Went for lunch with family. The place lives up to the reputation of MTR in every sense. We had the Thali. The dosa was super yummy. Each and every item on the thali was well made. The staff was very courteous and served us well. Overall a wonderful experience.
There is No service avaliable with table and there is not Sambhar and idle while serving please ensure it shouldn't be happend again, overall 6/10 rating
The taste is very good. Delivery is also very fast. The only thing is the ambience, they have not upgraded the ambience which is not up to date with the present time. And of course, finding a parking place is a luck!
Only because of its brand value, we went there.but neither the food nor the price is worthy.they are charging more for ghee only.it's better to go to Udupi in your area for having dosa idli vada.
Amazing place for authentic honest South Indian food. On weekends only special meals are served for lunch costing 340 each. Service is impeccable and the food retains the old world charm of taste and aroma.
This is a must-visit in Bangalore, preferably for a traditional breakfast of masala dosa and filter coffee. Also, you must try the khara bhat, and idli vada! The service is similar to a typical darshini, quick and efficient.
This hotel has got No competitors in Quality.when it comes to Authentic Udipi style Tiffins. I recommend takeaway if U have got no patience to stand for few mins in Peak hours. Definitely give it a try
Though I heard so much about this restaurant, today after nearly 20 years in BLR, I visited it for the first time. We had to wait for nearly 15 minutes on a Good Friday morning to get a table. The food was authentic, coffee was great and though the place was crowded, we could have great conversations over breakfast.
Very nice place for families and students. Very nice test and popular area. Delicious food serve.especially dosa is very nice Food service is excellent.
The city is known for offering specialty South Indian dishes at every nook and corner and so it becomes all the more a responsibility to live up to the diner's expectations. Mavalli Tiffin Room takes this endeavor to serve amazing South Indian cuisine at pocket friendly prices. The signature tangy flavors that you get to taste in South Indian dishes are kept well intact. The casual set up of the place and the kids friendly ambiance makes you comfortable. The menu encompasses every specialty dish under the mentioned cuisine and does not burn a hole in your pocket. Every offering here is pure vegetarian in its preparation. Mavalli Tiffin Room is located in Indiranagar and it stands nearby State Bank of Hyderabad Branch
SUPER AWESOME - I never knew Indiranagar had a MTR outlet and such a good one. Cause mostly if I would travel to Indiranagar for a meal it had to be at one of the trending fancy restaurants. Now I have one more reason. The coffee is just so nice - simply mind blowing. Also the curry that comes with the RAVA IDLI. RESPECT.
Have ordered butter dosa, akki roti and badam halwa, dosa and roti are okay, when it comes to badam halwa quantity, it's just couple of tea spoon quantity. I mean, for 52rs, can we expect this much less quantity?
Very poor service, took so long and didn't serve half of things, even before finishing keep asking for payment as if we are going to die, even before 5 families were to leave and having food they started throwing soap water to clean. Please avoid
Awesome is just the word to explain in short. Had almost every dish for breakfast, starting from idli, vada, dosa, Kara bath, Kesari bath, curd vada, etc etc. Had a small waiting time as it is one of most sought out restaurants in Bangalore for authentic South Indian Dishes.
Great place for delicious South Indian Food. The food will never disappoint you here. However there is always a huge line here. That and the cold attitude of the waiters here does put you off a bit. It's a little pricey relative to Udupis but definitely worth a visit. They surprise you will their own unique combination of chatnis, sambhars served with the food you order. Try their Neer dosa. The sweet coconut chutney served with it is delicious. Their rawa idli is great too. What I didn't realy like was their Kesari Bath which is different from the usual Kesari Bath you'd have had at other places. You can give that a skip.
This is one place which knows how kannadiga food is to be prepared. You would always find a long queue of patient customers waiting for their turn but i ensure you every minute is worth the wait. I relish the crispy masala dosas and the ghee but I'm sure everything is as delicious.
