be put upon customers. However after lot of argument they charged 1% extra instead of 2. I would suggest anyone planning to upgrade from this store to take a quotation first then check prices online and order from there is it feasible as these people charge extra for delivery too. Sales and accounts team here are not bothered about rules and regulations. I got a feeling that they think are giving things for charity by their behaviour. There are lots of stores nearby which offer competitive prices than here, investigate before falling into trap.

These people are majorly got huge project deals. So maximum they will not concentrate or help for individual customers. Projects which are tied up with this vendor recommend to visit the showroom for up grading the sanitary. I have visited in same way, the way the recommended for upgrade is not satisfactory they always recommending non branded products since they have high margins in those even we force them to give branded. They refused and make me in confusion that might not work well. Also there are few posters in entrances and reception took me to negative mentioning no replacement and refund. In case if you want replacement only base price of product can utilise to purchasing new products. I don’t understand logic why to pay two times taxes though finally we took one product after replacing. However, I’m not so happy or comfortable with their representation.
