I had a swarnavarsham scheme with this branch.
Due to my own reasons I had missed the payment and had got the message from you telling it's cancelled.
I had been trying for a refund for a long time, neither Branch Manager has authority to initiate refund nor the head office has processed yet.
Whom do we ask for?
I have Gold Loan accounts with you and if interest is not paid within dates, You keep adding interest.
But for consumers' money which you have been holding for a long time, who is paying interest?
So before opening SWARNAVARSHAM Scheme, people need to think twice here. Though we pay and then take Gold, If its delayed you know to only cancel the scheme but do not know how to refund it back to the customers. Such a pathetic service.
One has to spend time on follow ups without knowing how many months you will take for refund.

Very Uncivilizied staffs over there at this branch they are worst than DoG and always try to fool customer by saying sir ServerBsy etc when the time of peak time payments nad etcPatantic staffs Behvaiour was like Ameature Uncivilized i think they are from slam and Gutter cheap managers etc.trying to harras customers by there bledy mouths voice#Issue faced this week My rekatives have faced this Drama of them.i feel these saught of Pigs finance loan branch in chandralayout staff should be taught a lesson Poor uncivilizied people they are bunch of Pigs.tatz it nothing else if i would have been on the spot i would have shown them wat ecaxtly if fun in intrest amount by smashing on there butts. I appel to innocent people dont get foool by going to Muthoot chandralyout branch.
