These people are like local doctors
They r not professional
They are useless

Extremely poor service. If you are looking to get better, then please do not go to this place. The management will loot you and make sure that you’ll never get better. This is just another gimmick by Birla.

I booked an appointment with Dr. Akshatha and after the session, she asked to book another session in the same week. However, the management lied to me saying that the doctor is not available. I can see multiple free slots of the doctor on Practo. I simply don’t understand why is there any need for the management to deny the only service that they provide.

Please don’t go to Mpower. They will make sure that a patient goes for a suicide

It was a great service.
I felt changes from the day 1.
I was diagnosed with clinical depression. I was unsure how therapy would help in my success. I would suggest everyone to be aware of their mental health and start taking care of mind. Few good habits and mindfulness can save from more serious problems. Early diagnosis is the good idea.
Mental health should not be a taboo topics. Sometime it is okay not to be okay.
But it is not okay to refrain from taking help.

I would especially thank Dr. Akshata and Dr. Richa for their therapy sessions, prescription along with constant motivation and support.

They are the person whom u can share things with complete confidentiality in few days you'll feel the results.

It is indeed a good place.

I was a little late due to traffic say, 5-8 mins and the moment I reached, the first thing receptionist asked was Money. I had just may be 20 mins session and then medicines prescribed. I tried to look for these medicines everywhere but couldn’t find in any medical store. I tried to call Mpower atleast 20-30 times and no one answered the call at the reception. Pathetic service. Very unhappy. I have found another good doctor now who is more friendly. If you are running a mental help institution then it’s essential that people in your organisation are friendly. Your receptionists are 3rd class and have zero experience in their domain. Will never visit Mpower again.

All they want is money, receptionist who takes the booking kept repeating the same phrase that consultation cannot be done without payment in advance. I had server issues and requested to reschedule but the receptionist didn't understand the fact that server issue can be resolved in few days, she reminded me about the payment which made me feel like my account had low balance. Pathetic experience.grrrrrrrrr

To start with the receptionist, very rude and not a approachable person. Then the therapist didn’t share the results of the assessments at all even after multiple follow up. When it comes to child counselling, they just talk to the child and send them, they do not even summarise with the parents at the end. Very disappointing and disconnected.

Great team here at Mpower. Very kind and passionate people helping those in need with compassion and patience. Dr. Anupama and Dr. Vinod were extremely helpful and patient and guided in the right direction.
