Murthys Residency

Murthys Residency is really good, it has three blocks. 1st block consists of 4 floors with 6 flats each and 2nd, 3rd blocks consists of 4 floors of 8 flats each. Nice view from this apartment opposite to Manyata tech park it'll be so good to watch the scenery. The security system is good with cc cameras and security guards 24/7. The parking is also huge and there are so many kids, they play in the evening. There are schools nearby like Sri Chaitanya School and The Indian Public School and the locality is also safe, no noise pollution, but the nearby street is filled with litter, the only thing I didn't like.
Overall, I loved it.

Apartment is peaceful but has no amenities other than a walking track!
Neighbors are good.

I have been there for almost 2 years. Great location to rent a flat if you are working in manyata tech park.

This place is located in very good spot close to everything. 1 min walk to main road. This apartment has a huge lift. As usual won't work on days you have to shift your house other days it works. This building as improved so much compared to yrs ago. There's a private school attached you can hear kids doing prayers and teachers teaching lessons lol. Nice security system the owner itself is a very calm cool person.

Been living in this place for 2 years.good neighbours.calm place.had the construction works not started on both sides, it’s a peaceful place to live.there are 2 watchmen doing their jobs on shifts.completely secured apartments.

It's a residential complex with more tham 100 apartments 2bhk or 3bhk. Very near from Manyata tech park. It's well maintained, clean with ample parking space.
They don't have community hall, or jym or swimming pool.
