I recently gave my trimmer for switch replacement and after coming home i hit the same issue. As it is a little far from my home. I need to go all the way again to get it mend.
Quick service. Charges are fair. I had a problem my trimmer, i thought the charger has the problem but the service guy told me that the problem is with the switch in trimmer. Good to see that they don't lure customers to buy unnecessary things. Overall experience good. And one thing the location is absolutely perfect and correct. The service centre was also not crowded. And everything related to Philips is serviced here.

Promo response by the employee but the service request takes almost 15 working days to process but they can deliver at a nominal rates for in Bangalore
Very bad experience. They have taken my tower speaker since 3 weeks (under warranty period), still not fixed, neither giving any update. Never give anything for repair, they will take ages to fix.
Hate this place. Simply profile making service center. They will never let things repared. Their simple aim is to get the item replaced so they can they can make money st of the profit. In case you ask them for servicing their face will turn red and then you will notice their rude behaviour.
Place was good. Staff was behaving well. Good response and fast service. It they don't have much people to service so you have to leave your things there for couple of days.

In here you get replacement and repairs of Philip's products and electronic peripherals. My purpose of visit is to replace my Philip's earphones with mic they are saying that it will take 20 or 1 month to my replacement and not sure about the exact time as they apply request through online and ship the product will update soon on this

Had given a product under guarantee for replacement on 29th sep 2018. Was given the replacement only on 10th May 2019. That was quite a wait. Everytime I called used to hear the product will come in 10 days, 15 days and so on. The reason used to be company haven't sent. There is a delay in transport and so on. But then eventually after about 7 months got the replacement.
Very helpful staff and considerate staff. By mistake I dropped new mixing jar cap and it broke. The staff replaced and did not charge any amount for that. Thanks a lot.
They resolved my trimmer issue in 5 minutes and they suggested me the precautions about the the trimmer issue. They provide best discounts on philips products compare to online stores.
Customer care is good. But as per the Brand Philips, the service should be more spacious and well maintained. This service centre seems to be under renovation.
Good but Not so satisfactory. I went here for servicing the trimmer and they have checked quickly but said that the issue is due to the shaft and they just applied fevi quik to fix it and even for that they asked me to pay 100 rupees without knowing completely that whether that is the exact reason for my trimmer running very slow even are full charge. I came back home. I need to charge my trimmer one more time and have to check if the issue is really fixed. But then they told that even I go tomorrow saying the issue is still there. I would have to pay again service money to check the actual issue. They service all types of philps product and they opens around 9: 30 am till 6: 30 pm everyday except Sunday I guess.
My trimmer is not working. Once I went this service centre they get it repaired within less time as it takes less time. They asked the bill copy and all as per the formalities.
